Hi Team,
I had requested for a new gas pipeline connection in Lalwani Vastu A2-403 since last month. BP number 50312058 has also been generated since last 6 weeks.

I had very bad health, and still visited the MNGL office Shivaji Nagar Pune for a new gas connection. MNGL staff told me that I will get a call to confirm the gas connection date by contacting Viman Nagar gas contractor. But no one had called me. And now no one is picking up calls in the MNGL office. No one is informed when they will give us a new gas connection.I had sent multiple emails, but still no reply.

I know there is a 90 days time period for a new gas connection but as an Indian citizen, it's a humble request to MNGL staff to provide us with a new gas connection as early as possible. I am staying with my little baby and my older parents. So I need to prepare home-made food. Badly need a new gas connection as early as possible.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am Laxmi Gaikwad, I live in Millenium Manor Society, Flat Number- 102 since last 6 months.
    We have been repeatedly requesting your man to connect the gas pipeline in your own way since last month but to date he has not connected the pipeline. For one reason or another, he is avoiding the installation of our connection. We have spoken to him politely but he has spoken very rudely every time. His Name is Gajanan.(Contact Number- [protected]).
    It has been a very pathetic experience. If we don't get a solution as soon as possible, We will report the matter to the police against to that person and against your company also. We are really annoying to that persons behaviour.
    I have already sent a mail to your customer support also.

      Hello
      Due to renovation work in kitchen i had asked for gas disconnection. Which was done iam 2 days. But after the work was over I called for reconnection on 21st may 2022. Thay said it will take max 15-20 days. I waited for that time and post that iam continuously following up.
      But I always get response that it will be done today. But it not done it's more than a month now.
      I also cannot take cylinder as the address which has MNGl connection cannot have cylinder.
      Hope someone listen from this medium.

        My BP no. is 50110305 in name of Sahadev Sopan Bhoir.I have asked for the services on June 5 today is June 17 and in between technician was scheduled for 3 times to come but yet technician amd MNGL failed to activate my services.I have a dengue patient in my home and i requested them to take the matter on urgent basis still, the QUICKNESS which is promised in their website is missing misreably.Evrytime i call customer care services they say i have raised a complaint from our you will get the update on your number.Not a single update is their on my number.If anyone is really concerned kindly get into the matter because its been 12 days we are eating outside and MNGL do not even care for it, the only answer is 'head office ko pta hota h sb', 'ye hume ni pta', and customer care portal they are not at all satisfactory and they cannot even stand on their words.
        If someone out there is looking into this complaint kindly show it out in action and if customer care portal is only viewing the complaints, then for them its like 'cherry on the top.'

            Refund amount not given after disconnection application

            My BP no.:[protected].

            I had applied for a MNGL new connection for my flat for which I had paid Rs. 6550/-.

            Your engineer visited my flat but denied a connection because we want connection in my covered dry terrace.

            So I have given an application for disconnection on 21st March 2022 to your Shivaji Nagar Office and am waiting for a refund.

            Now 82 days are completed but till date I...

            I have been following up with customer care and everytime my complaint is closed without any resolution. I have dropped multiples mails to customer support, tried their landline number no response. Disappointed with service.

                Hi, I have applied for pipe gas connection on 24th March 2022. I received a welcome letter from MNGL very next day with BP number 50303321. The set-up is ready in my building but still no connection. Most frustrating experience, as usual from govt. Entity. Hopeless...
                Made almost 10 calls and mails to their customer care but every time i was told that request has been sent from our side and we can't do anything. When asked for responsible person to call; they don't have any idea. The amount was debited within hours of application but no connection.

                As usual, cannot trust govt. Services in this country.

                  It is very sad how the MNGL Meter installation team behaves and respond to people. I asked them to come after few days because I was not at my home and most importantly I have visited MNGL office multiple times requesting them to send team either before 1st May or after 13th May. But team arrived at 3rd May. I asked team to give me connection after 13th, they took no gaurantee of it. I decided to send one of my friend at my flat and ask them to do the work. So while having the communication they were again quarrelling a lot and insisted that they will come later. They even said I crossed the line and they will return the money. This is very very shameful that I am the customer who wants the connection installation in proper manner and in return I am getting such arrogant comments and demand to treat them respectfully in return of my insult. A proper word suitable for this is LAZY and ignorant. They told me they will reach in 15 mins they took 30 mins. Now they drilled and earlier gaurantee me that it won't be large whole but instead it made very large hole and gap in my wall. Kindly note this is not first work happening in my house requiring drills of such kind. Now they are saying my flat is not properly build. This is the way they work simply displaying there incompetency and putting blame on this is not good and that is not good. Let me know whether I need to put all images and complete incidence in the newspaper. If you want I can put this in Times of India or Lokmat or some other news paper of your choice.

                    Every 2 months the MNGL rep visits our home and dutifully notes the meter reading but we have never received the invoice. Despite calling up the Complaint cell and also emailing them with the reqd. meter reading (snapshot of meter sent) the same has never been recd since the time of installation which was several months ago.
                    Secondly, when I called up the Complaint cell a 2nd time I was put on hold and then it was disconnected.
                    Third time, we called and again they asked for my email and phone again, but still we have recd. nothing.
                    Fourth time, I was told to confirm my personal details again, but I am still awaiting for some response
                    Quite frustrated and exasperated by the service rendered thus far.

                        I have applied for MNGL domestic CNG connection in Oct 2021 and paid required fees also.
                        My application number : 031142
                        BP no is-.50293645 generated on 09 Dec 2021.
                        Since that day I am taking continuous follow up for connection, then MNGL informed me that after 3 months of BP no. generation, they will provide connection.
                        Now it is more than 4 months still I am waiting for connection.
                        I have given my address many times to these people.
                        WHAT SHALL I DO?

                            I would like to know if i want to install meter outside kitchen where there is good ventilation and security available and contractor had given verbal confirmation before starting the work but once it started he is denying and saying there is amendment in act.
                            I went through policy of installation and it says "Gas Meters will normally be located inside the property on wall, and use of copper pipe between MCV and consumer meter should be restricted as far as possible. The Kitchen is the preferred room to locate the meter thereby minimizing the length of the outlet pipe - work."
                            Which means kitchen is "preferred" location and not compulsory location
                            Please can someone help to resolve

                              Nature of complaint
                              1) MNGL contractor installed several meters and connected gas lines to many of the flats in Sai Heritage. However, my flat is pending .

                              2) reason for pending:- The person who fitted the copper pipe and installed the gas meter, had made lower class work, due to which the pipe got cracked

                              3) When the team to connect the gas source attempted to connect ( after pipe and meter fitment), they understood the leakage on 27th Oct ( approximate date - +/- 2 days)

                              4) Till then I am following various people, however no one is bothered to repair and restore the issues. After screening / making connections with various people, finally I got Avinash Kedar ( who himself informed that he is responsible to correct the work)

                              5) Avinash kedar committed several times since last 3 months, that he would complete the work.

                              6) However, right now, he is not picking up the phones

                              7) Please let me know where to escalate the issue

                                  MNGL has took Rs.6000 cheque from us and not provided any installation of GAS pipeline yet. It has been more than 2 years and almost 3 years and they are not even responding correctly to us. I request them either to install the pipeline or atleast refund us the deposit amount we paid initially.

                                  The MNGL has installed pipeline in society but not yet in homes, their officials said they would install the internal connection in one or two months but 6 months passed after that nothing has happened we are still deprived of MNGL gas serivces.
