Dear sir / madam,

My tenant using mngl gas last 3/4 month, and still i did not received invoice till today. (Please refer below photograph for all details)

I send 3/4 time email to your customer care email id ([protected]@mngl.in) for invoicing.

Still i did not get invoice. Please take my case in high priority and send invoice asap.

Tenant is vacating 3rd mar 2020.

The invoice bill we received is upto[protected] and the amount is 4, 796 and the online bill is showing 8, 507(phone pay) this is the difference in the bills

    Hello,
    After payment and document submission of 1.5 years, meter was installed by some local boy which was sent by mngl. No any technical person / engineer was with him. That guy did not listen anything when i told him about risk.. And he installed mngl meter above flames.. Also exhaust fan wiring is touched to meter. Mngl connection pipe is also very near to flames. Any severe accident can happen due to this faulty installation. Once mngl engineer came in our building for another installation.. At that time i showed him my meter installation and he was shocked to see. He agreed that meter installation is at high risk level and it must be modified.
    As it was mngl mistake not to send any technical person with labour while installation, mngl should rectify problem earliest.

    Mngl is neither replying to emails, nor replying properly on phone. Also in personal visit, they used very rude language and did not accept their fault.. As per them i need to pay again.

      Unfortunately bill was paid twicely through credit card. Later on when i got credit card bill for december 2019, i contact mngl chinchwad office & give application for refund of 9500/- rs. Through my owner on 17th january 2020. I gor service request...

      No proper response from customer care and emergency number. also customer care and emergency number persons are very rude.
      I need small modification in connection point and can not start furniture work from last one month.
      Without BP number can not start small modification also.
      Please take this on priority.

          Dear sir,

          I ramdasi s. R. Living at below mentioned address flat no. 401, b1, mahadkar residency right bhusari colony paud road kothrud behind lohia jain it park pune 411038 allotted bp no. 50103314 vide mail dt. 24/10/2017. It has been more than 2 years since i have been allotted bp number however gas connection is not given to me. Kindly give the gas connection as early as possible.
          Also kindly convey via stated reply why gas connection can was not given with reason within the stipulated time frame.

              I pradip dhanraj gugle had applied for online registration for new connection at prime panache co. Op. Housing society, baner, pune-411045 on 13.12.2019 and made payment of rs.6550 online. My receipt no. Is 005454
              Already 40 days over. Till today there is no any communication from you regarding status of my application. Even though you had not given me bp number nor any person visited to my house for any connection problem. Already there is pipeline and connections in the society. Let me know why you are taking so much delay for giving new connection?
              Let me know how much days will it take for new connection. You had not mentioned in the application for further process. I already paid all amount to you in advance. But you had not mentioned in application how much days will take for new connection. If there is no any communication from you, then i will give complaint against you to consumer forum

                  I had applied for new connection on 23 dec and still bp number has not been generated.
                  The process says that the bp number needs to be generated within 10 days.

                  Despite repeated emails to the customer care emailid, there seems to be no response. The call center guy says i need to be patient.
                  I don’t understand why in a society where it is an existing pipeline they are taking so much time for a new connection.

                    Pipe gas connection and meter is already in place at my flat in balewadi, pune, but my connection is not active. On inquiring they informed me to paid deposit of rs. 5500/- which i paid on 18-dec-2019 and constanly following up since then via customercare email id. It has been told to me that it will be address soon but i am surprised that fixing on/off knob and wall hooks takes more tha n a month in mngl.

                    I am writing this grievance on 19-jan-2020 exactly after waiting for 1 month and my query is not address by mngl customercare and neither by management team.

                    Looking forward to give timelines for each action or update customer timely via email/sms.

                    Kindly actitivate my pipe gas connection as soon as possible. There are no dues on me as I have already send the screenshot of meter. Please revert 560+/- due on my account and send executive as early as possible with wall hooks as they are broken.

                      Hello, its been around 9-10 months since my connection has been installed and even after 8-9 times follow ups on emails, my bill is never generated.
                      I am not getting any reply over tye mail, once i get the reply on phone and as asked i have provided my meter reading image but its been 2 months for same still i have not received any bill.
                      Can someone please look into it and help me.

                        We had applied for new mngl gas connection line at balewadi pune. Requisite fees rs. 6500/- required for the procedure were already paid on 19.10.2019. However till date no connection is made available to us. We have made to run from one office to other each providing us different procedure for new connection line. Also from time to time we have been provided false assurances that we will be provided connection in next 8 days but till date no one has even turned up to our place for inspection before installation of new connection. We have complained many a times to the service provider but of no use. Gas connection being basic service, unavailability of the same is causing us hardship. Request you to look into the same.

                            We got gas connections[only pipeline work done, not received meters] from mngl around 2 years back but its not started yet. Even few of our society members getting monthly bills.

                            I have raised complaints on mngl site and send mail to customer care but no reply.
                            Hi, I have taken a MNGL connection and since last few months I have not received any bills and even when I check the online website, the same shows "No Record".

                              This is related to my complaint to mngl about discrepancy in billing amount. Their way of operations is very non-transparent. They keep sending reminders about bill pending upto rs.4k wherein when we reach out to them the amount pending seems to be rs.1548 only. I've made below payments to them in last 10 months:
                              Rs.670 paid on 21 march 2019 receipt0077555
                              Rs.925 paid on 27 apr 2019 receipt0107608
                              Rs. 868 paid on 1st july 2019 receipt 0157167
                              Rs. 925 paid on 26 oct 2019 recepit0269935
                              Rs. 1658 paid on 30 nov 2019 receipt0319362
                              When i go to their online payment link it again shows 1548 pending that makes it them making me pay rs.5046 and adding another 1548 which was pending on 31 dec.

                              They cannot confirm that they received receipt0077555 and receipt0107608 while amount was paid on their website with them sending me a text message with confirmation of payment. Multiple follow ups didn't help. Their bill amount is highly inaccurate and customer care is never reachable. Please help.

                                Mngl advertisement says gas will be provided 24*7

                                However the reality is every week we are facing gas cut off for more than 1 hour without customers being informed.

                                Mngl call center is useless because :
                                1) they pick up phone after waiting for atleast 20 mins.
                                2) they are just told that gas will come after 1 hour.

                                Please file an official case against mngl for their 24*7 false gas advertisement and hopeless call center as they are misguiding customers.

                                  Just before 15 min i called to mngl customer care and the executive who picked up a call was very rude. Before listening to query properly he said to visit office. When i asked the query again then he asked my bp no and told me that server is very slow. And keep my call on hold for so long time. This is very unprofessional behaviour. Similar feed back i received from our society people. We are planning to stop using mngl in our society. Kindly take strict action against such people who ruinned the image.

                                    My BP number is 50031959. Every month my bill is charged around 831 oer month . No one came to check the actual reading. Request u to check this on urgent basis. I called 4-5 times to customer care and the same reply that server is down. how MNGL can charge 900 per month with out checking the reading ??
                                    Also there is no proper communication per month charged and used amount.

                                    didn't get positive response from MNGL. No one visited to check the actual reading then how they gave me the 831 bill ??request you to check this matter on priority
                                    We have requested for new connection in pimple saudagar, Pune and submitted the deposit amount but the deposit amount is not getting activated from mgnl side and no one is coming to activate the connection.

                                    After giving repeated calls as well both customer care and mgnl staff is not cooperating.
                                    We are continuously following up for gas meter installation from past one month but still no date for completion from MNGL.

                                      If possible please send u r work auditor to solve this problem as early as possible, otherwise we make complaint against company and contractor by legally. Because this is safety issue. And no one has right to spoil any body life.
