Booking Date: 24/05/2023 time: 03.06 am
I was booking for two people from Panvel to Vaduj but the money got deducted as the payment was through UPI (Google Pay). I didn't receive the ticket on email as well as a confirmation on the page.
so kindly initiate the refund or give confirmation of ticket.

I have booked a ticket from Swargate to Vashi on 23/05/2023 for travelling date 01/06/2023. The amount was deducted from my account. I have shared the screenshots also. but I have not received any tickets via mail. I did the booking again but again the amount was deducted from my account, but the ticket was not issued.
Total money deducted is 285+285=570. I have called the helpline number but no one is picking up. I have mailed the MSRTC help desk, haven't received any reply yet.
Attaching all the required proofs. Please look into the matter.

I booked ticket from swargate to vashi highway for the date[protected]. The transaction was successful but I did not receive any information regarding the ticket. I did again, and the same thing happened. Twice, my money was deducted but tickets not issued. Continuously calling the helpdesk, no response. I have also mailed them my transaction details, no response. Attaching the transaction details for reference.

I tried twice to book a ticket on, 20th May 2023 at around 10:15 AM with the following details

login ID: harsh160403 and utskh1654
From: Mumbai Central
To: Agardanda (Murud)
Bus: 00:30 Mumbai Central to Murud via Telwade

Both times, The amount was deducted from my Bank Account but the ticket was not booked as the page displaying the ticket and intimating the passenger to print, did not appear.

Also, the ticket was not available in My Tickets

शिवाजीनगर पुणे आगाराची एसटी बस नंबरMH-14-BT-4405 ही सुरत ते पुणे अशी जात असताना नाशिक मध्यवर्ती बस स्थानक येथून दिनांक 20/05/2023 रोजी दुपारी 03.00 वाजता सुटल्यानंतर नाशिक रोड बस स्थानक येथे 03.20 वाजता पोहचली व कंडक्टर यांनी विनाकारण 03.50 वाजेपर्यंत अर्धा तास विनाकारण थांबवून ठेवली होती त्यामुळे बसमधील प्रवाशांना उष्णतेचा नाहक त्रास झाला तसेच आरामदायी बसमधील सीट ची स्थिती मोड कळलेल्या अवस्थेत आहेत तसेच एसटीमध्ये अस्वच्छता होती.

Bus No. MH40 N 9548 is puncture near Mandavi. And the conductor and bus driver is relaxing at near Pan shop. They are not taking seriousness to resolve the issue... There are along 25-30 passengers which is getting late for their work...
