Mngl has sent a wrong bill for rs 889/- which is due on[protected]. The reading in the bill shows 184 which is wrong. Even today's reading is only 175. My average bill is around 250/ to 280/.
I have sent three mails to the customer care department but till date i have not received any replies. Further no one answers on the customer care number.
Request to take up this matter and send me a correct bill duly rectified.

    Address: Maharashtra Natural Gas Limited (MNGL)

    Since 2 years the bill is not getting generated for MNGL gas connection.

    I have dropped several e-mails with the meter reading screenshot and every time I connect to customer care they say the server is down.
    Has the server been down since 2 years?
    Please generate the bill quickly, we are not going to pay penalty anymore.

          MNGL Team,

          I want someone to call me and explain the entire billing from day one. BP # 50189120. Below is the history of my
          billing problems

          • The first bill that was generated for me was for INR 4044, which I paid on 27-Jan and it is
          posted in your ledger on 29-Jan
          • After that I submitted a complaint on 27-Jan stating that the estimated meter reading in the
          bill was 53 units whereas in actual it was 30 units
          • On 06-Feb I sent another email stating that the current units is 35 and not 53
          • On 11-Feb I got an email from customer care that the bill rectification has been initiated and
          will be processed shortly
          • After that I have been checking the portal regularly and the last bill which is attached (Bill
          Date 11.02.2020 Bill Number: [protected]) shows Total Bill amount 1018.78 Less credit of -1544. So the
          final bill amount was INR – 525. There was nothing for me to pay since it was a negative amount
          • After that when I checked the MNGL portal in May it shows the payable amount is INR 1066. The
          bill was still showing the one with INR -525 i.e. Feb Bill. I called customer care so many times prior
          to the due date asking them why do I have to pay 1066 and they said to wait for the new bill to be
          generated. I still went ahead and made the payment to ensure I am not late with any payments
          • Now on 02-June you are responding that since outstanding is not cleared, late payment charges
          are applicable

          But where is the bill for your final outstanding amount? I have not received any bill after the bill
          for INR 4044 in Jan 2020. Only if you send me a bill I can pay the amount. So on what basis are late
          payment charges applied to me when you are not sending or generating any correct bill for the customer

          I called up customer care and they are of no help. They have no manners to talk, they cannot explain
          the bill and they disconnect my call when I ask for proper explanation of the bill.

          If this is the kind of service then I will be forced to give up this gas connection. I will not pay a
          single penny after that. I, being a customer, am willing to pay the correct amount but you, the
          supplier, is not providing me correct bills and instead of that you are charging me late payment
          charges. This is complete harassment.

          I want these LPC to be reversed, a correct bill to be generated and sent to me with the final and
          complete amount that I have to pay. Please call me and explain to me by entire billing history. You do
          not even have any grievance mechanism on your MNGL portal, no nodal officer nothing.

          MNGL charges Rs 100/- for late payment, we don't receive the bill copy (hard or soft copy), they have been inappropately charges, there is no nodal office or the customer support responding to take action, the customer support doesn't take that call, i made the call today 18.09.20 at 12.33pm no answer

            Hello,

            I had done an online registration for a new connection on 24-jan-2020. I had submitted all the kyc documents and paid up the registration amount of rs. 500 for the same.

            Below is the message i received after completing the process -

            Dear customer,
            Payment of rs.500.00 for mngl received successfully.
            Application no:006672
            Transaction no:rep[protected]
            Rakhee
            Rakhee. [protected]@gmail.com

            Since then (January) i have made repeated calls and requests to the toll free helpline including to mngl number [protected] but only got the answer that the bp number cannot be generated due to technical problem and that it would be resolved and the request would be closed within a week!!

            I hereby request someone to take this up seriously and get the connection installed - fyi the pipeline is already there in the building but since i have shifted recently want to get it connected to my flat.

            If not, please provide the escalation details to close this on priority.

                I am not receiving bills since the connections is installed. Its been many months. Connected with customer care and shared the lastest meter reading snapshot but not getting any response. I need the bill urgently. I have dropped multiples mails to [protected]@mngl.in but not getting any response. Can you please help me to get the bills. When i am trying using bp no in online sites its showing record not found.                     incorrect payment while paying online

                    Billing Amount: 1728/-
                    Online Payment Showing Amount: 1929/-

                    Billing amount for mngl gas is 1728/- due date was 27.03.2020 which seems correct.

                    Here is the description of issue:
                    A sms from the MNGL sent on 24.03.2020 that due date of bill is extended till 15.04.2020. (attached photo)

                    Now on date 13.04.2020 when i am trying to pay the amount it is showing...

                    Dear team, highly disappointed with the service of mngl. We are calling the concerned person from evening 6pm and the salesperson is just fooling us by saying that he will come, or he is on the way. It's 8.30 pm still delayed response. She to leakage we are not able to cook the food.
                    So far we had to call up at least 3 people from mngl customer care provided numbers. Our bp no is 50187368. Still the concerned person has yet not reached to us.

                      I am (BP No. :[protected] trying to call your customer care number several times since last 2 months, every time some one pics up the call, asks my BP number and keep me on hold and never reply. after 10 mnts holding the call gets automatically disconnected.
                      I have concern with incorrect billing details, amount and late fees.

                      the online bill is not correct

                      I have opted for the equal installments for the initial amount of piped gas connection.
                      The mngl representative told us that the payment will be added to the bills.
                      Till now i received four bills from mngl. I paid all bills within time but from the second bill, i am receiving 100 rs extra as late fee charge.
                      When inquired, mngl customer care representative said, due to non payment of installment they are charging this.

                      It is not my fault that mngl is sending bills every two months. Why should i pay for their mistakes. I am paying all bills within due dates.

                      Please look into this and take proper action on the company.

                      I am not the only one who is being looted by mngl.

                        I want to say that your customer service is really the worst because i called a customer care service 2 times but they are unable to help me and they hung up the phone. Is this the service that you guys provide? I need details of my gas bill for the last 6 months because its not available in your system / site. And want to know that why the bill amount is high for nov-dec. Month. What are arrears that you have added? Along with this our history of gas bill never cross 400-500 for 3months then how come the 2 month bill crossed 1200/-. Do generate your bill properly and teach your employees to talk to client respectfully. Actully "itne gavaar bhar rkhe h office m to kaam kse sahi hoga, aata kuch h nahi, 1 bill nahi open ho pata or khte h server down h, isi server ki vjah se shayd ap bill sahi se calculate b nahi kr pa rhe h. To employees change kriye or kch educated employees rkhiye jinko dimag ho, gavar kahi k.. Jane kaha kaha se aa jate h govt. Job krne".

                          Mngl b. P. No.50040833. Name: satish sharma, pune i have received my last bill by e-mail from [protected]@mngl.in on tue, 11 jun 2019, 11:39 pm after that i have not received bill from mngl.

                          I have sent several mails to [protected]@mngl.in on (A) wed, dec 25, 2019 at 6:00 pm (B) i have sent meter snap shot to [protected]@mngl.in on monday, december 30, 2019 3:12 pm. After that i have sent several mails and phoned them also but issue has not been resolved by mngl team.

                          Issues:
                          (1) bill not received after jun'2019

                          (2) in bill statement mngl has charged rs.150/- (+) on 30-sep-2019 and 10-jan-2020 rs.150/- for disconnection and re-connection charges. I never ever told / sent sms/ sent e-mail to mngl to do disconnection. Mngl is not giving me any proof of the same.

                            Sir,
                            I pradip dhanraj gugle applied for new connection as on 13.12.2019 and made online payment of rs.6550/- my application number is 005454. Till today no one from company has come to verify & giving new connection
                            After conti. Follow up and complaint to consumer forum, company had given bp numer bearing [protected] on 27.01.2020.
                            I had made complaint to the company for this regards and my complaint number is 10488470 dated 10.2.2020.
                            Company is not taking the care of the customers who had applied and paid full amount in advance. They are interested in collection money only.

                              My tenant using mngl gas last 3/4 month, and still i did not received invoice till today. (Please refer below photograph for all details)

                              Still i did not get invoice. Please take my case in high priority and send invoice asap.

                              Tenant is vacating 3rd mar 2020.

                                Hello,
                                After payment and document submission of 1.5 years, meter was installed by some local boy which was sent by mngl. No any technical person / engineer was with him. That guy did not listen anything when i told him about risk.. And he installed mngl meter above flames.. Also exhaust fan wiring is touched to meter. Mngl connection pipe is also very near to flames. Any severe accident can happen due to this faulty installation. Once mngl engineer came in our building for another installation.. At that time i showed him my meter installation and he was shocked to see. He agreed that meter installation is at high risk level and it must be modified.
                                As it was mngl mistake not to send any technical person with labour while installation, mngl should rectify problem earliest.

                                Mngl is neither replying to emails, nor replying properly on phone. Also in personal visit, they used very rude language and did not accept their fault.. As per them i need to pay again.
