Maharashtra Natural Gas [Mngl] — High bill amount inspite of low usage of 5 units. BP No.50157026 | |||
Have had several conversations with MNGL executives at customer service and written several mails for the past few months. Would like MNGL to check and explain the below: Why is my bill showing arrears? Why is my bill not being generated as per usage? Why is there an access charge ? I was assured by Cust Care Exec. Mr Shridhar and Ms Roshini that the incorrect bill will be rectified as charged as per the meter reading. The tracking number given to us is 10714383, we have explained that the connection for MNGL was activated only in Nov 2020. Hence, the arrears shown in the bill is incorrect based on an approximate meter reading since 2017. We are willing to per as per usage. NOT for non usage. At Godrej Prana there has been an error in the MNGL bills generated. Some have been rectified others have not been. Please correct the bill and only them will I be able to pay as per the units consumed. For your reference please find attached MNGL meter reading and connection. Was this information helpful? | |||
