I have made the payment long time back and still the pipeline has not been activated. Only the meter has been setup, the final nozzle for the gas pipe has not been installed. I have registered multiple complaints and was given the same answer that it will be resolved in 2-3 days which has never happened. It has become uncertain for us as to till when are we supposed to keep getting the LPG cylinders. I have sent emails to the customer care and have been assured that the matter is escalated to the concerned team which has not resulted in anything. I am looking for an urgent fix.

I had paid the fees for Gas pipeline installation of Rs 6, 000. It has been more than 2 and half months, but the half meter rubber pipe and nosel has still not been fixed. We have raised a complaint with the customer care 3 times but still no action has been taken. Ours is the only house left with the installation. I request an urgent action to be taken or refund me Rs 6000 with interest from the date of amount paid. Looking for an urgent intervention.
