It is brought to your kind notice that the electricity bill (Eneregy bill)

No.[protected] of march 2020 of amount rs.1280/-, the last day of payment was[protected],

Had been paid by myself on 12-mar-2020 vide on line receipt no. [protected]

(Bank authorization id: ic[protected] using bps net banking)


However, because of covid 19, the last due date of the above said bill no.

[protected] of march 2020 was extended till 15th may 2020 and hence by

Oversight i have paid the same bill again by mistake vide receipt of on line bill payment no.

[protected] using icici bank net banking dated 16-april 2020 of rs.1280/-. Thinking that it is the bill of

April 2020.

So it is requested to check the current status of my double bill amount paid (Rs.1280/- + rs.1280/- total

Rs. 2560/- paid) for the same energy bill no.[protected], the necessary correction may be done

Accordingly. If possible the amount rs. 1280/- may be credited in my aadhar linked bank account

Solution may be sort out at an earliest.
