    Dear sir,
    I have applied for MNGL domestic CNG connection in Oct 2021 and paid required fees also.
    My application number : 031142
    BP no is-.50293645 generated on 09 Dec 2021.
    Since that day I am taking continuous follow up for connection, then MNGL informed me that after 3 months of BP no. generation, they will provide connection.
    Now it is more than 4 months still I am waiting for connection.
    I have given my address many times to these people.
    WHAT SHALL I DO?

      I am Shekhar Sutar living in SAI VRINDAVAN Society, Nehrunagar Pimpri Pune - 411018 and I am Secretary of the same society.

      from last Month, your underground pipe line work is going on in our building but still not completed, your correspondence person told that it will complete in 10 days, & from last weeks a hole is dig in front our gate(photos attached), we can't use our two wheelers & four wheelers because of that.

      we are calling your corresponce person for last weeks but no response from his side, so please intervin solve this problem ASAP.

        I would like to know if i want to install meter outside kitchen where there is good ventilation and security available and contractor had given verbal confirmation before starting the work but once it started he is denying and saying there is amendment in act.
        I went through policy of installation and it says "Gas Meters will normally be located inside the property on wall, and use of copper pipe between MCV and consumer meter should be restricted as far as possible. The Kitchen is the preferred room to locate the meter thereby minimizing the length of the outlet pipe - work."
        Which means kitchen is "preferred" location and not compulsory location
        Please can someone help to resolve

          Near medipoint Hospital
          Aundh, Pune- 411007
          ( Maharashtra)

          Nature of complaint
          1) MNGL contractor installed several meters and connected gas lines to many of the flats in Sai Heritage. However, my flat is pending .

          2) reason for pending:- The person who fitted the copper pipe and installed the gas meter, had made lower class work, due to which the pipe got cracked

          3) When the team to connect the gas source attempted to connect ( after pipe and meter fitment), they understood the leakage on 27th Oct ( approximate date - +/- 2 days)

          4) Till then I am following various people, however no one is bothered to repair and restore the issues. After screening / making connections with various people, finally I got Avinash Kedar ( who himself informed that he is responsible to correct the work)

          5) Avinash kedar committed several times since last 3 months, that he would complete the work.

          6) However, right now, he is not picking up the phones

          7) Please let me know where to escalate the issue

            We have applied for MNGL connection in Nov 2021, Till date no installation ...no BP number till date ...No customer Care reverts ... No one picking Phone..

            Pathatic on every side ...

              Address: 588/2B Vasant Vihar , Nakoda Pratap Associates

              MNGL has took Rs.6000 cheque from us and not provided any installation of GAS pipeline yet. It has been more than 2 years and almost 3 years and they are not even responding correctly to us. I request them either to install the pipeline or atleast refund us the deposit amount we paid initially.

              The MNGL has installed pipeline in society but not yet in homes, their officials said they would install the internal connection in one or two months but 6 months passed after that nothing has happened we are still deprived of MNGL gas serivces.

                  Resp. Sir/madam,
                  My self Atul Shende owner of flat A-204, Vishwajeet residency, Tuljabhavani nagar, kharadi, pune. I have applied for new gas connection on dated 12/12/2021. But we have not received any communication from MNGL till date so, when i enquired to customer care they hve said your application not shown, kindly confirmed me the status of my application, i have allready paid the charges of conection.

                    I had never received the bill prior to this bill.

                      Hi,

                      My Business Partner # is 50126721. I reside as a tenant in a society and had requested for a connection after getting a consent from my land lord. With the lease time period over i have moved out of the premises and hence requested to have a permanent disconnection done. I had raised a request on 23rd Sept 2021 with the documents included the application, along with cancelled cheque and last meter reading. There is no action taken by the MNGL department.

                      On calling up Customer care they simply ask me to resubmit the application with the current date and gives me a run around with no reason specified why they are asking me to re-submit the same.

                      On the latest conversation I have been asked to visit the Shivaji Nagar Office for re-submitting the application.

                        I am continuously receiving late payment charges whereas no bills are getting delivered to me neither via portal nor by post or any.

                        I have even complained about this to MNGL over phone calls as well as email [protected]@mngl.in still no action is being taken by MNGL.

                        Customer care behaves very rudely without providing any escalation matrix.

                              I sent an email to customer care on 14th Dec 2021 regarding my pending connection as meter has been installed two months ago.
                              I have been following up with Customer care as well one of the representative who made connection to other flats in the my society to connect my Gas to MNGL pipe.
                              No one is responding on my request and its been pending since last one month.
                              Let me know if you cannot provide the service so that I can make an application to remove the meter and pipe line from my flat

                                  Consumer number 50272121, payment for the connection taken in April 2021 by Mngl, the pipe gas connection has not even been laid, the contractors have left the work incomplete and have now stopped taking calls.
                                  We have been given false assurances that the work will be done and our complaints have also not been addressed.
                                  The pipe has to be laid for my house and it will now be a year in April that this is kept pending.

                                    Hi, we have been following up with MNGL representative for last several weeks to install our meter and pipeline but there is no installation done till date. MNGL representative visited twice just to do survey. When we call them we got a response that there is no material available or they simply hang up the phone. This delay is causing us tremendous hassel and all other dependent work is delayed due to this.

                                      Multiple follow ups are being taken with below numbers. Unfortunately, every time no one is giving proper response and no one has contacted us for restructure of gas pipeline.

                                        The mngl pipeline is getting installed in our building at - Anand Apartments suncity road Sinhagad road in front of nimbaj nagar pune.
                                        We stay at first floor. We are outside pune and coming 3-4 days in a week. The gas pipeline is fixed on the wall of our bedrooms and it is very close to our window. If at night gas gets leaked it is harmful to our life. So it's our request to change it position before you complete the installation.
                                        We don't know who guided your people for this installation as we were out of town during sept Oct and Nov.2021
