Sir, we are travelling regularly from thane depot to bhiwandi and there is no st (State transport) faicility smoothly. We severally word with deopt master but they also not intervene in the situation just casually answering the qustion. And second thing we required continues st facility from thane to mankoli naka as most buses are directly go to bhiwandi and they dont have halt at mankoli and most of the people get down at mankoli but conductor is not allowed us to enter in the bus.

    My bag got stolen from the luggage storage area above my head. The bag was a laptop bag with my clothes, necessities and keys. No laptop present. I got on the bus at Dadar. Got off at Breman Chowk, Pune. Before my stop someone had taken the bag from the overhead compartment.

      I was traveling first time from pune to ahemadnagar by shivneri. I have purchased a ticket by paying full cash rs.348. I have collected complimentary 5 rs. Water bottle (What a joke) myself after asking him about water, i was in need otherwise you wont get anything (No ethics). The seats were not even clean. I was regretting my decision of traveling with shivneri. Initially the air conditioning was good, after some time he reduced the air up to the extent that everyone was suffocating for the whole journey, no need to tell there is no provision to open the window. Comparing with airawat, shivneri is not even 40%. I am marathi person by the way.

        Many of Satara depo buses are in bad condition all windows are shaking all times and coach body sheets are teared and joining rebits are not there. Also why only red colour is used to paint whole bus, red colour is more heat absorbing and causes whole bus heated up in day light causing terrible heat and perspiration to all passengers. Few years back buses were painted in yellow and orange colour, the top roof with yellow, that time no such heat was felt by passengers. A good colour change and combination will make "ST"a good and comfortable way of travelling in maharashtra. Also the drivers will feel easy while driving in summer season as many drivers takes off their shirts

          Dear Sir,
          I have booked shivajinagar to Mahabaleshwar bus which was supposed to arrive at Swargate on 6:30 AM and depart at 6:35 AM on 14/04/2017. But bus has came extremely late at 8 :15 AM, during the period of waiting for the bus at Swargate bus stand, concerned authorities gave irresponsible answers to why the bus is getting delayed. We somehow managed to contact shivajinagar bus and came to know that instead of scheduled time of departure of 6:15 AM bus left the shivajinagar bus stand at around 7:45 AM. These unacceptable delays have resulted in frustrating and irritating experience of State Transport Bus travel. On arrival when enquired with conductor, his seemingly casual answer was that the Bus "driver was not available" hence resulted in delay of 2 hrs. I urge the authorities to look into the same and have the responsibles brought to appropriate deciplanary action. It is to be noted though if there is no action taken and these pathetic service of state transport continues, citizens will loose whatever the trust that is left in public transport and take it to its unavoidable end.

            Respected sir, we are regular passenger from boisar to wada and wada to boisar. Last bus from wada at 18:15 hrs. (Patoda to boisar via-wada.) but number of times bus arrive at wada before timing & departure from wada before 18:15. Controller of wada not take care about depated bus and bus out. So please adjust the bus timing 18:30.
            Regularly we want bus from wada to boisar after 18:30.

            So consider it and arrange the schedule.

              Respected Sir.Today when I was traveling from Malegaon to Manmad in bus no MH 40 Y 5986 from Malegaon to Shirdi. Conductor said me he can't punch my smart bus pass then I showed him a paper duly signed and stamped by Aagar Pramukh on which it was written Malegaon to Manmad from​ 20/03/17 to 18/04/2017.Same conductor has given me the problem near 1 or 3 weeks before but at that time I ignored him.At that he said to me show the white paper on which full details are written so I provided him he said he can't see as the ink has become faint and advised me to take stamp and signature so according to him I have done the job but today when I showed him that duly signed and stamped paper by Aagar Pramukh he refused and said anyone can make bogus stamp and sign faulty.Please explain me Sir whether it's​ possible.Now I am feeling whether I have made mistake by arranging the bus pass.I have to do daily up down from Malegaon to Manmad as I am working at Reliance at Manmad.By the way my bus pass number is P_[protected].I request you to punish him so he will come to know his mistake and he never misbehave to other passengers too.He should be punished Sir I am waiting for your mail what action is taken by you

                  Dear Sir,
                  I want to bring to your kind notice misbehavior shown by ST bus Driver. All the conductors and bus drivers refuse to stop the bus for a passenger if one wants to alight from the bus showing rude behaviour and the non-coperative attitude. I usually travell by MSRTC buses as I up down on a regular basis but yesterday when I was travelling by LASALGAON bus from DHULE depot, the DRIVER behaved very rudely with all passengers and when I requested him to stop the bus at nearby stop (TAJ RESTAURANT) he refused to stop and began to threat me and chide me as if I was his wife or his child
                  I want to know the rule where a bus should stop, do the drivers and conductors have the right to threat, ill treat and misbehave with the passengers?
                  I request you to train those conductors and drivers about how to behave with passengers as they always behave rudely with everyone alike.
                  I hope you will resolve my issue and respond me back on my mail id ([protected]@gmail.com) once you take an action against that driver. The language of drivers and their behaviour are totally unacceptable. Hence forth I will avoid to travel by MSRTC. For your reference I am attaching the bus ticket herewith. Please provide and teach them good manners and remove him from service.

                    This is very d grade of service provider of guy's you all this system is very low level. No ac cooling in shivneri buses and wifi service is only show not any wifi work, only while traveling mumbai to pune only that time we get only that time one news paper and 1 water bottle, while pune to mumbai no any kind of service given. Please this is advice to all public think to travel with shivneri please never travel with shivneri.

                      Traveling in a MSTRC bus # MH-07-C-9043 from Borivali Mumbai to Pune on 10/04/2017 in the morning (departed at 7:00 A.M). Bus got breakdown 5-6 times on the way and we all got late by 3-4 Hours.
                      Please trained your driver's and Conductors, to fix these issues quickly in case of emergency.
                      Also make sure to do a proper examination of bus before leaving from first boarding point.
                      These type of incidents are happening frequently.
                      MSTRC should take necessary actions as the conditions of buses are getting worst day by day.

                        It is a rule that the person travelling should not pay the toll if his car is waiting beyond the yellow line. There is a lot of traffic and yet when this rule was said there they said that this rule does not apply to vashi toll. Need to know why such an exception if there is one.the person who said that is Mr. S. Wadekar and this happended on sunday 9th march 5.25 pm. Kindly look into the matter.

                          As state is emphasising on setting industries across the state. I am the victim of poor transportation service of msrtc. I reside in pune and travel to village 'bhuinj' which is on pune-satara highway. Despite being on highway 8/10 buses refused to stop there. I always suffer while catching bus to my village. And same for while i took bus from 'bhuinj' for pune. I eagerly requesting you to please provide us sufficient number of buses as lots of passengers will be benefited from this.
                          Note: atleast please enforce existing buses to stop at 'bhuinj', it will be quickly beneficial for passengers.
                          P. S.: i am waiting for my bus at pune swargate st stand from 2 hours.

                            Mr. GUJAR bus drivers name..
                            Bus no. MH 40 AQ 6037
                            We just wanted to give bags to our native place Shrirampur..
                            He asked for Rs.100 which is almost half of the ticket..
                            We just said take a bit less amount...
                            He harassed us and threw the bags back when we just said about the money..
                            He was rude..
                            He had no sense of talking to us..
                            He threw it almost 10 times i pushed it back towards him..
                            But he didnt take our bag by telling us that it is his bus..
                            Is it his bus or the governments bus??
                            Thats y ppl dont travel with msrtc
                            Bloody ppl with no manners

                                While doing online reservation dt on.2/04/17 for osmanabad-kolhapur bus of 9 pm, money deducted twice but seat not get reserved .Even i didn't get my money back. Usually if seat not get reserved, customers automatically get back money in their account.so, i got very bad experience from msrtc website . This is fraud done with passengers money by govt corporation company. I request to give my money back otherwise ST corporation will loose belief of customers/citizens of India. On one hand govt fascinating cashless services and on other hand while doing cashless citizens facing such kind of troubles from government websites. Pls do the needful and give my money back.

                                    On the above mentioned day, I was travelling from Pune to Tisgaon in the ST. Driver was aware of the problem that is there still have not taken any precaution. Our bus failed at Supa and we were waiting for another ST for 1.30hrs. Driver was not having any contact numbers of near by Depo and was not at all in a mood to help the people who were travelling. They were not having any of their colleagues details who can help in. When we were asked for alternate bus then he was saying that bus will arrive soon. We wait for 1.30 hrs midnight with small babies and senior citizens. Both of the driver and conductor was not accepting their responsibility and behaving bad with people.
                                    The worst part is condition of bus. The seats are broken with no proper back cushions. Windows were vibrating and were making a lot of sound to sleep.

                                    Hence forward please provide with good buses with proper seats and good conditioned buses for long routes specially at night. Also please waive off night charges and make the ticket prices low if you are not able to provide the good service for our money.

                                      I frequently travel from paratwada to Shegaon.The paratwada Buldhana bus always leaves depot before the scheduled time 7 am.it leaves at 6.45 am today.beacause of this many passengers are facing difficulties and losses in work.
                                      Please take a disciplinary action.Today the no entry is available at depot regarding bus departure.
