The technicians came to my flat checked and closed the valve saying there is a leakage n they will come and repair. This is at 1 in afternoon. Upto 5 in the evening nobody came and I found out they are at 7 th floor and went and met them. They said they will come to my flat once they finish but skipped my floor of 5 and went to 4th floor flat 404 and left even without informing me. I am a senior citizen of 66 years and staying alone currently. I am forced to risk falling or other accident and had to open the valve. I request you instruct these technicians to behave responsibly and not leaving rules abiding senior citizens like me to be left in a lurch like this.
