Mahanagar Gas — Wrong billing after deduction of VDS | |||||
Mahanagar gas, sent me an inflated bill for sept, with arrears and penalty for non-payment of July Bill(bi-monthly) Inspite of 5000 debited to my account for VDS ON 25 JULY 2015.chq no.20520. Several phone calls to various persons ( not toll free) were not fruitfull.They insisted on proof ( scanned copy) I am a Senior Citizen, and had to go to a cyber cafe to do the needful Am awaiting a response from them. Proof was sent 24th Sept. No acknowledgement till date. Is it safe to send detials of my bank account to staff of Mahanagar gas co.? When they are so inefficient with billing and advertise blatantly to opt for VDS and cannot cope? Besides the newspapers reports of various persons posing as staff, are a forces to be investigated Was this information helpful? | |||||
