Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited — Payment Done but amount not reflected in Bill

I paid my electricity bill through electricity bill QR code of ICICI Bank on Google pay app my money is debited from my account to [protected]@icici on 28th August 2021 but my bill is still not paid to Maha Vitran.

I would like a refund so as there's no confusion
