I am not receiving bills since the connections is installed. Its been many months. Connected with customer care and shared the lastest meter reading snapshot but not getting any response. I need the bill urgently. I have dropped multiples mails to [protected]@mngl.in but not getting any response. Can you please help me to get the bills. When i am trying using bp no in online sites its showing record not found. Below is bpno. 50103070...

My BP no is 50150906. I not receiving any MNGL bill at online or at billing address. so I am unable to pay the bill....

Billing amount for mngl gas is 1728/- due date was 27.03.2020 which seems correct.

Here is the description of issue:
A sms from the MNGL sent on 24.03.2020 that due date of bill is extended till 15.04.2020. (attached photo)

Now on date 13.04.2020 when i am trying to pay the amount it is showing...

Dear team, highly disappointed with the service of mngl. We are calling the concerned person from evening 6pm and the salesperson is just fooling us by saying that he will come, or he is on the way. It's 8.30 pm still delayed response. She to leakage we are not able to cook the food.
So far we had to call up at least 3 people from mngl customer care provided numbers. Our bp no is 50187368. Still the concerned person has yet not reached...

Dear MNGL Team,

I am (BP No. :[protected] trying to call your customer care number several times since last 2 months, every time some one pics up the call, asks my BP number and keep me on hold and never reply. after 10 mnts holding the call gets automatically disconnected.
I have concern with incorrect billing details, amount and late fees.

I have opted for the equal installments for the initial amount of piped gas connection.
The mngl representative told us that the payment will be added to the bills.
Till now i received four bills from mngl. I paid all bills within time but from the second bill, i am receiving 100 rs extra as late fee charge.
When inquired, mngl customer care representative said, due to non payment of installment they are charging this....

I pradip dhanraj gugle applied for new connection as on 13.12.2019 and made online payment of rs.6550/- my application number is 005454. Till today no one from company has come to verify & giving new connection
After conti. Follow up and complaint to consumer forum, company had given bp numer bearing [protected] on 27.01.2020.
I had made complaint to the company for this regards and my complaint number is 10488470...

Hello,
After payment and document submission of 1.5 years, meter was installed by some local boy which was sent by mngl. No any technical person / engineer was with him. That guy did not listen anything when i told him about risk.. And he installed mngl meter above flames.. Also exhaust fan wiring is touched to meter. Mngl connection pipe is also very near to flames. Any severe accident can happen due to this faulty installation....

I (Mahendra kumbhar) paid my owner (Rahul anil pawar) cng bill of rs. 12155/- against bp no. 50003707 through my icici bank credit card ([protected]) on 23/11/2019
Unfortunately bill was paid twicely through credit card. Later on when i got credit card bill for december 2019, i contact mngl chinchwad office & give application for refund of 9500/- rs. Through my owner on 17th january 2020. I gor service request...

No proper response from customer care and emergency number. also customer care and emergency number persons are very rude.
I need small modification in connection point and can not start furniture work from last one month.

I ramdasi s. R. Living at below mentioned address flat no. 401, b1, mahadkar residency right bhusari colony paud road kothrud behind lohia jain it park pune 411038 allotted bp no. 50103314 vide mail dt. 24/10/2017. It has been more than 2 years since i have been allotted bp number however gas connection is not given to me. Kindly give the gas connection as early as possible.

Bp number not received for my mngl gas connection. Pipeline work done in 2017-18 but still not received bp number and connection also not started.

I had applied for new connection on 23 dec and still bp number has not been generated.
The process says that the bp number needs to be generated within 10 days.

Despite repeated emails to the customer care emailid, there seems to be no response. The call center guy says i need to be patient.
I don’t understand why in a society where it is an existing pipeline they are taking so much time for a new connection....
