I have mailed MNGL(19 October, 27 October, 4 november) multiple times for closing of my connection. Also called multiple time to confirm. But there has been no response whatsover. Moreover they have even forwarded a new bill. (Though i have already made an advanced mail).

Kindly address the same providing refund and closing the connection.

    Hi MNGL,

    I booked my new MNGL connection during Jan 20, with offer of 500 rs free gas and each bill will have extra 500 rs for connection for 10 months.

    Connection is done in month of Oct20 and now I got bill of 5985... this is unacceptable.

        Incorrect billing - BP No. 50072602

        Address: Pune

        Hi,

        After following up for the last one year, I have received the bill from MNGL costing me Rs. 3, 924 from 18.06.2019 to 30.07.2020.

        There are arrears of Rs. 2, 965 mentioned in the bill which seems to be a big mistake as I had activated the gas connection in January 2019 It is very unlikely that the total bill from January 2019 to May 2019 will be Rs. 2, 965.

        Even the people staying in the flat...

          I have applied for permanent disconnection of MNGL connection view shifting of residence.
          It has been more than 9 weeks since disconnection request has been raised and more than 5 weeks since the meter has been removed.

          Still, there is no update regarding refund.
          There have been no response to the emails, nor is anybody picking up the helpline.

          Request expedite and intimate status.

            BP.NO. 50144069 generated in the year 2018, meter was not installed at that point of time. Now I have bought the flat and applied with Application No.12123 in the month of August, 2020. And also paid transfer fees of Rs. 250/- at MNGL office 15 days before. But till date I did not got the Meter or connection nor Name got transfer. Its getting too delayed . I do not have LPG connection as well. So how can 1 family survive without gas facility.

            My request for the same is lodge with MNGL No. 10562752

              My BP No is 50191465. Dilip bhosale i have used very much less gas approx 5 min per day and have started using it from April 2020 and the bill amount i got to much high please correct it and send bill with proper usage and in detail i am attaching current photograph of meter below.

                  At Rathi CNG, the return gas pipe which is connected to gas filling line is removed. This is a serious safety violation. Please look into and take immediate action.

                    Current meter reading submitted was 561 units on 22.09.2020 & not 651.
                    Bill received is for 651 current reading.

                      Dear MNGL Team,

                      I visited your Shivaji Nagar, Pune office to know about the bill which we got.

                      I spoke with your contact person on the telephone when I was there to discuss billing but he couldn't clarify the same on the telephone so I requested him to please resolve this issue in front of me only face to face.

                      I request you to kindly provide the till date billing history and how much amount we paid to you against the bill which you had sent to us.

                      Also please clarify the deposit amount, how you're taking it??

                      What is your billing cycle??

                      I couldn't understand your billing cycle and bill charges as of now.

                      I think you are charging a high amount to us which is not acceptable to me.

                        I am in receipt of Bill dated 08 October 2020 for Rs 7556 (Photo enclosed)

                        The bill is wrong, because my house is in closed condition from 30 Sept 2019. The bill has been prepared on Estimated Meter Reading of 407.

                        The actual reading of the meter is 165 as of today, the photo is enclosed. The reading of 165 is same as shown in bill dt 10 Oct 2019, for the meter reading taken on 23 Sep 19.

                        The subsequent bills from Nov 19 till Oct 20 are showing Estimated readings adding 43 units every month. I have sent several emails to mnglsupport and mnglcustomercare attaching the photo of meter. I also tried to call customer care phone, but no one answers.

                        I request MNGL to rectify the bill. I have paid all outstanding amount up to end Sep 2019.

                            Most of the members of Viola SoC Warje Pune have paid the full amount, yet MNGL has not been provided. It's been almost 05 years. Lame excuses are given everytime blaming other agencies.

                              Online provision for KYC

                              The people coming for taking important information of Adhar card and light bill are not allowing to take photo of their identity card saying that it can be misused but they are taking our important information
                              This is not fair.We dont know who they are

The reading is 00000, we have contacted customer care and informed, also send the photo of meter on the given whatsapp no., Yet weare receiving bill. Please do the needful

                                I get the bill of 908 for the month during may 2020. But I was not there at my home from May 2020 and I already sent an updated reading to the MNGL whatsapp number [protected]. Still I get an average bill of 908 rupees. And after that in July 2020 I get the updated with the addition bill of 1911 (including late charge 100 for previous bill). I again send an updated meter reading photo to the whatsapp number in july and august month again. But no one is reply me on the whatsapp number.

                                So please take my complaint and resolve my bill issue. And please close my connection temporary until I did not add a request to start again the meter.

                                  I pradip dhanraj gugle had applied for new gas connection in baner area pune. My booking application no. Is 005454 dated 13.12.2019
                                  I paid full booking amount of rs.6550 online. But till today there is no any connection to me. I raised complaint on 10.02.2020 bearing number 10488470. But there is no any response from the company. This mngl company is only cheating to the public and collecting the booking amount on giving 15 days connection assurance.
                                  There is no any communication from the company till today.
                                  If company is not intrested to provide new connection why they had accepted full booking amount. There are using my money without any interest. It is company duty to provide connection once booking accepted.
                                  My earlier complaint is also there. I request you to do the need full and give me connection immediately other wise i will go to consumer court and forum and willraise complaint against mngl.
