[Resolved]  Maharashtra Natural Gas [Mngl] — unable to pay my mngl payment online

I am going to payment options and entering my b. P no 50050604
B. P no is taken and verified from my mngl bill copy.
However, it is saying "records not found"

I cannot pay cash or by drop cheque every time.
It has to be online.

How can this can happen?
I am not responsible for delay in payment!!... Mngl to take a note
I am contacting customer care aslo.
