Maharashtra Natural Gas [Mngl] — complete ignorance and wastage of money and high risk

I refilled cng on 10th nov to below address and intimated the staff that filling gun is leak and half of the cng which was billed to me got wasted still staff was least bothered. Isn't it not wastage of money and gas, harm to environment.
