    I am Col Yogendra Singh Negi with MNGL piped gas connection with BP No. 50155261.

    Based on receipt of MNGL Bill Number [protected] dated 06 Sep 21 of MNGL, Pune for an amount of Rs 183.00, I had raised three queries vide my email of 18 Sep 21 addressed to Customer Care. I had following three
    observations/queries on the Bill of 06 Sep 21:-

    1. Since based on meter reading forwarded by me an on 28/29 May 21, an updated bill with number [protected] with a credit amount of Rs 1246.18 was sent by MNGL by their email of 30 May 2021, it is not understood how the credit amount had not been reflected in the e-bill issued by them on 06 Sep 21.

    2. Since I had paid non-usage fees of Rs 240.00 for the period 01 Jun to 30 Sep 21, how come a new bill was initiated for Rs 183.00 on 06 Sep 21?

    3. Also, I am not clear on what basis Rs 183.00 had been billed on 06 Sep 21 since there has been no usage.

    There has been no response whatsoever to my email of 18 Sep 21addressed to Customer Care of MNGL. I followed it up with reminders by emails to Customer Care on 23 Sep, 04 Oct, 07 Oct and 17 Oct 21 and also a telephonic conversation with their Customer Care on 04 Oct 21.

    Inspite of reminders there has been no response at all to my queries.

    May I request a response at least from the concerned department.

      Pl. send my total recent bill alongwith total Deposit amount to be paid with bifercation as under
      1). Totao Deposit amount Rs.-------
      2). Actual utilization bill. Rs.--------

      As I have to pay Deposit amount in one lumsum & actual utilization bill will be paid by my tenant hence the detailed bill will require which pl. be send on my email id recorded with you.
      Pl. send the bill at the earliest.

          I have reached out to MNGL customer care several times but I do not have any status about my application and generation of BP number.

          My application number is 027449. Please help.

            I have observed something weird that meter reading (3 digits from red box) keep on increasing even though we off the knob which is near the stove(shegadi).

            To my surprise when I enquired this with customer care, representative told me thats how it function.

            I checked with other near by mngl users but they are facing this issue.

            Its very dangerous and MNGL is not at all serious about this....

            I have already sent you mail regarding refund of my deposit is Rs.6550/-, (Rupees Six Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Only) on 31/08/2021 but you have not taken any action towards the refund.
            Finally I request you to take necessary action otherwise I will be forced to take legal action against company and refund along with compensation and expenses incurred towards legal action which please note.
            Please initiate the refund in our bank Kotak Mahindra having account details A.c no.[protected] IFSC Code KKBK000723 having Bhandarkar Road.
            So kindly refund the amount of deposit and oblige.

              I tried to pay bill of rs. 3956.72/- online on 09.13.2021 at 1.20 pm
              However transaction is failed however Rs. 3956.72 is deducted from my by bank account.
              Pl. Refund it or provide me receipt.

                Mngl has setup a meter around 2 months back but final nozzle to gas stove has not been installed and also I have recieved a consumption bill of of around Rs. 2600 including installation charges. In the bill they have mentioned 64 consumption units but since the final connection is not installed yet Meter shows the same unit asa it was at the time of meter installation i.e. 00.22. Not sure on what basis MNGL has generated this bill. I have mailed them as well but got no reply.

                MNGL NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE ASAP.

                    We had MNGL connection from the date 22 April 2021. Online bill of first 2 months including installment plan is already paid.
                    But still, arrears (Last total bill amount Rs.134.40) and late pay charges (Rs.100) are added to our latest month's bill.

                    We had written as well as telephonic communication many times with MNGL customer care. But they are not responding or replying at all on the same. Very careless and useless behavior.

                      As per estimated bill of mngl on Dec. 20 I was sent actual reading photo of meter and estimated bill by email to revise the bill to pay correct amount and as long I called to customer care about this issue to resolve they told me within 72 hours you get new revise bill. But i didn't get again I called to CC about not getting revise bill but didn't get.
                      Next bill generated by MNGL with penalty charges again I was called and emaied to CC to less penalty charges and revise the bill. Again and again this happened till date 04/09/2021. Till date they charged me Rs. 500 as late fee charges I told them to revise bill by reducing penalty charges but they don't provide me .

                          Billing system of MNGL Pune is very unorganised. The gas is in use from 15th April 2021 onwards. However till date they have not sent bill. Also the online link does not show any data for BP number. I am following continuously with Customer service but they are not able to help to get a bill from their backoffice. I have seen a company which does not on it own generate bill for resource usage and further does not send a bill after constant reminders. This can only be called being disorganised. Seniors in MNGL Pune please take note.

                            ESCALATION For not taking on excess bills

                                Bill amount being charged for non usage

                                Bill has not been rectified.
                                1. The Mngl service was activated in the month of November 2020 (Picture attached)
                                2. Billing should be as per usage from Nov'2020.
                                3. There are pictures attached of the meter readings from the date of activation Nov'2020 to 28th July 2021.
                                4. There was a reversal of Rs. 4, 945 on 01.12.2020.
                                5. On 01.02.2021 there was bill of Rs. 1753 issued. How is this amount charged? Please...
