No refund for fail ticket booking

I tried booking for eshivai bus from Sambhajinagar - Pune on 6/7/2024 but the amount (515) was debited but the ticket was not booked.
Customer care told that the refund will be madhe in 7 days but till today ( 15/1/2024) no refund is made....

Address: Shivshahi Bus (Pune to Kolhapur)

I’m travelling Pune to Kolhapur, the start point is Pune and start time is of 12:54 AM. The charging slots in bus are not working at all, when asked help regarding it to conductor and driver they didn’t respond well and said all slots in bus including the drivers cabin is not working. Please do repair the slots as soon as possible since it will help passengers.

    Failed ticket refund

    Address: Nashik

    MSRTC Bus ticket was booked via online reservation system on 1st January 2024. The ticket amount was successfully paid to the MSRTC and I got the ticket booking message on my cell phone however, the ticket was not booked and it has been queued under the "Failed Ticket" section.

    Now, It has been more than 10 days I am following up with the MSRTC but they are not responding. I have checked with the concern bank authority but...

      Ticket payment completed but ticket not confirmed

      On 11 January 2024, I tried booking a ticket for 12 January 2024 from Pune to Nashik from the new MSRTC Mobile App. I booked the ticket, proceeded to payment and completed the payment. The amount was deducted from my bank account but the payment was not reflected on the App. This my ticket was not confirmed. I tried to contact MSRTC but all helpline numbers on their website were either busy or inactive or did not exist. I had to book another...

        I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I encountered during a recent transactions on the MSRTC website.

        While attempting to purchase a ticket, I encountered a technical error twice in the payment process. Unfortunately, despite the error, my money was deducted twice from my account, and the tickets was not generated successfully.

        I kindly request your immediate attention to rectify this matter and process a refund for the deducted amount. I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

          Bus driver is doing perciallity to take the ladies inside, some ladies need to come from back side although there os a huge rush and some ladies are entering from the front easily, it happens always.

          If the ladies seat in front then all ladies should enter through front or if this against the rule then all should come through back side only, don't entertain this kind of perciallity for some ladies, rule is same for all.

            There are 7 bases from Baramati to nira goes to nira in 2 hours but not any one bus are not available for Baramati

              I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding a recent incident involving an MSRTC (Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation) bus, specifically the driver and conductor, on 02.01.2024 at approximately 6.35am.

              On the mentioned day, I had booked a ticket to travel from Vashi highway to Sai on the MSRTC bus with ticket number 19795. As a responsible passenger, I arrived at the designated boarding point, well ahead of the scheduled departure time.

              To my utter dismay, when the bus finally arrived, the driver and conductor seemed to have no intention of stopping at the assigned boarding point. Despite my frantic waving and calling out to them, they entirely ignored my presence and continued driving past the stop, leaving me stranded and distraught.

              I must emphasize the gravity of this incident. The actions of the MSRTC bus driver and conductor demonstrate a complete disregard for the welfare and safety of passengers. By not stopping at the designated boarding point, they not only violated the basic principles of public transportation but also disrupted the trust and confidence I had placed in the MSRTC as a reliable and responsible bus service provider.

              This incident has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. I had to arrange an alternative mode of transportation at short notice, resulting in additional expenses and unnecessary delays in reaching my destination. Moreover, the emotional distress caused by feeling abandoned and disregarded cannot be understated.

              I sincerely urge you to take immediate and appropriate actions against the MSRTC bus driver and conductor involved in this incident. Their unprofessional behavior must be addressed to prevent such occurrences in the future. I expect a thorough investigation into the matter, followed by disciplinary actions and retraining, if necessary, to ensure the provision of quality service and adherence to basic standards of common decency.

              Furthermore, I request reimbursement for the expenses incurred due to this unfortunate incident. Such a gesture would demonstrate not only your commitment to customer satisfaction but also validate the seriousness with which you regard this complaint and the subsequent impact on passengers.

              I implore you to consider the significance of my complaint and the opportunity it presents for your organization to rectify its shortcomings. As customers, we rely on the MSRTC to provide safe, reliable, and customer-oriented transportation services. The incident I have described is an appalling deviation from the standards expected of a reputable organization like yours.

                It is observed that there are just 2 buses form bhiwandi to Mumbai.
                That too is never in time.Today also the bus cancelled.God k ows for what reason.Sometimes they say bus is puncture and sometimes they say conductor is not available.very irresponsible behaviour of bus authority.Kindly look into the matter

                  Incident location: At the ending of Sion flyover Mumbai
                  Incident Time : 9:45 am, 29/12/2023.

                  Incident description.

                  I was driving on the motorbike near the area with my helmet on, within speed limit, maintaining my own lane. The driver of the above bus was driving extremely rash and well over prescribed speed limit of the road. He tried to run into me from the sides pressing me to run out of space on the sides of the road with intended aggression which is unacceptable. I as a human being have a right to live, I consider this an attempted hit and run away without being courteous to others driving on the road. Being government bus, they should be the first ones to set example infront o[censored]s for riding safely on roads, instead they are considered a major threat to 2 wheelers on road because of this behavious.

                      I m waiting for talegaon bus. In schedule time two buses are allocated. But till time no on single bus arrive on platform.

                      This is fraud management and wasting time of passangers.

                      On enquiry counter thes told bus will arrive on 10 min 10 min

                      But in two buses no one single bus arrived.

                        I had done reservation from panvel to tasgaon of dated 23 December 2023 in night bus. my seat no is 33 window seat but conductor arrange other seat. I request to him please give me my reserv seat but he decline my request and his behaviour is so rude. I asked his name but doesn't tell me his name.

                          Roha Pune Shirdi bus which is scheduled to depart from Roha at 11 AM is regularly late, often by 1 hour.

                          This cause great inconvenience especially for Old passengers, those with children, students and all passengers in general.

                          Kindly request the concerned authorities to take note of this delay and change the bus timing to 12 Noon if it can't depart on time for some reason.

                              The conductor issued an incorrect ticket since he was comsiming tobacco/ Gutka and there was a miscommunication where he asked for a higher fare for 5 peoples when the actual count was 3, he wasnt allowing other passengers to adjust their ticket with us even when the boarding and departure was the same for such other passengers travelling along with us. Thirdly, the biggest mistake made was touching a female passenger when asking for the balance fare of 2 people he incorrectly printed..the bus no is MH 14 BT 2006 running from vajreswari to vasai station 6.15 pm boarding on 17th December, 2023.
                              I expect an appropriate action to be taken against such unacceptable behaviour.

                                I received this following message on 08 October 2023 in my SMS but still I didn't received my RC Book till to date. I gone through Bhayander East Post Office also but they didn't receive any RC Book which is belongs to me and as per the post office Master there is no such RC book has been received also we track our RC book in Indian Post office site but its showing consignment details not found. Please see the attached screen shot and message send by your side. I would like to request you to do the needful help and send the RC Book as soon as possible.

                                  मी दिनांक ११/११/२०२३ रोजी पुणे ते satana या गाडीचे msrtc यांच्या app मधून तिकीट काढत असतांना मी २ वेळा तिकीट काढले व दोन वेळा माझ्या account मधून पैसे कट झाले परंतु तिकीट जनरेट झाले नाही त्यामुळे मी ऑफ line तिकीट काढले परंतु मला २ वेळा पैसे कट झाले व एक वेळाच refund (१२/११/२०२३ रोजि)मला मिळाला व एक रिफंड मला मिळाला नाही तरी १७३५ मला refund मला मिळावा त्या संदर्भात msrtc च्या सर्व email वर email केले परंतु त्यांच्या कढून काही प्रतिसाद आला नाही
