Maharashtra Natural Gas [Mngl] — Receive Bill when Not In Use.

This is to bring to your notice that I have received MNGL bill number [protected] for BP No 50157031 for the amount of INR 5870/- which is Absurd.
I have not yet had my Meter operational from the very start also the flat is not used by Us and even don't have a gas burner in it. So how come you have sent me this bill..
Please get it rectified So as not to create any confusion later.
Awaiting for a speedy resolution to it.
