Maharashtra Natural Gas [MNGL] — not able to pay the bill due to incorrect bp number

Hello team,

I opted mngl connection in january 2018. Now today 25th july 2018, i have received a message for paying bill online from mngl and the website has been given in that message and the customer number is also given in that message. So when tried to pay the bill online, system asks to capture the bp/ca number which post capturing system says its incorrect.

Let me know how to resolve this issue.

Another two weeks have passed i visited your office twice but no attention is paid

Hi,

BP No. 50066281

As discussed with customer care our gas services installed and started .But after 2 months no bill is generated.I have sent the screen shot of meter reading to customer care mail id .Also on web site when I tried entering BP no it is showing no record found.
