Wrong Bill Data

We had MNGL connection from the date 22 April 2021. Online bill of first 2 months including installment plan is already paid.
But still, arrears (Last total bill amount Rs.134.40) and late pay charges (Rs.100) are added to our latest month's bill.

We had written as well as telephonic communication many times with MNGL customer care. But they are not responding or replying at all on the same. Very careless and useless...

About Late fee charge

As per estimated bill of mngl on Dec. 20 I was sent actual reading photo of meter and estimated bill by email to revise the bill to pay correct amount and as long I called to customer care about this issue to resolve they told me within 72 hours you get new revise bill. But i didn't get again I called to CC about not getting revise bill but didn't get.
Next bill generated by MNGL with penalty charges again I was called and emaied...

50224016 Arrears charged

Billing system

Billing system of MNGL Pune is very unorganised. The gas is in use from 15th April 2021 onwards. However till date they have not sent bill. Also the online link does not show any data for BP number. I am following continuously with Customer service but they are not able to help to get a bill from their backoffice. ESCALATION For not taking on excess bills

Bill amount being charged for non usage

Bill has not been rectified.
1. The Mngl service was activated in the month of November 2020 (Picture attached)
2. Billing should be as per usage from Nov'2020.
3. There are pictures attached of the meter readings from the date of activation Nov'2020 to 28th July 2021.
4. There was a reversal of Rs. 4, 945 on 01.12.2020.
5. On 01.02.2021 there was bill of Rs. 1753 issued. How is this amount charged? Please...

PNG industrial supply

We are buyer of industrial PNG since 8 years but recently MNGL has started giving gas to new consumers at 40% less rates than us whose consumption is less than us.
We fought a lot with Pune office authorities but all our efforts went in vain.
Pl take this complaint very seriously or else we will file case in consumer court and also go to high court for filing PIL as we have few more consumers having same grievance .

No action on Non usage of service

I am ok to bare non usage charges but as I told in my previous email, I am out of city so can't provide you meter readings.

Not Receiving Bills

I am not getting bills since the connections is taken. Its been almost 9-10 months. Connected with customer care and shared the lastest meter reading snapshot but not getting any response. I need the bill urgently. I have dropped multiples mails to [protected]@mngl.in but not getting any response. Service is pathetic. Can you please help me to get the bills. When i am trying using bp no in online sites its showing record not found.

Installation of meter in dry balcony

I have applied for the new connection and I got BP No 50272396. person from vendor team visited my place and simply told meter cannot be installed other than kitchen. As I requested him to installed in adjusting wall of dry balcony, as I have carried out interior in my kitchen and I have made provision for the same. I want connection in dry balcony, No responsible person from the company has contacted so far despite my request on email....
