I haven't received a single bill till date for my MNGL for almost a year now. I tried to pay online withe BP no provided[protected] but it says it's not valid BP no,
My address is D-904, Florencia, kaspate wasti, wakad, Pune.
Need urgent help on this.

    I have filled and submitted form to obtain new connection from MNGL along with the cheque for full payment. It was done on 15th June, Since than I have not heard any update on the same. The amount is still not debited from my account.

    Application form cum receipt number: 293624

    When I called customer care last week I was told it will been done in couple of days, yet I don't see any progress. Cheque is not process, No DP number, nothing on it till now.

    I don't know why it is taking so long. Please process it immediately, It is my humble request.

      I am completely disturbed with your all replies till now. Please help me to understand whether you have solved my query or not.

      Below is my query,
      My regular bill till last time was as below,
      Please note my last 8 month's uses
      From to units used bill amount

      [protected] [protected] 10 237
      [protected] [protected] 16 384
      [protected] [protected] 15.475 396

      My average usage of gas is maximum 16 units each month.
      However in your last bill it is showing 49.25+142.28 = 191.53 units.

      This bill is completely unacceptable. I have not used gas last month more than my regular use. My bill should be in the range of 400-500 & not more than that. You can refer my old usage records in 2 years. Your bill is 12 times higher than my regular bill. Why..?

        Hello

        Despite multiple follow ups with mngl contractors, have not received any connection over the last 4 months. I have also logged complaint with their customer support and was told it would be resolved soon. I am still waiting for the day to arrive. They are the most dis trustful customer service i've ever seen. The complaint number raised with them on 7-jun is below.

          I have been pursuing the matter for Pipeline Installation with MNGL contractors since January 2018. There have been several installations in our apartment building.

          I have also been taking up the matter with MNGL customer care, however it is not heading anywhere other than getting promises. Last week I was promised that the work would be initiated this week. However when I followed up with them today, they were not willing to commit. I then tried to talk to the customer support supervisor. He gave absurd reasons like we may not have been home when the contractor called. I was told earlier that the contractor would call and fix a date and time for the work which never happened.

          MNGL's approach to customer service has been very indifferent. They are charging customers Rs. 6, 500 registration for a service which they are not delivering. Mine is not a one off incident, I have heard similar complaints from many of the other customers as well.

          If they do not have any intent of doing the work, at least they should have the courtesy to provide refund for the registration fee.

          My BP no is 50091944
          i have got connection in march 2018 and today 29 June 2018 i have checked online with my BP no it is showing me 3150/- . how is this possible i have checked till now my reading is only 25 . even i have spoken my reader men early that time he said you have 55 unit free with new connection. kindly have a look on this issue.

            We did the gas pipeline connection in the month end of march 2018, but we have recieved a bill for the gas from january 2018.

            To resolve this we had talked to the customer care on 9th june 2018 and also raised a complain for the same. The customer care people asked us to write an email with upadted reading and we did the needful.
            Still we haven't received any proper response from the team. Nor does anybody came to take the meter reading till today.
            This bill generating system is fake. You are requested to send the correct billing from the start i. E. March end 2018 till date.
            I am providing the necessary details with the current updated reading as well the fake bill which we have recieved.
            Hoping a quick response.

              I has applied for new connection 10th march 2018. At that time mngl said that it will take one month to install the connection. Although society has already mngl pipeline installed till our balcony. They had to install only meter and connect it to stove.

              It has been more than three months that i have been chasing them. Bp number is already generated in march. Each time they will say that person will come this monday. I don't know why specifically they love monday. Now even they have stopped replying to my mails.

              The pathetic service provider has many excuses, but they will not install connection.

              Could you please help me awaking these sleepy people?

                I stay in prime plus society, pimple saudagar pune where mngl has laid out pipeline network. I have applied for gas connection in dec 2017 last year. My cheque of rs 6000 got deducted on 27 jan 2018. Still no one turn up to do gas connection. I have called to mngl customer care 15 times so far and dropped email thrice by now. All they (Customer care representative) say is "i will escalate the issue on high priority & as a matter o[censored]rgency to concerned department and connection would be established within 1 week". I fail to understand why it's taking so much time to do installation. It would be appreciated if connection is established asap.

                I got a call from their office no 02025584009 upon my escalation over consumer forum & probably that helped me in rectifying this issue quickly. I got multiple call from different contractor to fix this within two days. I think it would be a wise choice on our part to use consumer forum for our issues instead of reaching out to their customer care or email for any kind of assitance. They are useless on their part and have this habit of parroting same line for each & every issue.period!

                Hi,

                So it's been more than two months since my connection done, but i still don't have a registered BP no in MNGL system to pay my bill too ? I had inquired their customer care for this issue as a regular procedure, but as expected, ans from customer care end wasn't satisfactory as it always was.

                Since it's been more than months now, i expect MNGL guy to come over & check my meter reading & generate my bill accordingly but nothing of this sort is happening & only assurance for the same is coming over from customer car end upon asking.

                Dear MNGL, i failed to understand why one has to shoved down to your throat for every single piece of work ? Is this how MNGL run ? Is this irresponsible behavior is usual practice for MNGL ?

                Looking at the other MNGL related complaints over this forum, i anticipate discrepancy in my first bill (if get generated) & that will be an another ballgame altogether .

                Request you to please rectify this issue at your earliest & help me move out of this misery ?

                We have been trying to contact them on customer care number, no one picks up. even after 8 months of BP number generated the Meter has not been installed.(MNGL BP number - 50151XXX )
                We stay in Plush society of Baner, but after my complaint done one 27 Mar20, Request number[protected] i was told someone from Shivajinagar branch will visit us post for meter fitting.
                The request is still not serviced by MNGL team.

                  Hello sir i had taken mngl connection in january 2018. Now i have received a message for paying bill online from mngl and the website has been given in that message and the customer number is also given in that message. So i was trying to pay mngl bill online. While trying to pay bill it was asking me for bp number so where i will get that bp number.

                  I stay in Nanded City, Sinhagad Road Pune where MNGL has laid out Pipeline network. I have applied for gas connection on 22 Feb 2018. My cheque of Rs 6000 got deducted on 5 March 2018. Still no one turn up to do Gas connection. I have called to MNGL customer care 5 times so far and dropped email twice. All they (customer care representative) say is "I will escalate the issue to concerned department and connection would be established within 1 week".                     I have made the payment long time back and still the pipeline has not been activated. Only the meter has been setup, the final nozzle for the gas pipe has not been installed. I have registered multiple complaints and was given the same answer that it will be resolved in 2-3 days which has never happened. It has become uncertain for us as to till when are we supposed to keep getting the LPG cylinders. I have sent emails to the customer care and have been assured that the matter is escalated to the concerned team which has not resulted in anything. I am looking for an urgent fix.

                    I had paid the fees for Gas pipeline installation of Rs 6, 000. It has been more than 2 and half months, but the half meter rubber pipe and nosel has still not been fixed. We have raised a complaint with the customer care 3 times but still no action has been taken. Ours is the only house left with the installation. I request an urgent action to be taken or refund me Rs 6000 with interest from the date of amount paid. Looking for an urgent intervention.

                      I did the payment for a new connection in october 2017 n got the line in 2 months.
                      Just a pipe needs to be connected to the stove which was not available with the worker at the time of connection.
                      I am following with mngl from past so many months n till yet work not done.
                      Everytime they say 2-3 days but it's been 5 months.
                      Earlier also i had sent a mail n no action has been taken.
                      Please consider this on urgent basis as it's been 6 months since payment done.

                        BP No 50135684, payment done on 6 Mar 2018 & BP no generated on 04 APR 2018 but connection not yet activated. Several emails, calls has been done to customer care but no proper response from your end. Even complaint has been registered with National Consumer Forum and their docket number is 713794 but we couldn't get any response. This is really annoying, irritating and disgusting service.

                          Ihave received latest bill no.[protected] for rs.1482/ inclusive of arrears of rs.880/. However i would like to mention that i have already paid the following bills amounting to rs.880/on 13/11/2017 by cheque no.353915 drawn on idbi bank ltd. The cheque has been debited in my a/c. Kindly therefore confirm that the payment is credited correctly to my a/c.

                          Flat no k102, sun universe, narhe. Installation in process here. Installation people installed machinery in jan 2018. Did not install properly. Unnecessary holes drilled in wall, pipes not attached to wall, did not rectify till date.
                          Your supervisor tushar sledge took cheq of rs 500 on 27.02.18 and told that i would get bp no within 15 days, which is still awaited.
                          Mr tushar not responding. Also tried your customer care n[protected]. Only one record is played 'our representatives will be at your service', but no response. Respond immediately.

                            It's very much disappointed to publish foolish nature of mngl as a company n their employees as... All this are sending fake bills to their customer also their bill reading collection agent iiregular never take readings on proper timings..
                            My approximate gas bills of two months is 800-900/-rs but this time this foolish guys sent me bill of 6300/-rs with same usage.

                            When i talk with their customer support this foolish n rude employee give me the reason of estimated bills and u hv to pay it...
                            Very dispappointing...
                            I m gone to close my connection permanently and request for new customers never opt for mngl cz this is a fraud company sending always fake bills to their customer..
                            At start they will attract you by sending low cost bills than normal cylinder... But in one shot they will take always all ur money and empty ur pocket..
                            Don't go for mngl gas pipeline connection...

                                It has been more than 3 months, i have been following up to get the gas connection at my flat, at brahma palace, pimple gurav, pune

                                Have called the customer care multiple times, and the response i get is they have escalated my case on high priority, and will be resolved within 2 days. Have also mailed to their email address with all the details, but no action.
                                There is no other number on the website where you can call and escalate your issue.

                                I feel totally helpless & frustrated, not having anyone to take the accountability.
