Dear sir,

I have sent 3 emails + lodged complaint with customer service (Toll-free nbr person), followed up with local mngl engineers (Mr abhijeet, mr kishore). I was informed by mr abhijeet that he had forwarded my issue to crm some time ago with details & photos of meter reading, etc but no action is being taken. I am a senior citizen and requesting you to kindly activate the bp account number and update billing urgently as i cannot make payment online without this. I am very frustrated as i have been trying to get mngl to do this for a month now but no one at mngl seems to care.

Dear Sir,

What is the point in submitting complaint, if you do not even bother to respond. MNGL has the worst customer service that I have come across. No one picks up the phone that is listed and no response to emails. How can issue get resolved?

    My B.P No is 50141261 as an MNGL customer . Since Jan 2020 my payments against their bills are not getting properly accounted . Though I have valid MNGL receipts of payments within the due dates, they keep adding arrears and keep applying late fee penalties . As a result of this I have ended up paying much more in excess of my consumption. I have been sending them mails after mails providing necessary proofs of receipts but only once I got their mail response and that showed missing payments from my side . I tried to call their toll free customer care number several times but they are just disconnecting after a couple of rings during even the normal working hours let alone 24x7 ! Now I am worried that they will keep on piling arrears and penalties based on their faulty accounting system and I will be burdened more and more . But if they dont listen to me over phone am I expected to go to them in person during COVID times ! Please help

      I have tried calling the customer care number of mngl pune and the 1800... Number but even if the ring goes it drops off within seconds. Further it seems there is no automatic acknowledgement of the mails as i wrote to them about erroneous bills and undue penalties they keep adding in my bill. Very unprofessional. Govt should not allow any monopolies otherwise this is the kind of treatment a consumer gets. I think my hp cylinder agency was better for a few rupees more, but reliable and responsive

        I had logged a complaint with complaint number[protected]. We need an MNGL gas connection but the concerned personnel did not provide it even on multiple requests. There was no attention given even to the logged complaint.
        Our building already has the MNGL gas connections and even some households are using it. Please provide the connection as soon as possible.

          I am complaining about having been over billed in August 2020. The photograph of the reading sent to MNGL was for 628 units whereas your bill has recorded it as 666 units. I have been over billed by 38 units. Please note I have already settled your bill for Rs.1829/- under protest.
          Kindly adjust the excess amount paid in your next bill and oblige.

            I have submitted meter reading two times by mail as well as in WhatsApp Number [protected].
            No one has visited for meter reading, No Bill in response to my mail/whatsapp.
            I would like to know how you issue Bill to consumer? Since it will be difficult to pay a hefty amount at once, I am worried for that.

              It is to inform you that we have Gas pipeline in our kitchen, but Final connection to our cooking unit is still balance. I am trying to contact customer care for last 15 days but it is impossible to contact on your Customer care no. [protected] or, [protected] as phone gets disconnected immediately after One ring. also tried some other nos. of those who brought Pipe connection in our kitchen but they are not responding to connect pipe to Cooking unit. Its really painful as we have paid full installation charges and not getting service from MNGL. as Ganesh festival is from Friday. you are Kindly requested to complete the connection at least by Friday afternoon.

                Hi team,

                I am vitthalrao n kale. My bp number is 50225106.

                I ve done arrangement of auto payment from my hdfc bank. As soon as bill will get generate auto payment will get initiated however i see there is charge of extra 100 rs.

                This is wrong. Could you fix it?

                  I ve autopayment option enable from my hdfc bank as soon as bill generated and it goes on time.
                  However i see in latest bill you have charged late fee amount of 100 rs. Which is unacceptable.

                  Can you fix and adjust amount asap?

                      We have been trying to contact them on customer care number, no one picks up. even after 8 months of BP number generated the Meter has not been installed.(MNGL BP number - 50151XXX )
                      We stay in Plush society of Baner, but after my complaint done one 27 Mar20, Request number[protected] i was told someone from Shivajinagar branch will visit us post for meter fitting.
                      The request is still not serviced by MNGL team.

                        In spite of payment for pipe line gas connections, connections are not given to b3 to b13 blocks of vastunagar housing society, bibvewadi kondhwa road pune 411037. Gas pipe line is at the door step of the society, but farther connections are pending. Lower half of the society the connections are given. Please arrange to do the needful

                            1. I received a bill in feb 2020 month of rs.1339
                            Again received a bill in month of june which consists reading of previous months and amount for that. But in the same month bill arrears is showed as rs.1789.
                            If feb month bill is 1339 then how come arrears is rs.1789? Why the difference of rs.440 added in to bill?

                            2. I didn't bill at proper time and then applied with rs.100 as late payment fee.
                            Start sending bills first and then apply late payment charges.
                            Please justify rs.100 as late payment fee for bill of rs. 250.

                              Hi, i'm sopan bombe. My bp number is 50145463. Despite of very little usage from mid march upto 8th june, the used unit count is very high. It is equal to the months when there was more gas usage. Please verify the bill, there is some mistake.

                                    Pending resolution from sept 2019

                                    When i had applied for the connection i had clearly stated that i need soft copy as i travel. I was not getting bills in hard copy or soft copy nor sms alerts. Calling helpline did not help as they would always say that they have taken up the issue and it will resolved. Finally after getting fed up i walked in their pune office. I was made to meet a representative. I clearly told that i neither got hard copy bill nor the soft copy bill and even sms were not send

                                    So why penalise me for their faults?

                                      Mngl has sent a wrong bill for rs 889/- which is due on[protected]. The reading in the bill shows 184 which is wrong. Even today's reading is only 175. My average bill is around 250/ to 280/.
                                      I have sent three mails to the customer care department but till date i have not received any replies. Further no one answers on the customer care number.
                                      Request to take up this matter and send me a correct bill duly rectified.
