Hello team even after sending multiple email to [protected]@mngl.in regarding non usage of service and getting average bill.
I am ok to bare non usage charges but as I told in my previous email, I am out of city so can't provide you meter readings.
This is my second time request to stop sending average bill due to non usage of mngl service but to no action has taken and still multiple reminders of bill payment is being send to me.
I have paid thousands of bill without using service and also communicate the same multiple times, I am getting chaser for the bill payment without resolving my issue.
So my suggestion is either resolve my issue on top of this email or provide a option on your online portal for customer to put service on hold in this pandemic situation.

    Not Receiving Bills

    I am not getting bills since the connections is taken. Its been almost 9-10 months. Connected with customer care and shared the lastest meter reading snapshot but not getting any response. I need the bill urgently. I have dropped multiples mails to [protected]@mngl.in but not getting any response. Service is pathetic. Can you please help me to get the bills. When i am trying using bp no in online sites its showing record not found.

    I have applied for the new connection and I got BP No 50272396. person from vendor team visited my place and simply told meter cannot be installed other than kitchen. As I requested him to installed in adjusting wall of dry balcony, as I have carried out interior in my kitchen and I have made provision for the same. I want connection in dry balcony, No responsible person from the company has contacted so far despite my request on email.

      Further to my email dated 09.11.2020, 23.05.2021 and 19th June 2021 and 3rd July 2021 and confirmation provided from myside that the payment is made there is absolutely no acknowledgement from your side. It is extremely surprising that there is no response from your side. However you were extremely and immediately communicative to disconnect my line. Attached is the image of my meter reading (BP[protected]
      Bill number [protected] amounting to Rs 7550.
      Kindly refund the money urgently as the reading was estimated and not actual. Please refer to my meter reading image attached.

              Hi,

              Our society officials had approached MNGL for a gas connection last year.
              We have completed the paperwork and also handed over the cheque of Rs 6000/- each to MNGL. Last December MNGL started the work but never completed it.
              The cheques given to MNGL got cleared in January 2021 and the amount is with MNGL now. But we are still waiting for the Gas connection.
              The contact person from MNGL has not responded to our calls for the last two months.
              We are not sure how to proceed on this issue. Please help us with the correct direction on this issue.

                  Distribution of gas at Nashik

                  Respected sir
                  Is there a rule of company that gas distribution mn must start after 7 o'clock at all CNG points?

                    I had received an excessive bill for the duration 1 Sept to 27 Nov which was Rs 5403/-.

                    On receiving such a high bill I logged a complaint, and it was noticed that regulator was faulty.

                    On first Jan'21, I had sent an email to [protected]@mngl.in about the excessive bill and had asked for a reduced bill.

                    Still, the issue is not resolved, they are adding the same amount with late fees and asking to pay Rs 9, 341/- bill.

                      I have applied for a new gas connection on 25th February 2020 and my BP No: 50151542. They were suppose to given the connection before 3 months of getting BP number. Three months waiting period is also over but Noone has come home to fix the connection.

                      Since then I have visited the office, called and mailed them infinite times but there is no one to listen to us or entertain us neither in office, phone or email.

                      Gas is such a basic necessity in every household. I have 4 senior citizens in my house and in this covid situation it is very difficult to arrange for cylendar every month as I don't have any cylendar connection too.

                      They are very irresponsible people in shivaji nagar, Pune office. Don't know what is the the problem to do work.. if they don't want to work then close the office and stop looting people with new connection fees, there time and torturing them for so long..

                      I request you to take some action to either give us connection or refund the money they have charged.

                        I have bought house -32B, Diamond Park, Parkstreet Wakad on resale. I have been following up for piped gas installation since September 2020. It is already there in society. I had visited office and made online request multiple times. However, no one is helping.

                          Despite the house being locked for an year, MNGL has sent the bill of Rs. 2400/- on the basis of average reading.
                          Shared the latest snapshot twice but no action yet.

                              The Name appearing in the bill currently is as follows: Durgappa Siddappa Dhangar. Durgappa is my faster's name.
                              The Correct format is Siddappa Durgappa Dhangar.
