Maharashtra Natural Gas [Mngl] — incorrect payment while paying online

Online Payment Showing Amount: 1929/-

Billing amount for mngl gas is 1728/- due date was 27.03.2020 which seems correct.

Here is the description of issue:
A sms from the MNGL sent on 24.03.2020 that due date of bill is extended till 15.04.2020. (attached photo)

Now on date 13.04.2020 when i am trying to pay the amount it is showing amount 1929/- which is 202/- more than the actual amount. (attached photo)

Moreover the customer care is not responding over call or email.
