I was traveling to mumbai from thane. The traffic was beyond yellow line at mulund toll naka. I had asked to toll collection person to go without payment of toll fees as per recent guideline. He told that the traffic is moving so you need to pay the toll fees. After argument he was not allowing to go without payment of toll fees. I had paid toll fees at 11:35:57 on 18th march 3017. When i had contacted constable standing next to the toll booth on mulund side, i was told that there is no register for such complaint so you have to go to police station and they will not do any thing to this.
