Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Amount deducted twice but ticket still not listed on the msrtc portal

Hi team,

I have booked two tickets from Pune to Thane using my msrtc account. I made two transactions as below, but still the tickets are not listed into my ticket list. I also have not got any confirmation over email or mobile phone. Kindly refund the money or give the booking confirmation.
