Maharashtra Natural Gas [Mngl] — Online Bill Payment Failed

Dear sir,
My bp number is 50238637
I tried to pay bill of rs. 3956.72/- online on 09.13.2021 at 1.20 pm
However transaction is failed however Rs. 3956.72 is deducted from my by bank account.
Pl. Refund it or provide me receipt.
Please tell me what to do now?
