Today morning I seat from kasarwadi ( nashik fata ) to nashik road actually I want reach at shinde goan its before nashik road and I asked to conductor & driver can u plz drop me at shinde so they said OK but u have to pay charge extra and they gave me ticket from shivaji nagar to nashik. Just tell me why I pay extrra if I traveling kasarwadi to nashik road ( shinde) and its happened 2/3 times I hope u will action n revert me... bus no -mh-07 c-9103

    I had booked two tickets - Journey date 14th Aug'14 Dadar East to Murud & Maitri park - Murud semi luxury tickets but bus became regular. We wish to travel by Semi Luxury bus hence we had booked but there was no another option hence travelled by ordinary bus. Please send the reasons for the same. Bus time 7.30 from Mumbai Central Mumbai Central to Murud Bus no. MY 20 DL 0430 I had asked the Conductor for Complaint book but he said don't have as he is new in organisation. Conducted has refunded the amount but calculation was not given by him hence requesting you plesae send that details for my reference.

      Hi, I had booked a ticket for 14th aug 2014 from Indira College, Wakad to Maitri Park, Chembur. But the bus didnt arrive till 9.45, on further enquiry we were told that the bus had not departed from pune station itself. This is just poor management and I would really like to apply for a refund. Please take this up ASAP as this is a very dissatisfying consumer experience and is simply not expected of a government service.         My father is a senior citizen and retired from state gov. dept.And was travelling
        in the kannad depot’s bus jehur to Aurangabad, from Village Aurala, On date 20.07.2014 07.15 am
        All buses of aurangabad depot and all other of district depot’ should be stopped at Ramgopalnagar, near Padegaon, Aurangabad.Because near about of this stop there are Tarangan, Deogiri Vally, Police coloney, Saptashrungi Nagar, Mascot city and other small and bigest coloney and also there are dr. Kadri’s Manasopchar kendra. And most of people’s in this area’s are native place is kannad, vaijapur, khultabad taluka, also dhule and jalgaon district. The people of this residential area had been taken his own’s house at this rout as their need’s in future and for up-down towords their’s native places and also easy for they and their relatives to reach at home.
        When the above bus reached at ramgopalnagar, near Aurangabad, my father requested toh the bus conductor to stop the bus at Ramgopalnar, police coloney’s stop . But conductor refused to stop the bus and sayinng that bus directly go to aurangabad.My father faced lot of difficulty and repeated request. So he finally stopped the bus about 500 meater’s from ramgopalnagar, police coloney and roughly argument, and misbihaviour with my father.
        So he harassing my father . The name of conductor is vaishnav code no 0083119 knd 00094. And he was very bad manners. .I want to take strong action against him.

        Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [MSRTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        This happens lot of occasions in any State Transport i.e.ST Bus. I have suffered many times as I travel daily from Sanpada to Dadar. I also wish to bring to respective concern officer(s) that many of conductors doesn't know what is legal proof admissible for respective concession tickets, because many conductors do not know the legacy, So I humbly request that a clear list of proofs may please be print inside of every state's bus is must for avoiding quarrels and insults by conductors. And it should be available for all time, on entry or it should keep open till reservation closes for that bus.

        Will the appropriate authority take note of this and expand his duty please?

          I was travelling from Sangli to Gardi as the bus was on the route of Sangli to Phaltan via Vita, Mayni, Vaduj and Dahiwadi.             The incident happened on 30th of July 2014 when we (Myself, Mother, Father, Sister & Brother in law) got in the bus at Parli Vaijanath city for Latur at around 4pm. Some male passenger were siting on the seats which was reserved for females so my sister asked requested them to vacant the seat for her & my mother but the refused after which she reported the incident to bus conductor & surprisingly he did not said any thing to him & also supported them, after insisting for few times he started to shout at me with bad words like monkey, c..., m... etc & when i told to stop he charged at me for hitting me, also he stopped the bus & threatened to throw me & my family out of the bus, it was very annoying when 2, 3 persons where supporting him as he was of their caste.               Respected sir,
              Myself Dr Nikhil Rane was travelling through bus muktainagar to jalgaon from godavari medical college, Jalgaon khurd to Jalgaon. I have given Rs 20 for the ticket for fare of Rs 19 to bus conductor A R PAWAR. He had not return me change of Rs 1. So i waited till Jalgaon. but when i asked for change he said he didnt have any change but he shows me Rs 5 dollars so i have given him Rs 4 change but he didnt taken it and not returned my Pending Rs 1. The main fact is that he had done such with almost 4-5 peoples. So if he had taken the change given by me all the problem got solved but he didnt return any remained money to the traveller. so finally i get down from bus at akashwani stop, Jalgaon. So, i request you to take it seriously as he may do this for each trip and use the money of travellers for self. I am uploading a ticket for the same journey.

                Conductor did not let us board the bus at 4 pm due to lack of a physical print out and sugested that we can call the operator and request to board the next bus. He was very rude and threatening. Then the operator asked us waiting for all the next busses till 8:30 pm at the stop saying that they will let us board the next bus.                   Respected Sir,

                  I stay at Waghbil Naka and i work at Boriivili...I am a lady teacher and I report to school every day at 6.50 am. I wait at the bus stand everyday at 6.00am and i do not get any bus till anytime sometimes till 6.30am ...and i am forced to use the pvt cars or van which are risky. This is a regular practice and its very risky for women and young students to travel with unknown males in morning when there is no option

                  Along with me there are so many students studying In bandra and Malad who do not get the bus facility in the morning.

                  we can see that All The buses run from over the flyover and not from down from the road and we dont understand why ?

                  Pls make it complusory for all buses to run from below the brigde during school and working hours...and increase the bus facility in the morning after 6.00am

                  This is my sincere request to you to help us as it is a big loss at our work becasue of no buses availibility.

                  Also all the buses from sukurwadi bus stand run as direct buses and not Local...long queues wait for local buses but all buses at sukurwadi are converted in to direct...shud it not be alternate ?

                  I am writing this letter with lot of hopes and will thank you if i see the change ...

                    Dear Sir, This is Adv. Moncilla Crasto, stating in dist Thane, Tal. vasai. From the Bus depo of Nallasopara we have relagular bus service at the time of 08.10 p.m. from nallsopara bus depot to Niraml Village but from last few days the same bus is cancelled by the depo controller. The timing of Next bus is 8.20 p.m. after the 7.50p.m.'s bus. Therefore the people from our village are facing lot of problem specially woman's. Kindly, look into the same, if it's possible or send me the alternate contact no.

                      Let me draw your kind attention to the irregular bus service in the city. The passengers face hardships because the buses are never on time. The passengers have sometimes to wait for hours together to catch a bus. And even on routes where there is enough frequency of buses, the drivers and conductors are so careless that they do not stop the bus even when there there is accommodation inside. Yesterday only, a young girl working in a school received injuries while alighting because the conductor in his haste whistled and the driver in his eagerness moved the bus.

                      Sometimes, we see a number of buses plying on the same route while at another time there is no bus for hours. Does it not show negligence of duty on the part of the drivers and conductors?

                      I, therefore request you to look into the matter.The useless ones should be written off. It is no use plying buses in the crowded streets, which break down in the way and create traffic jams. I am sure, you will take will take early steps to make the bus service more useful for the public.

                        on 28.06.2014 I have lodged my following complaint on http://www.msrtc.gov.in/msrtc_live/grievance.html, However till date I have not received any reply of the same. Hope this forum will help me. Complaint - I had booked online ticket no[protected]user id prashantb242) for journey from Borivali to Shrivardan by Semi-luxury bus of 06.45 am of 28.06.2014 for my two family members. Thy reached at Nancy Colony Bus depot in the morning around 6.20 am and waited for the bus. After not seeing the bus for the long time, they made enquiry at the counter and they were informed that there is no such bus since long time and there must be some mistake in issuing the ticket online. After some time they informed that since there is no driver available for the bus has been cancelled and asked to travel in the another bus of Shrivardhan via Borli scheduled at 07.15 a.m. As per the schedule this bus should also be Semi Luxury but the bus provided was a Ordinary Bus. This situation raises some questions - 1- When we had reservation, Station Master must be having list of the reservation passengers, and he should have been made an announcement of the cancellation of the Bus and informed us before we approached them. 2- When they accommodated in another bus Borivali to Shrivardhan via Borli of 07.15 am. Why they changed bus from Semi Luxury to Ordinary (we had ticket of semi luxuty bus) 3- We have paid for Semi-Luxury and we were made to travel by Ordinary Bus and hence we are liable for the refund of the difference amount. 4- Also while booking the ticket online, we were selection the Lady seats which were shown available, but when the tickets were generated the General Seats were allotted. We mad three attempts but failed to get the Lady seats. We have to cancel the tickets (cancellation voucher nos 17632561, 17632572 and[protected] and cancellation charges were charged without our mistake. You are requested to please give your explanation over the above mentioned situations and also refund excess money recovered from us

                          The driver stop the bus after signal and we are waitting at bus stop for st,

                            Bus number - MH 12 EF 6839 Route - Nashik To Kasara Date - 12/06/2014 Time - 6.30 AM While I was travelling from Nashik to Kasara I asked for ticket to the conductor with Rs. 500 note given to him. He replied that get the change from some other passengers. I asked to the few passengers but noone had. Same thing he did with one old man and he was struggling for change too. Conductor had bundle of change in his hand but refused to give the change. The old man was struggling for change all over the bus. Is this the way to behave? Inspite of having change the conductor was behaving as if it is his money. I asked for the change and she started shouting and grumbling like hell as if I owe some loan to him. This was the worst a conductor can behave with passenger. He did not even cared to look at the age of the old man and asked him roam all over bus for the same. Some action expected.

                              I was traveling from Sakharpa to Mumbai by Lanja Mumbai bus on[protected]. My bus timing was around 7.00pm and reached there by 5.30PM. That time depot was over crowding by passengers. Almost there was no seating place to relax. If I am not wrong temperature that day was not below 45 degrees and all the three fans at stand was in off condition. Control room door was locked. After same time one person with Khaki uniform has open the control room door hence I requested to on the fan but he avoid me saying his boss is not available and he can not on the fan. And immediately locked the cabin. After some time one tall man in civil dress has come and open the cabin. This time also requested to on the fan but he arrogantly reply that he can not on the fan after 5.00Pm and he has such instruction from his seniors officials who seating in Deourukh. I requested to give their seniors telephone no but he refused to give the number. Also he was not ready to share his name also. After 5 -10 minutes he has left the depot. After 20 minutes one person has come in civil dress, open the cabin, on only tube lights and locked the cabin. Please think about the children and women's seating there in such high temperature without fan in spite fan was available there in stand. I was there for one and half hrs and seen there is no body attendant of MSRTC in the depot. Horrible thing is one drunk man in half pant was guiding the peoples and controlling the traffic. Because such attitude of MSRTC staff most of the passengers are preferring trains or private bus services.

                                Sir,
                                Today I booked ticket from Satara to Swargate on 1st June 14 while making payment through Bank of Maharashtra Debit card. BOM debited my account by Rs.233/- and sent SMS at 11.07 am. I have not received Ticket from MSRTC. I wait for a hour and confirmed that my seat no 9 & 10 is open for Reservation. I booked again and made payment through Debit card and Bank of Maharshtra debited Rs.233/- then I received e-ticket. In short MSRTC got double payment against one ticket. Hence excess payment by Rs.233/- should be returned to Bank of Maharashtra for credit to my saving account which is mainted.

                                  There is authorized bus stop created by M.S.R.T.C. at Kridanagari (Baner-Balewadi). But it is seen that none of the Bus depot buses are taking stop on this bus stop and bypassing it clearly (Even the Pune bus depot buses too) It should be asked every bus depot from MSRTC to include the name of this bus stop in their Ticket list and also to stop the buses on this bus stop whenever there is passenger standing on the same. All buses travelling to Mumbai, Sangli, Satara, Kolhapur should take an official stop at this bus stop whenever passenger asks for the same. As passenger has to catch the local bus service reach out to some other destination like Swargate/Katraj etc...etc.. When the bus is passing from the same bus stop and has vacant seats, why not to include the passengers waiting and running towards the same destinations.

                                    I booked ticket from swargate to tuljapur on 17 April 2014 but due to some reason bus was cancelled. I meet swargate dept. incharge Mr. gaikwad, he said to bus was cancelled. department will be refund your booking amount but till date I am not getting this amount

                                      I had booked for shiverni bus on 2 may 2014 from pune chandni chowk to thane vandana, the bus was supposed to leave swagate bus stop at 8.30 pm & reach chandanichowk by 8.45, but inspite of waiting till 10 pm at very isolated spot where there was no attendant, or any lights on the bus stop the bus did not reach, i repeated tried calling swagate bus stop but inspite of constanting calling no one bothered to pick the phone. No sms was send by the authority. Finally one shivneri bus arrived at 10.15, however the bus driver informed us that they have merged three buses together as there was no booking [ 8-30/9-00/9.30] &; finally 10-pm bus, this reflects highly wrong attitudeof state transport services, the very purpose of prior resevertion gets defeated. . This same incident has repeated earlier on many occasions, kindly take serious note of this, revert back your follow up to me urgently.

                                        I had booked ticket on MSRTC website, ticket no. 16504579. During the booking process at pre payment stage the preferred seats were shown (5, 6) but post payment it showed that the tickets were booked for 3 & 6. Upon contacting customer care(Toll Free) number the representative was not helpful nor he was ready to disclose his name. He was asking me to cancel the ticket instead. Really a poor support for online booking initiative.
