Dear Sir,
I have personally submitted the MNGL meter disconnection request form on October 23 2020 ( I have sold my flat to Mr Piyush Rathi ) alongwith xerox copy of cheque as discussed over the phone with MNGL officer from Shivajinagar office.
2. As on date on November 3, 2020 I received service no 10564532 for the above request.
Almost 15 days are over but still the meter is not disconnected and Shivajinagar office phone is continuously engaged .
Finally meter was disconnected on December 16, 2020. As on date no refund is received and still the bill is raised.
3. Please find Attached snap shot of meter reading on October 29, 2020 as I shifted my residence on October 30th, 2020 and photo of disconnection order.
4.Please look into the matter on priority basis and refund my deposit amount at the earliest.

My BP no.is 50194029. I have applied online/customer care call/ and personally for new meter installation at my new house. No response yet from your side. Customer care is just registering complaints. No solution yet
