As per estimated bill of mngl on Dec. 20 I was sent actual reading photo of meter and estimated bill by email to revise the bill to pay correct amount and as long I called to customer care about this issue to resolve they told me within 72 hours you get new revise bill. But i didn't get again I called to CC about not getting revise bill but didn't get.
Next bill generated by MNGL with penalty charges again I was called and emaied to CC to less penalty charges and revise the bill. Again and again this happened till date 04/09/2021. Till date they charged me Rs. 500 as late fee charges I told them to revise bill by reducing penalty charges but they don't provide me . Was this information helpful? |
