for gas connection vide application form no -150913 dtd 7/9/2016. On 4/1/2017 connection is given (not started still)
Now, my complaint is ___ Name written in the execution staff list is prasad venkateswararao, But I gave my name as J.E. Prasad in the application form
(also in the electricity bill xerox enclosed with form is J.E.Prasad).
Now I request you to change my name as J.E.Prasad in place of prasad venka_
teswararao. This is to avoid future complications in correspondence with MNGL
and back to me

    I have applied for gas disconnection on 20th April, 2016.After number of phone calls, e-mail MNGL has shown mercy and disconnected on 30th November, 2016. The official in charge of customer care to whom the application is given, told me it will take 3 months for disconnection.Alas it is not so.
    It is almost one month after disconnection and still the caution money not returned.
    I am pained to note AN ISO 9000 credited company do not have a time bound disconnection and return policy.

      This is with reference to gas filling at mngl moshi center. On every swipe (Hdfc debit card) there is 11.50 deducted from my account. This is apart from the normal swipe of gas that is filled.

      Hence wanted to know more about this additional deduction from my account.

      If this is a normal process, then i guess it better to pay via cash and not use debit card.

          Dear Sir,

          I have received a bill amounting to Rs 885/- for the gas consumed by me. I wish to state that since taking possession of the flat, I have never stayed there for personal reasons and used any Gas. This is also the reason the flat as found locked on both the occasions when your person visited for taking readings. There is no Consumption of gas till now. However I have been charged for 38, 5 units.

          I therefore request you to charge me at the minimum charge of Rs 25/- per month for next at least 1 year as I am unlikely to stay in above premises.

          Request you to do the needful at the earliest and send me corrected bill which I will promptly pay.

          Assessed bill was raised to the customers account as the door was locked, and no communication received from the customer regarding the same. Bill has been rectified as per the actual reading.
          Complaint Closed.
          MNGL technician changed gas burner nozzle at the time of installation and person demand 550 rs but do not give any receipt for the same .If it is official then why do not you give me receipt of charges. please look into this and provide me receipt of gas burner nozzle with charges details.

            Website: non providing new cng connectios even after collection of money

            House owners of sector-16, rajeshivajinagar, chickali, chinchwad, have paid cheques 5 to 6 months back, but till date no connection is provided. How you can keep our money in your account and earning interest, without providing any service. Is this not illegal and unethical.. It is necessary to change nozzle .then i agree to change it and allow him to come next day .If it is official then why he don, t give receipt. From that bill, till date I have not received any bill from you. On your bill online site it was showing 0.00 outstanding payment as on today. Please clarify it.               Maharashtra Natural Gas Limited — False recording of reading

              For BP No. 50006505 Pl refer Bill dated 10.08.2015. Actual reading at on 23.08.2015 is 208.61 say 209. But current bill shows the reading as 276 as on 30.06.2015. Hence this bill is false and I am not going to pay the same.
              After installing meter i have not received bill yet and to pay online my BP no.[protected]Mr. Nilesh Gundu Khot)showing no records.
              Please let me know how will i get bill and let me know how to pay

                This is regarding the Chaudhary c n g petrol pump on at Warje pune. The staff one gaikwad operator and his manager were quite arrogant over the issue of torn 100 rs note which was given by the operator gaikwad. when it was brought to the notice of him and the manager they alleged that it torned by me. I also observed a lenient approach towards the security measures. The gas was filled with the passengers inside the car.Even my car was filled with me and my family inside. It appears that the staff is not formally trained and has been recruited haphazardly without taking any basic qualifications into consideration. It seems that we are sitting on a live bomb which may explode any time by a silly mistake of the staff. Stict action must be taken against the management and owner of the station which would be a lesson to other station owners and staff.

                    MNGL keeps sending incorrect bills but never attends to their customer care contact avenues. The MNGL Customer Care No. 020 – 65107600 is never attended to. The MNGL customer care mail id listed on the bills ([protected]@mngl.in) has no response. I have been trying to reach them for the past two days and today whole day attempted to connect on the phone with no response.
                    This is very true.

                      I, paid full amount(Rs. 6000) for gas pipeline connection to Maharashtra Natural Gas Limited on 22nd October 2013(Application No. 22871) but connection was not done till date I tried 100 times to call customer care but it was very difficult to connect them. Finally, I was able to connect and raised request for connection (Request Number:[protected] months back but no action was taken. I tried to call them multiple time to track my request but no luck to connect them.

                        To Concerned Authority, I have a request regarding closure of cng gas pump almost 10 mins before 12.00 midnight. I have all the proof and records that I reached the Tekawade petrol pump, Hadapsar exactly at 11.53 pm. The employees there refused to fill cng gas saying that they don't work minute by minute. I did request them many times which they did not pay heed to. Finally I called MNGL representative Mr. Avinash Lohumi([protected]) 12.02 am. He was co operative and also asked the employees there to fill in the gas. But alas his requests were also turned down. I have the call details to Mr. Avinash. This is very sad and pathetic service provided by the employees there. Also their behaviour was rude. I came all the way to this pump spending precious time and precious fuel and inspite of reaching the pump way before the closing time they simply refused to fill in the gas. The cctv footage also will help determine the details of the events. I have a humble request to take strict action against the pump owner and the employees. Its very sad and hurting that inspite of being on the right side consumer is being treated like dogs. Yes!! literally like dogs being shooeed away. Very humiliating. Also should not that pump be operational 24x7. The pump initially was but now they operate it only till 12.00 midnight ( Their own will, as the pump was closed way before in my case ).                           Description of complaint -
                          I had applied for Mngl connection in Oct 2012, cheque no. 047305 of Icici bank, dated 19/10/2012 for the amount of rs. 5500 and additional rs. 500 as security deposit towards gas consumption.

                          The amount got deducted in Dec 2012. I was told there is s waiting period of 6 months (Oct 2012 to March 2013), so I patiently waited till March 2013. Till date I am still waiting for the engineers to schedule and install the piped gas at my place. But I am always told they are busy with other new connection works at different sites and to wait for my turn.

                          It's been a year now that I am waiting for the connection. I have made the full booking payment, and deserve to be given the service that was promised.
                          But I am instead told to just be patient and wait. Now last time when I called to cancel,  at their corporate office in Shivajinagar, I was told there would be investigation for a month or so to check any meter or unit installations and then after deducting some charges, I would get my money in another month or later via cheque, which again I have to go there to collect.

                          I had applied for piped gas connection thinking it would make my life easier, but it has made it more miserable. Please help me, I reside with my father. I am the only person working and we don't have a LPG connection, so it's been really difficult for us to manage, especially with my father not keeping well.

                          I was assured that by Aug 2013 I would get the connection installed, so I waited. But now I just want some result instead of assurances. Please either get them to return my money so that I can apply for LPG connection at least. If they still are incapable of installing the piped gas connection within a week, please get my money transferred to my account or post the cheque. I should claim charges and penalty from them to compensate the inconvenience caused to me and my father.

                          Hoping for a speedy response and some constructive favorable actions.

                          Sorry for the late reply, but thanks to the complaint posted, the issue was resolved immediately. MNGL representatives called on own and got the connection installed at my home. I hope their after sale service is prompt and they come to check the rubber tube promptly. They seemed a little under pressure that there was a follow up from Consumer complaints.
                          Same issue with connection at following address. It has been two years and still no action from MNGL.
