Hello Team,

This type of service I never seen anywhere.

I already complaint regarding this, that I was not using the MNGL connection still I am getting the Bill. And the point here is event I mentioned to customer care that I ma not using the Connection the late charges are 100/- and non-usage is 60/- strange. late charges should be... should be 20/- to 30/- instead of 100/

Customer care are not responding properly. Dont know what they are doing. just taking the bills from customer. If not paying then late charges. There are lot of peoples facing same issue.

PLEASE TAKE THIS ON PRIORITY.

    Ever since the meter change few months back i had applied for transfer of name in august 2020 but even till now no response from there side and also I haven’t got any bills nor has the name been changed. I have sent emails and called many times

      Disconnection connection request for my MNGL connection (BP no.[protected] was attended to after several reminders for a month. Meter was disconnected after repeated complaint. Now even after almost 2 months deposit amount not refunded. There is no response from the email. When I call customer care, mostly it gets disconnected, when connected, they ask me to send email. No one seems to be working in MNGL.

      To make it worse, they are sending bills and reminders for the payment of the outstanding bill.

      Following email ids published on their website do not exist.

        MNGL gas bill has not been generated for more than 6 months now for BP number 50217517. I have been uploading the meter readings to their site and have also sent the reading to the whatsapp number provided. On speaking to their customer care they say to drop a mail to [protected]@mngl.in. I have sent them a mail more than a week ago but still haven't heard back.

          My BP number is 50097299 for which bill is not generated till date due to which I am not able to find any record for my BP number on mngl website for bill payment.

          Even after multiple complaints and follow ups with customer care and personally visiting mngl office issue is still not resolved.

          Last complaint number which I registered was 10550651 which was assured that will get resolved in 3-4 days but its been month and still there is still no update on it and issue is still not resolved.

          Customer care and bill department dont answer the call.

          I am frustrated as a consumer with such worst customer service.
          Please resolve the issue since I am not able to pay the bill.

                Since installation, bill is not generated by MNGL. I sent mails to [protected]@mngl.in and called up call center no. many times [protected]. But no response to my mails. It seems JMR is not taken yet.

                Call center number does not have MNGL Pune office number, as they are sub contracted Call center service.

                I have been waiting for more than 3 years and I Want to make payment in good faith, so that billing can be regularised for future.

                Please help ASAP.

                  Sir i am from sinner, nashik. And in my city 1 cng gas pump (neev indian oil in dodi, sinner) my complaint is there is insufficint cng timeing from 6am to 10 am only, the pump staf dosent give proper response. I visited these pump 6 time i dident got at least 1 time .

                    I have been receiving bill for GAS CONSUMPTION since may be 18-24 months . Where as, I have been writing to Customer Care, only to receive a generic reply... WILL REVERT SHORTLY !!!

                    In all my communication to customer care, photos of invoice and meter ( with "0" reading) is always attached.

                    I donot stay in this address and I am not aware, how this connection was made

                    Even after this 18-24 months of communication, I have received another bill this morning... WHY WHY WHY

                    Can you please disconnect the same, lift your meter etc. When we and save me from this agony of receiving FAKE /INCORRECT INVOICES ??

                      Wrong amount of Bill

                      Hi Team,

                      Below are my MNGL details.
                      BP number[protected]
                      Meter readings[protected]
                      I shared this information with MNGL customer support for more than 6 times with Photos attached but they still send bill of Rs 5282
                      which is not true as nobody stays at that place and reading is also 00000012.
                      I called the MNGL support desk for more than 10 times and always i get answer the bill will get revise...

                      Mngls service is pathetic. I have applied more than 3 motnhs now but they still not given the connection. Every time I call them they say the BP number is not generated and ask details and says it will get generated in 3-4 days but we never get any status update for it.

                            Hi Team,

                            My name is Eknath Padekar having MNGL gas connection (B P number :[protected]

                            Since I was out for almost 6 months(March 2020 to Oct 2020) I have requested MNGL to send me correct bill once I returned.
                            I have done almost 6-7 calls to customer care and sent mail with Evidence of meter reading but even after 2 months there is no response and also new bill is generated with pro-data basis reading which is incorrect.

                            Request you to look into this matter and provide resolution as early as possible.

                                  I got BP number[protected] almost 70 days back the installation person was assigned on 28th of November 2020 and still My meter is not install and connection is not provided to me. I registered several complaints but no action taken from MNGL, pune side. No one is bother to close complaints and provide good service. Kindly check and take the action

                                      Called Multiple times to MNGL customer care then said i am registering a complaint and you will get Mail by tomorrow and after that no updates.
                                      so such thing happened multiple times and no positive response from MNGL services yet.
                                      With such delay and no response in service creates a repo down for MNGL what we are thinking - please respond and acknowledge over call and mail asap.
