I applied for MNGL gas pipeline connection in the month of Dec 2020 and paid online charges as well but till date no response from them. Even after providing the documents again and again still no BP number is generated and no one contacted from their end even after continuous follow ups.

    I have paid the MNGL bill on 7th March 2021 for B.P. No.50074517 via google pay but on your website, it is still showing as payment not done.

    The payment was done using google pay which showed within minutes that the transaction had been processed. Till date we were unable to see the updates on MNGL website and had to re-pay as we needed this to reflect for some dependent work.

    It has been more than 8 days but I did not get a single response on the payment made.
    The snapshots, date & time are provided over the mail, not sure why it is difficult to update on this.

    Moreover the bill is increasing with each passing day, now it is showing 5915
    In a week's time without any usage, bill is exceeding?

    I am not sure, they are there to provide gas or to cheat us.

      Hello Team,

      I am waiting for my connection get started with gas strove from last two month. Everyday, I am calling to customer agent they are givning answer you will get call within 48hours.. now almost two month ended.

      Pathetic service and worst customer Support

        It has been more then 15 days for 5 mins jobs to generate the BP no. I am not sure if there is any process internally which takes so much of time.

        Moreover MNGL has started online application form, but the fundamentals of merging the offline connection they had (old connection details) with new online form does not match and I have been wasting money in creation different application for same request.

        Call center has no authority to solve any problem. Not sure how much problem they must have resolve till date, but moreover they do not have any understanding on the MNGL business. Its really waste of time.

        Another good example of Government controlled company if MNGL is, since they are not professional in their work.

          I am unable to upload meter reading from MNGL website. My BP number is 50250730.
          All required details were filled correctly however, it is showing error.
          I noticed, my current reading just 21 unit and I already paid last bill for 33 unit.
          I am out of station and person might have visited home but can't take reading since home is locked.
          I have attached error screen and meter reading image.
          Please review my request and take action.
          I am hoping bill would in either minus or zero since I already paid for 33 unit whereas, current reading is 21unit which is clearly visible in attachment.

            I have registered and paid for new connection at kothrud bus depot office on 18 February 2020, now 370 days have passed but no connection or communication about same .
            Your phone nos. Do not evoke any response.
            To several emails, once only I got response with no concrete plan or date. Physical visit also of no use .

            No sent mail to all higherups, waiting for response .
            Pathetic customer care .

                      We have raised a request to get a new connection and have completed all the formalities in order to get a new connection. Post payment, till date we are contacting the staff in order to get an update on process. We have been calling customer care almost everyday and each day a new representative has no information. Every time representatives say someone from the team will contact us but however no one has ever contacted us back with updates. We somehow found the contractor’s number who had worked on new connection in our apartment in past.
                      That contractor after visiting saying it’s not possible for him to find out way for extending the line and needs help from engineer. But still we did not hear back either from him or the MNGL team. After calling customer care again they have no idea at all. We just need to understand the process and important number that can help us in getting a smooth new connection. So far we are very disappointed with the service we have received so far.
                      Could you please please look into the matter and suggest the next steps.
                      Looking forward to cooperation from the MNGL team.

                          Though registering online registration vide application number 013158 dated 30th September 2020 and paying Rs. 500 online for connection, so far connection has not being provided even after a lapse of 4 months.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I am paying monthly bill since Nov 2019 & i have already paid security deposit of Rs.5000 in 10 equal installment in my Monthly bills (Rs.500 per month.) still i am getting Rs.500 amount & late payment chares of Rs.100 in my monthly bill. Request you to look into it & stop adding Rs.500 & Rs.100 in my Monthly billing.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have personally submitted the MNGL meter disconnection request form on October 23 2020 ( I have sold my flat to Mr Piyush Rathi ) alongwith xerox copy of cheque as discussed over the phone with MNGL officer from Shivajinagar office.

                              2. As on date on November 3, 2020 I received service no 10564532 for the above request.
                              Almost 15 days are over but still the meter is not disconnected and Shivajinagar office phone is continuously engaged .
                              Finally meter was disconnected on December 16, 2020. As on date no refund is received and still the bill is raised.

                              3. Please find Attached snap shot of meter reading on October 29, 2020 as I shifted my residence on October 30th, 2020 and photo of disconnection order.

                              4.Please look into the matter on priority basis and refund my deposit amount at the earliest.

                                We have been using MNGL piped gas since last 2 years and till date not received amy bill for payment. We have been chasing various MNGL people - Suraj, Aniket, Abhijit but nobody has helped so far. Have emailed the customer care email id also but no response.
                                We are vacating this flat soon and want to clear the dues asap.

                                  This is to inform you that despite repeated mails sent on several matters to customer care and info mngl email ids, no one responds.

                                  I have requested for minimum charge form as well as the payment receipt but nothing is provided as of now. I have been writing mails since Jan 2nd week.

                                  If I call customer care they again ask you to send emails.
                                  This is lack of commitment accountability and poor professionalism on part of MNGL.

                                  I wish I had opted for LPG instead of this useless company.
                                  I am sure no one in MNGL is going to look into this compliant as well.

                                    Hello Team,

                                    This type of service I never seen anywhere.

                                    I already complaint regarding this, that I was not using the MNGL connection still I am getting the Bill. And the point here is event I mentioned to customer care that I ma not using the Connection the late charges are 100/- and non-usage is 60/- strange. late charges should be... should be 20/- to 30/- instead of 100/

                                    Customer care are not responding properly. Dont know what they are doing. just taking the bills from customer. If not paying then late charges. There are lot of peoples facing same issue.

                                    PLEASE TAKE THIS ON PRIORITY.

                                        Disconnection connection request for my MNGL connection (BP no.[protected] was attended to after several reminders for a month. Meter was disconnected after repeated complaint. Now even after almost 2 months deposit amount not refunded. There is no response from the email. When I call customer care, mostly it gets disconnected, when connected, they ask me to send email. No one seems to be working in MNGL.

                                        To make it worse, they are sending bills and reminders for the payment of the outstanding bill.

                                        Following email ids published on their website do not exist.
