Dear Sir,
My self Kamlesh Shah Mobile no. [protected], I have received high amount of electricity bill for the month of AUG, 2015 (Bill Amount:2870/-) basic wise we are getting bill for 1200/- to 1500/- monthly but, now a days it has raised as double.
We had complain regarding high charges of electricity bill they said first pay the bill then the action will be taken. and still no one has comes and no action had done.
My wife has visited Electricity Office(Virar West) three times and third times when she visited, she submitted the complaint letter regarding faulty Meter and Bill Amount issues, They directly rejected the letter and said first pay 150/- rupees then only we'll work.
As per the Rules we have to register the complaint and then the action take place. But, they are not interested in to take actions. I think they want money for every times for doing nothing.
Kindly take this complain and provide me the proper electricity bill and also replace my electricity meter If, its working incorrect or faulty hardware.
