    B p no. 50109994.

    Had applied for the connection way back in december 2017 and paid the requisite charges.

    But till date the connection has not been provided and there`s been pathetic response to enquiries and complaints

    The society where the connection is sought, is already under the co`s piped line coverage. Just pipeline to be extended and provided to the flat and meter to be fitted. Hardly a day`s job.

    Complained vide e_mail and telephonic calls but standard reply that the matter is being forwarded to the concerned department.
    GAS bill is not OK. Current reading is 231 on the date 17september 2018 plz find attached photo of current reading.

      I stay at kalpataru estate at pimple gurav. I had applied for the mngl come tion in june 2017 and the amt has been deducted from my account as well but as on date 3rd sept 2018 the connection is still pending. None of the representatives have ever in these 1.5years visited my house for measurement, no follow up and status. I have requested for a refund and now they want me to personally visit the sivajinagar or chinchwad branch to submit the disconnection form cancelled cheque. I do not stay in pune anymore. I have had a very poor service issue with mngl.

        My mngl BP no is 50127938
        I have got new connection around 5 months before and never got bill.
        Followed up with mngl multiple times.
        Customer care says issue will resolve but never resolved.
        Online status while paying against the BP number shows record not found.
        Hence can't have a look and pay bill there online.
        It would be great if get this resolved
        Please help.

          Please observe the photographs attached herewith. It can be easily seen the extent of damage caused by your installation team to the dados and tiling. The workmen deployed by MNGL had no core cutters or such required equipment and they used ordinary hammer and chisel to cut the holes. When I objected, they did not pay any heed and continued the damaging activities. They have also avoided completing the installations and making necessary repairs. Apart from this while doing this installation work, the solar pipe was broken as he was not having essential ladder safety equipment's to carry out the aforesaid work.

          In fact, every customer pays for the installation charges and still your contractors/workmen do not use the sophisticated tools easily available in the market. This is not tolerable under any circumstances and I request you to look in to the matter and take severe action against such irresponsible contractors and make them do good the damage they have caused.

          I sincerely hope that stringent early action to repair all the damages and restore the original work shall be taken and the culprits shall be punished.

            Hello team,

            I opted mngl connection in january 2018. Now today 25th july 2018, i have received a message for paying bill online from mngl and the website has been given in that message and the customer number is also given in that message. So when tried to pay the bill online, system asks to capture the bp/ca number which post capturing system says its incorrect.

            Let me know how to resolve this issue.

              I would like to activate my gas pipeline connection. The payment is done, meter is fitted and the line was never used earlier.

              I would now like to activate the gas pipeline. My meter reading is 0000.

              I have contacted 15 times till now to the customer care and still no one has come home to activate the line. I would like to know by when this gas pipeline activation process will be done?

              It's been a month now since i am contacting customer care of mngl via email and phone and no one turned yet.

              Mngl is taking our money and making fun of customers. They say that team will contact me as early as possible.

              It is just 15 minutes of work and i have already waited for a month.

              Please let me know the process to escalate the matter to concerned department or person.

                Always get thank you emails but no yet got single call back or update from MNGL. Poor and pathetic service.

                  Hi, I am not able to pay the mngl bill. After entering the BP number, it retrieves all the payment related information. But after entering the emailId and phone no., and clicking "Pay", The page keeps refreshing, but doesn't redirect to the next page. It simply gets stuck there. And my bill's due date is 21st July'18. I have been trying to pay the bill from beginning of this month. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.

                    I have MGNL connection with BP No: 50038792 and uninstalled meter (zero reading). I am following up for the installation of MGNL meter in my flat from the month of January 2018, but I am not getting any response from the MGNL side.

                    First I visited the MGNL office in Chinchwadgao where my request was noted down in a register and they told me that it may take 2 to 3 months for this. I waited for 4 months but did not receive any response.

                    Next, I contacted the customer care and raised a request (Request No:[protected], but again I am not getting any response. Every time I call customer care they informed me that they have escalated my request with high priority, but I am yet to hear back.

                    Can someone in your office help me with the installation of the meter and starting the connection in my flat.

                      I dont know who has given this rating for solving all complaints.

                      Its unfortunate. Even after follow up and after 3 months of payment you have not provided gas connection. Why do you accept payments if you are not capable enough to provide gas connections. MNGL is PSU and people earn high salaries, perks, benefits without having any commitment for customers.

                          I have filled and submitted form to obtain new connection from MNGL along with the cheque for full payment. It was done on 15th June, Since than I have not heard any update on the same. The amount is still not debited from my account.

                            I am completely disturbed with your all replies till now. Please help me to understand whether you have solved my query or not.

                            My regular bill till last time was as below,
                            Please note my last 8 month's uses

                            My average usage of gas is maximum 16 units each month.
                            However in your last bill it is showing 49.25+142.28 = 191.53 units.

                            This bill is completely unacceptable. I have not used gas last month more than my regular use. My bill should be in the range of 400-500 & not more than that. You can refer my old usage records in 2 years. Your bill is 12 times higher than my regular bill. Why..?

                              Despite multiple follow ups with mngl contractors, have not received any connection over the last 4 months. I have also logged complaint with their customer support and was told it would be resolved soon. I am still waiting for the day to arrive. They are the most dis trustful customer service i've ever seen. The complaint number raised with them on 7-jun is below.

                                I have been pursuing the matter for Pipeline Installation with MNGL contractors since January 2018. There have been several installations in our apartment building.

                                I have also been taking up the matter with MNGL customer care, however it is not heading anywhere other than getting promises. Last week I was promised that the work would be initiated this week. However when I followed up with them today, they were not willing to commit. I then tried to talk to the customer support supervisor. He gave absurd reasons like we may not have been home when the contractor called. I was told earlier that the contractor would call and fix a date and time for the work which never happened.

                                MNGL's approach to customer service has been very indifferent. They are charging customers Rs. 6, 500 registration for a service which they are not delivering. Mine is not a one off incident, I have heard similar complaints from many of the other customers as well.

                                If they do not have any intent of doing the work, at least they should have the courtesy to provide refund for the registration fee.

                                i have got connection in march 2018 and today 29 June 2018 i have checked online with my BP no it is showing me 3150/- . how is this possible i have checked till now my reading is only 25 . even i have spoken my reader men early that time he said you have 55 unit free with new connection. kindly have a look on this issue.

                                  We did the gas pipeline connection in the month end of march 2018, but we have recieved a bill for the gas from january 2018.

                                  To resolve this we had talked to the customer care on 9th june 2018 and also raised a complain for the same. The customer care people asked us to write an email with upadted reading and we did the needful.
                                  Still we haven't received any proper response from the team. Nor does anybody came to take the meter reading till today.
                                  This bill generating system is fake. You are requested to send the correct billing from the start i. E. March end 2018 till date.
                                  I am providing the necessary details with the current updated reading as well the fake bill which we have recieved.
                                  Hoping a quick response.

                                    I has applied for new connection 10th march 2018. At that time mngl said that it will take one month to install the connection. Although society has already mngl pipeline installed till our balcony. They had to install only meter and connect it to stove.

                                    It has been more than three months that i have been chasing them. Bp number is already generated in march. Each time they will say that person will come this monday. I don't know why specifically they love monday. Now even they have stopped replying to my mails.

                                    The pathetic service provider has many excuses, but they will not install connection.

                                    Could you please help me awaking these sleepy people?

                                      I stay in prime plus society, pimple saudagar pune where mngl has laid out pipeline network. I have applied for gas connection in dec 2017 last year. My cheque of rs 6000 got deducted on 27 jan 2018. Still no one turn up to do gas connection. I have called to mngl customer care 15 times so far and dropped email thrice by now. All they (Customer care representative) say is "i will escalate the issue on high priority & as a matter o[censored]rgency to concerned department and connection would be established within 1 week". I fail to understand why it's taking so much time to do installation. It would be appreciated if connection is established asap.

                                      I got a call from their office no 02025584009 upon my escalation over consumer forum & probably that helped me in rectifying this issue quickly. I got multiple call from different contractor to fix this within two days. I think it would be a wise choice on our part to use consumer forum for our issues instead of reaching out to their customer care or email for any kind of assitance. They are useless on their part and have this habit of parroting same line for each & every issue.period!

                                      Hi,

                                      So it's been more than two months since my connection done, but i still don't have a registered BP no in MNGL system to pay my bill too ? I had inquired their customer care for this issue as a regular procedure, but as expected, ans from customer care end wasn't satisfactory as it always was.

                                      Since it's been more than months now, i expect MNGL guy to come over & check my meter reading & generate my bill accordingly but nothing of this sort is happening & only assurance for the same is coming over from customer car end upon asking.

                                      Dear MNGL, i failed to understand why one has to shoved down to your throat for every single piece of work ? Is this how MNGL run ? Is this irresponsible behavior is usual practice for MNGL ?

                                      Looking at the other MNGL related complaints over this forum, i anticipate discrepancy in my first bill (if get generated) & that will be an another ballgame altogether .

                                      Request you to please rectify this issue at your earliest & help me move out of this misery ?

                                      We have been trying to contact them on customer care number, no one picks up. even after 8 months of BP number generated the Meter has not been installed.(MNGL BP number - 50151XXX )
                                      We stay in Plush society of Baner, but after my complaint done one 27 Mar20, Request number[protected] i was told someone from Shivajinagar branch will visit us post for meter fitting.
                                      The request is still not serviced by MNGL team.

                                        I stay in Nanded City, Sinhagad Road Pune where MNGL has laid out Pipeline network. I have applied for gas connection on 22 Feb 2018. My cheque of Rs 6000 got deducted on 5 March 2018. Still no one turn up to do Gas connection. I have called to MNGL customer care 5 times so far and dropped email twice. All they (customer care representative) say is "I will escalate the issue to concerned department and connection would be established within 1 week". I fail to understand why it's taking so much time to do installation. It would be appreciated if connection is established ASAP.
