Sir,
We are being charged, during the months july and august 2017, for 29 units each. However, we have used only 1-1.5 units in the entire 2 months. The reading at the beginning of the july month was around 14, which is reflected accurately, and currently it's between 15 and 16, which is being reflected incorrectly. Nobody came to visit to check out meter either. Request you to resolve the issue as we are being significantly overcharged.

The customer care contacted me and rectified the error within 3-4 days. Even the email sent to the customer care was responded to by the next day.

    My bp no. Is 50084189 registred in april 17. Still i didn't get connection inspite of enquring many times. They just promise of giving at monthend. 5 months are gone. They told that connection would be provided within 3 months. Gas pipe line alteady exists in my apartment. Pl. Do the needful. It smells something else. Regards.

      Mngl connections including meter box, regulator and copper tube fitted at my place in april 2017 but still mngl people have not visited my place to fit the rubber tube and start the gas supply.

      All the deposits are already submitted and cheques cleared.

      I have been dropping mails to customer care and calling them up every week but it seems they dont have any control over the person who shall visit and do the remaining connections.

      They even dont know the escalation matrix.

      It has been 3 weeks now and mngl gas has not started at my place.

      Could you please assist me in getting the gas supply started?

        Since providing new connection at my place meter has not been read once. JMR has been requested via email on 05-June and 07-June but no action whatsoever- BP # is 50042439. Since the past 4 calls with customer care everytime we've been asked to provide meter number and date of communication. Which has not made any difference.

        Requesting you to look into the matter urgently.

          I had been sending mails from april 2017 for wrong billing, on 8th may 2017 received a confirmation mail that shortly they will send the corrected bill. Regret today we are on 26th june 2017 the bill is not been corrected. They are not deputing the person to see the meter reading and adhoc basis raising the bills to harsh the consumers this has happened twice with me and twice with my bother and friends. This is not at all expected from a company like mngl.

            Hi,

            I have applied for mngl connect 6 months back and payment was done in dec 2016.
            So far i have not received any communication from mngl on the request status.
            I have called customer care many times and only response i have received so far is the request has been escalated.

            For your reference bp no – 50075881

            Hope this will be addressed with a right priority.
            If this is not addressed in next 15 days, i wish to cancel this request. And i hope i will not have further hassles in getting my money back without any deductions.
            I am very disappointed with this kind of service from mngl.

            This email was sent to [protected]@mngl.in on 10th june 2017, but no response was received till 21st june 2017.
            I hope appropriate action will be taken.

            Noone from MNGL has contacted me so far, after raising it here for more than 2 months.
            I also sent an email to customer care initiate refund of my money. No response on that email either.
            I hope MNGL takes some action.

              Even after instructing mngl contractor to route the cng pipeline such that it will be easy to operate in kitchen. Contractor has made the cng routing in very haphazard manner. I am following with mngl since last two months but didn't get any response till now.. Very poor service.. I would say no service at all..
              I don't understand why they kept customer service dept if they are responding at all.

              Just imagine, if your cng gas supply got stopped due to some xyz reason, then i don't know how much time they will take it to restore with this poor service mechanism.

                I am staying in magarpatta city, where pipe gas required setup for pipe gas is available, for the same mngl should not take more than 15 days to perform the installation, but since almost 3 months no one is ready to perform the installation, behavior for the people coming for the installation is not good, they are not talking in right way with ladies as well, i did escalated this issue on 21-mar-2017.
                On 24-may-2017, mngl pipe gas installation representative (Cell # +91 [protected]), who arrived at our flat in evening 5:30 and asked us why no one is at home, my response was we both are working so we can decide on the tentative time when he can come, he told us to be available at home on sunday 28-may-2017, full day we were at home waiting for him and he did not turned up, as well as he did not pickup the call.
                Now since that day i am sending an regular emails to '[protected]@mngl.in' and doing an follow-up after calling to 020 – 65107600, unfortunately no one is ready to respond to email, but when called to customer care via phone, they only says the complaint is escalated. While asking the complaint no. They do not have complaint no., even they do not know the sla / how much time in which the escalation process will get closed, unfortunately there is no escalation or grievance process available for mngl, due to which customer need to wait.
                We even spoke with one of the mngl manager farana on landline no.[protected] but found she is also helpless, received the same response like customer care. It seems like pipe gas installation team is not listening to anyone.
                Now twitter is also an effective mechanism, so we posted the message on twitter, but seems like mngl is not even watching messages available on twitter / facebook. Well if customer care is not watching the emails then how can we expect mngl to be educated enough to look at twitter / facebook.
                I hope after watching this message, someone will act on it and support to get the connection installed on priority.

                Gas Connection is done on 3rd June 2017.
                Hi - I am facing the same problem, its been 4 months now the installation is not done and when ever I call on the customer care # they would say will be done in a month time.
                BP # 50089198.

                if this not resolved in next week - I would take it further with Govt Authority who is responsible for the MNGL in Pune.

                  Chairman / secretary nas given ` noc` to do needful for providing fresh new connetion on 19th may 2017. On enquiry by flat owner of no. 9 s s soman he was told that within a weeks time you will be asked to fillup individual application alongwith payment but even after 2weeks/ 14 days there is no communication.

                  Will you please expedite necessary formalities. However in anticipation individual application is being filed by s s soman today 2nd june in kothrud depot office.

                    It's been more than 4 months since i have applied for the new pipe gas connection. The set-up is ready in my building but still no connection. Most frustrating experience, as usual from govt. Entity. Hopeless...
                    Made alnost 10 calls and mails to their customer care but every time i was told that request has been sent from our side and we can't do anything. When asked for responsible person to call; they don't have any idea. My cheque was already debited within 2 days of application but no connection.

                    As usual, cannot trust govt. Services in this country.

                      Connection is provided at home y mngl but nobody has came to collect bills from last 6 month how we will able to pay it at once. And even customers care person are not attending the calls. While taking connection they told you will receive the bill every month but still last 6months nobody came please let me know the answer how to resolve this issue

                        At my home, MNGL meter installed.I have paid all the deposits for this.
                        Now I just need to attach gas pipe line to my shegadi, hardly it tooks 5-10 mins, daily from last 10 days I am doing followup for this with MNGL customer care, daily I am getting answers like we have forwarded your request and engineer will resolve it as soon as possible but not timelines for this.
                        Daily my family doing our lunch and dinner at outside, I didn't get any reason why it is not fixed.

                          It has been more than 3 months, i have been following up to get the gas connection at my flat, in pimple saudagar.

                          Bp no : 50077993

                          Have called the customer care, around 100 times, and the response i get is they have escalated my case on high priority, and will be resolved within 2 days. Have also mailed to their email address with all the details, but no action.
                          There is no other number on the website where you can call and escalate your issue.

                          I feel totally helpless & frustrated, not having anyone to take the accountability.
                          This is shame for mngl, that consumers are losing the trust in their process, and are being forced to come to social media to have their issues resolved.
                          While i search for more ways to escalate this, if any accountable mngl personal looks at this, please have this issue resolved at the earliest.

                          From last month calling to customer care but no any action. Bill is very high As compared to last bills.

                            My bp no, is 50044868 — nitish singh, b203 shonest tower, wakad.

                            I did not get any bill so far, because my flat was closed when the meter reader had come.
                            I downloaded my bill from the mngl website.
                            The meter reading as on today[protected] is 28 units.
                            Your bill mentions 33 units as on 30th, march, 2017.
                            How can this be possible???
                            I have still paid full amount.
                            Please take corrective action in the next bill.

                              Even after several emails to customer care of MNGL, the only response i get is there will be connection give after 15 days. Its been 3 months now and there is no connection given. I am continuously booking LPG cylinders and loosing my hard earned money.

                                All the lawn costing around 12k is damaged due mngl pipe deployment. The concern person Dev promised to give the refund but now he is avoiding n ignoring my calls. If no action is taken in next couple of days I will complaint in police. Please take this on priority as this is pending since 2 months. My name is Sunil n I stay in Pune, Prabhat Road

                                  Staying in Chandraneel Apartment, Near DSK Ranwara, Bavdhan Pune 411021.
                                  MNGL represntative approached for new MNGL connection to our society. MNGL representative visited and collected deposit cheques from us.
                                  Chquest got credited to MNGL account .
                                  Myself given full deposit amount for my both the flats, its been more than a year now. No update on MNGL connection.
                                  Would like to request for refund of my amount along with interest from MNGL.

                                    I, J.E.Prasad, 21, Blue Bell, Neco Garden, Viman Nagar, Pune -411014 applied
                                    for gas connection vide application form no -150913 dtd 7/9/2016. On 4/1/2017 connection is given (not started still)
                                    Now, my complaint is ___ Name written in the execution staff list is prasad venkateswararao, But I gave my name as J.E. Prasad in the application form
                                    (also in the electricity bill xerox enclosed with form is J.E.Prasad).
                                    Now I request you to change my name as J.E.Prasad in place of prasad venka_
                                    teswararao. This is to avoid future complications in correspondence with MNGL

                                      I have applied for gas disconnection on 20th April, 2016.After number of phone calls, e-mail MNGL has shown mercy and disconnected on 30th November, 2016. The official in charge of customer care to whom the application is given, told me it will take 3 months for disconnection.Alas it is not so.
                                      It is almost one month after disconnection and still the caution money not returned.
                                      I am pained to note AN ISO 9000 credited company do not have a time bound disconnection and return policy.

                                        This is with reference to gas filling at mngl moshi center. On every swipe (Hdfc debit card) there is 11.50 deducted from my account. This is apart from the normal swipe of gas that is filled.

                                        Hence wanted to know more about this additional deduction from my account.

                                        If this is a normal process, then i guess it better to pay via cash and not use debit card.
