Meter fixing in progress for gardenia phase - 1 scty, somnath nagar, wadgaonsheri, pune 411014. Your contractor person came to my flat b-4 bldg, flat no 20 making hole for meter fixing living the work half done telling to get the balance work to be done by us. No mngl representative to supervise the work or reporting. The work is not completed & there is no assurance from the company whether the work will be done or not.
Please let me know where can i get the BP number for the bill payment. I am staying in Mahindra Lifespaces Pimpri

    I have received tel, message to pay rs.929. I need following inf.in this regard.

    1. I have not received any bill showing the gas consumed, the period of the bill it relates to. I would like to receive bill in physical form for my record.

    2. The message says pay by cheque or online. I am staying at nibm rd. Kondhwa. Kindly inform where to make payment.

    3. Customer no. Is mentioned as 50155075

    4. This is my first payment.

      We are using MNGL since long time and requesting company to send us bill. Bill has not been generated since installation. It has been difficult to know the expenses or the charges for this utility. Please do the needful. I am worried about paying a big amount all of sudden because of this issue. We have tried many times to speak to customer care but not working that way. Please help us get the bill.

        Payment made on 4 oct 2018 & since that day there are many complaints raised from my side & so many calls are done to mngl chichwad & shivajinagar office.
        But there is no outcome of that & till[protected] gas connection not yet done though i have paid 5500 rupees deposit to mngl.
        Services are not organised & contract peoples are invoeved in it which are not at all accountable & no control on it.
        I have avail the Pipeline connection of MNGL in my home. Today gas supply suddenly gets stopped. Please do the immediate action

          I have submitted mngl new connection form on 27th october 2018. Same is approved on 29th October 2018.

          They promised me that your connection will be get activated within 90 days, however there is no any communication from MNGL. I have called to mr. Vaidya [protected], mr. Sagar[protected], several time.

          When i check on mngl site for application number, i am not able to get application details also.

          If mngl do not want to give service then at least they have to inform us early so i am not able to depend on them. Try to find out other suitable solution.

          From this it seems that they dont want any new customers.

            Hello all,

            I had applied for a new connection in the month of november, 2018 by paying an amount of rupees 6550.00 at mngl, link road, chinchwad gaon office. Initially the mngl customer executive said that i will get the connection within 15 days. However, it's been more than 2 months now but i have not got the gas connection. Moreover, other flats in my apartment already has mngl connections so i don't think there should be any reason to not setup a gas connection at my house. We had also registered a telephonic complain on 18th december, 2018 but we still hadn't received a response from mngl. Here is the complain/request no. 10322410

            Below are the details of my connection request.

            I haven't heard back from anyone regarding my complain. Can anyone please help me to get a mngl gas connection.

              Complaint registered on 14 nov 2018 for cu piping. Supervisor visited along with the person on 27th nov 2018. Discussed & replied that next day the person will visit to your place along with material & will resolve the issue. On same day the person completed for rubber tube routing only.
              Again i gave reminder call twice but till date issue is not resolved.

                Since last sunday i. E. 6 january 2019, flame for mngl connected gas stove is very much low. Can't even make tea faster. Earlier i could cook my my 3 burger gas stove will full flame. But now, only for single burner, the flame is too low. Due to this, when i try to simmer the flame, it gets turned off automatically.
                My bp no. Is 50056267. I stay in moshi, pimpri chinchwad.
                Please check for the issue asap as i suffering a lot because of this.

                  I have done the advance payment of rs.6500 and bp number was generated on 10-oct-18.

                  Even after multiple calls on customer care and email no one had contacted for connection. I am still struggling to understand by when my connection will be done.

                  I had called the customer care and they had raised a request number 10305447. This request number is still unresolved. And after repeated calls to them the customer care says that they can only remind the respective team and that is the only way of escalation.

                        Hi,

                        I am resident of flat no 204, harikrupa society, kothrud, pune 411038. I have paid mngl all payments to initiate cng gas connection before 1.5 year.

                        Mngl is yet to start supply of gas connection to me and my society members through pipeline and connection has been reached to next to my society.

                        Mngl channel partner png has collected cheques on behalf of mngl in pune.

                        This is case of getting fraud or delay. Kindly look into it.

                          It has been more than1 month, i have been following up to get the gas connection at my flat, in pimple saudagar.

                          Application number - 000061

                          Have filled form online and paid online and as per the process had shared the details and proofs on mail. Not yet they have careted bp number for me. Moreover they say they didint get the payment whereas bank says mngl already claimed it. But no resolution yet.

                          Have called the customer care, around 100 times, and the response i get is they have escalated my case on high priority, and will be resolved soon or mail them. Have also mailed to their email address with all the details, but no action.

                          There is no other number on the website where you can call and escalate your issue.

                          I feel totally helpless & frustrated, not having anyone to take the accountability.
                          This is shame for mngl, that consumers are losing the trust in their process, and are being forced to come to social media to have their issues resolved.
                          While i search for more ways to escalate this, if any accountable mngl personal looks at this, please have this issue resolved at the earliest.

                            Bp no:50140155.
                            Area : wakad, pune.
                            I paid the amount rs6500 in the mid of april 2018 to mngl for new connection but i am yet to get the connection. It's been 7 months now.
                            I have called on mngl customer care number atleast 4-5 times and raised a complaint each time, but nothing happens. Everytime when i phone them, i just get a assurance of completion within a week but no one turns.
                            I have called to couple of there members multiple times but nothing happens. I phoned mr. Kamble and mr. Godse atleast 8-10 times but no one even respond properly.
                            I hugely disappointed with mngl as they have taken the money from 9 months but pathetic behavior.
                            I sincerely expect some action to get the connection and such low-grade process to be improved.

                              My id of mngl is 50172314. The connection was activated on 23 nov 2018. The nozzles of the existing hotplate (Burners) were modified to suit the "natural gas". The gas coming out of the nozzles is excessive due to faulty installation/design/manufacture. Vessels /food kept on the burners are getting heated far too rapidly. What can be done about this defect???

E. 15th dec.2018 i have not received the bill. Mr. Jadhav has wrongly tested the leakage of gas in the burners and fitted valves and charged me rs. 1350/-.                                   I am not receiving any bill. When i am trying to pay bill online from mngl website http://billing.mngl.in/Payment.aspx but it giving error "record not found" after entering bp number.
                                  I sent email to mngl customer care, after 3 days they asked me to provide the snap shot of meter, i have sent that to them long time back. Still issue is not resolved and they are not responding despite of asking to provide the updates.

                                    We have paid amount of 5500 at pimpri chinchwad mngl office for gas pipeline connection in 15 aug 2018. According to policy connection should get installed within 90 days. But now for my flat in royal tranquil society in pimple saudagar, its been more than 110 days, connection is not installed yet

                                    We have called 100 times to the customer care but no action has been taken. As this is comes under government sector, no one takes there responsibility seriously. Even the customer care has provided us the number of any senior. But no one picks up call on the number.

                                    Highly disappointed with the mngl service.

                                      I have paid amount of rs 6, 000 for pipeline gas connection on 26.7.17 (Receipt is enclosed) but yet today there is no connection.
                                      Your person mr vinay & one more person came to my house & did half work (Photographs are enclosed) even that work is also not done properly. Ur official can visit to my house. What they have told that required drill was not with them to drill my marble otta on which my gas hub is fitted. U just comlpete the work on urgent basis or return my deposit with interest @12% along with compensation for damages done to my kitchen wall. See attached receipt & photos.                                         Dear sir/madam
                                        When i was offered the mngl connection, it stated that the security deposit rs 5000 will divided into 10 monthly installments and rs. 500 will added in you monthly bill towards this. This was clarified with your customer care when 1 st bill was generated. So the 1st bill that was generated was paid accordingly ie. Gas charge + 1st instalment of deposit rs 500.
                                        But when i see the second bill that was generated i see that last bill is shown as arrears and the late pay charges are applied on it.
                                        When contacted the customer care they said that all the bill that was paid last time went into security deposit. So it is showing as arrears now.
                                        Also rs. 500 form fee was paid by check issued in name of mngl so please also rectify that
                                        Can you please rectify the bill. As it is not correctly reflecting the status and is showing the wrong details and unnecessarily creating the dues even after paying bills on time.
