Hi,

BP No 50090009.

I have applied for permanent disconnection of MNGL connection view shifting of residence.
It has been more than 9 weeks since disconnection request has been raised and more than 5 weeks since the meter has been removed.

Still, there is no update regarding refund.
There have been no response to the emails, nor is anybody picking up the helpline.

BP.NO. 50144069 generated in the year 2018, meter was not installed at that point of time. Now I have bought the flat and applied with Application No.12123 in the month of August, 2020. And also paid transfer fees of Rs. 250/- at MNGL office 15 days before. But till date I did not got the Meter or connection nor Name got transfer. Its getting too delayed . I do not have LPG connection as well. So how can 1 family survive without gas facility.br...

My BP No is 50191465. Dilip bhosale i have used very much less gas approx 5 min per day and have started using it from April 2020 and the bill amount i got to much high please correct it and send bill with proper usage and in detail i am attaching current photograph of meter below....

At Rathi CNG, the return gas pipe which is connected to gas filling line is removed. This is a serious safety violation. Please look into and take immediate action....

I have paid bill up to 20.07.2020 of amount Rs. 831 on date 10.08.2020 & current reading was 528 units.

Current meter reading submitted was 561 units on 22.09.2020 & not 651.
Bill received is for 651 current reading.

I am in receipt of Bill dated 08 October 2020 for Rs 7556 (Photo enclosed)

The bill is wrong, because my house is in closed condition from 30 Sept 2019. The bill has been prepared on Estimated Meter Reading of 407.

The actual reading of the meter is 165 as of today, the photo is enclosed. The reading of 165 is same as shown in bill dt 10 Oct 2019, for the meter reading taken on 23 Sep 19.

Most of the members of Viola SoC Warje Pune have paid the full amount, yet MNGL has not been provided. It's been almost 05 years. Lame excuses are given everytime blaming other agencies....

The people coming for taking important information of Adhar card and light bill are not allowing to take photo of their identity card saying that it can be misused but they are taking our important information

We have taken the MNGL supply of domestic gas for residential purposes ( BP Number[protected] and have been paying our bills regularly and in time . But, MNGL has been charging Rs. 100.00 as late fee in every bill and are not providing any explanation when it is taken up or explanations which are not convincing anf lack clarity and details ( Mails and Bills Attached )..

I get the bill of 908 for the month during may 2020. But I was not there at my home from May 2020 and I already sent an updated reading to the MNGL whatsapp number [protected]. Still I get an average bill of 908 rupees. And after that in July 2020 I get the updated with the addition bill of 1911 (including late charge 100 for previous bill). I again send an updated meter reading photo to the whatsapp number in july and august month again....

I paid full booking amount of rs.6550 online. But till today there is no any connection to me. I raised complaint on 10.02.2020 bearing number 10488470. But there is no any response from the company. This mngl company is only cheating to the public and collecting the booking amount on giving 15 days connection...

I have sent 3 emails + lodged complaint with customer service (Toll-free nbr person), followed up with local mngl engineers (Mr abhijeet, mr kishore). I was informed by mr abhijeet that he had forwarded my issue to crm some time ago with details & photos of meter reading, etc but no action is being taken. Though I have valid MNGL receipts of payments within the due dates, they keep adding arrears and keep applying late fee penalties . I have tried calling the customer care number of mngl pune and the 1800... Number but even if the ring goes it drops off within seconds. Further it seems there is no automatic acknowledgement of the mails as i wrote to them about erroneous bills and undue penalties they keep adding in my bill. Very unprofessional. I had logged a complaint with complaint number[protected]. We need an MNGL gas connection but the concerned personnel did not provide it even on multiple requests. There was no attention given even to the logged complaint.
Our building already has the MNGL gas connections and even some households are using it. Please provide the connection as soon as possible.

I am complaining about having been over billed in August 2020. The photograph of the reading sent to MNGL was for 628 units whereas your bill has recorded it as 666 units. I have been over billed by 38 units. Please note I have already settled your bill for Rs.1829/- under protest.
Kindly adjust the excess amount paid in your next bill and oblige.
