I have submitted the request on telephone regarding installation of new connection on 20th mar 19, my request no is 1036692, after that every day 3-4 times i am giving calls to the customer care, but so far installation has not been done, so i don't know how much time will take for installation, recently i have retired from air force after completing 40 years of service, recently i have shifted from bangalore to pune on rented house, last 6 days we are taking food from outside, thus our health is deteriorated, sir kindly expedite my request. I will be very very thankful to you
I had online applied mngl pipe gas on 10.4.2018 and full amt of rs. 6550/ paid online to mngl pune for getting mngl pipe connection . I am residing at Rajhansa CHS Opp Vanaz Factory, Lane 11, Kothrud Pune 411038

    Hello,
    I requested mngl to disconnect personally on 27 th Feb, 2019. During call with mngl customer care it has been told me that it will take couple of days to disconnect gas connection. Also I sent all details through mail to mngl as well as in person. I didn't get any response from them.
    Could you please confirm if you can help me to sort it out as I am not able to pay hepty bills of mngl gas.

      Cheque rs 500 & firm fill up & handover to sales girl in last year, but still not getting connection. Intact meter & pipeline connection came inside my kitchen. When i investigated then came to know that my cheque was misplaced by mngl chinchwad branch. I raised a complaint by email but not received satisfactory support.
      Please look into matter asap

        Hello,

        I have taken a connection 15 feb 2019. The connection boy had cut our lpg gas pipe from the middle and connect it to our gas shegdi and tite the button of shegdi. And at the time of installation we have given 300 rs. To them. Now from the first day of connection there is small leakage in the gas but we cant identify from where it is. Today its fire from button of shegadi. I have called to this [protected] (Kaillas) number. He is taking visiting charges and destroyed parts charges.
        We cant pay two times for new gas connection and its leakage issue.

          I've been trying to generate bp number for mngl pipeline that out society has. I talked to number of agents on their toll free number and all of them are saying write an email to our customer care and they will generate if for you.

          So i wrote email with all the necessary data and they are replying that you can't do it on email. You have to visit the office.

          So many days and i still don't what should i do or what is the correct process.

            My BP no is 50106781, Praveen k Mandhare. My present bill showing invoice of 5385 INR .where as online billing shows INR 7198. Also for your information I have paid 1738 INR and 2150 INR (transaction number NHMP[protected] DATED 02/07/2018 AND PHMP[protected] DATED 17/11/2018). I my present bill BILL AN ARREAS OF RS 4269.97 IS shown please confirm and revert me with a corrected bill.Also i am not getting any thing on my history.
            I am trying to pay bill online from mngl website http://billing.mngl.in/Payment.aspx but it giving error "record not found".

            Please help at the earliest

                  Our 2 months bill generated is of rs. 10925 which is invalid. Even after clearing all the pending bills. We enquire with your customer care employee and he provided the executive number we been trying to contact him but he doesn't pick a call this complaint has been raised previously as well a 6 months before but not get resolved yet it's an humble request to get it resolved as soon as possible i m providing you bp number, you can check all the transaction made between 1-7-2017 to 1-1-2019 this is the tenure of our consumption

                    waive off non usage charges

                    Mngl connection is not connected to our stove. Still we have charged with non usage charges.
                    Now we liked to take the mngl connection but they say first you have to sent mail to waive off non usage charges only then they can provide the connection.
                    From past 4 months we have sent several mails to [protected]@mngl.in. They don't even read the mail and send us standard reply. When we call customer care they ask us to send email...

                    Am a consumer of mngl, pune. My bp no is 50090793.

                    On 31 jan 2019, i received an sms from mngl, pune stating that an amount of rs 1196/- is to be paid to them by 21 feb 2019 quoting bill no[protected] dated 31 jan 2019 (The said bill is not available on their website). This amount appears to be arbitrarily decided as no one has come for meter reading since sep 2018.

                    On contacting mngl customer care i was advised to send image of current meter reading. Accordingly, i have sent the image of meter reading as on 01feb 2019.

                    As per the reading as on 01 feb 2019, the bill amount should be half of the amount of rs 1196/-. I have not received the corrected bills so far. You are requested to send the correct bill at the earliest. Responsibility of non/late payment is of mgnl, pune

                      Meter fixing in progress for gardenia phase - 1 scty, somnath nagar, wadgaonsheri, pune 411014. Your contractor person came to my flat b-4 bldg, flat no 20 making hole for meter fixing living the work half done telling to get the balance work to be done by us. No mngl representative to supervise the work or reporting. The work is not completed & there is no assurance from the company whether the work will be done or not.
                      Please let me know where can i get the BP number for the bill payment. I am staying in Mahindra Lifespaces Pimpri

                          We are using MNGL since long time and requesting company to send us bill. Bill has not been generated since installation. It has been difficult to know the expenses or the charges for this utility. Please do the needful. I am worried about paying a big amount all of sudden because of this issue. We have tried many times to speak to customer care but not working that way. Please help us get the bill.

                            Payment made on 4 oct 2018 & since that day there are many complaints raised from my side & so many calls are done to mngl chichwad & shivajinagar office.
                            But there is no outcome of that & till[protected] gas connection not yet done though i have paid 5500 rupees deposit to mngl.
                            Services are not organised & contract peoples are invoeved in it which are not at all accountable & no control on it.
                            I have avail the Pipeline connection of MNGL in my home. Today gas supply suddenly gets stopped. Please do the immediate action

                              We were told at the time of installation that there is no cost to us so we gave our aadhar cards
                              We have received the first bill with arrears of 5900... We are really confused...
                              A) how can we have arrears in first bill? This cannot be installation as it was...

                              I have submitted mngl new connection form on 27th october 2018. Same is approved on 29th October 2018.

                              They promised me that your connection will be get activated within 90 days, however there is no any communication from MNGL. I have called to mr. Vaidya [protected], mr. Sagar[protected], several time.

                              When i check on mngl site for application number, i am not able to get application details also.

                              If mngl do not want to give service then at least they have to inform us early so i am not able to depend on them. Try to find out other suitable solution.

                              From this it seems that they dont want any new customers.

                                I had applied for a new connection in the month of november, 2018 by paying an amount of rupees 6550.00 at mngl, link road, chinchwad gaon office. Initially the mngl customer executive said that i will get the connection within 15 days. However, it's been more than 2 months now but i have not got the gas connection. Moreover, other flats in my apartment already has mngl connections so i don't think there should be any reason to not setup a gas connection at my house. We had also registered a telephonic complain on 18th december, 2018 but we still hadn't received a response from mngl. Here is the complain/request no. 10322410

                                  Complaint registered on 14 nov 2018 for cu piping. Supervisor visited along with the person on 27th nov 2018. Discussed & replied that next day the person will visit to your place along with material & will resolve the issue. On same day the person completed for rubber tube routing only.
                                  Again i gave reminder call twice but till date issue is not resolved.
