i have complaint of conductor and driver of MH12 EF 6884 or not stoping bus on the required stop. on date 28 jan 2013 bus no Depart from bramhapuri nearby 5.50 p.m which was general bus ( sawari gadi) brmhapuru- chandrapur was with my father who was 70 year old i.e senior cityzen. we wanted to stop near nagbhid railway station. where there are two Bus stands for sawari gadi krishinagar sulezari and other nagbhid railway station bus stand. when i asked to stop at first bus stand conductor told me to ask to driver, insted giving bell to stop. another bus stand passed away we asked to stop again but driver didnot stop.
doesn't conductor know her duty, i wished to kick him at the same moment but father was with me i controll myself. but if , such things happen anymore it could happen soon...... not by me someone other.....

    sir,
    i reserv my seat in Tasgaon -Pune bus
    wrong time punch on E-reservation ticket.
    bonding point is Palus
    Bonding time printed on ticket-07am but actuali bonding time is-6:20am
    i am traval from next bus .I trubal in this suffer .standing suffer
    palus-satara .This is mistake of state transport Maharashtra. I have my ticket cost, my timecost&trubal also

      HI i had a reservation for msrtc semi luxury bus from swargate to thane at 22:15 from swargate.i had boarding from brahmin chowk aundh.i waited till 11pm and then called msrtc office many times and finally at 11.20 they answered and told me that the bus has left from swargate and the number was 7510. at 11.30 the bus crossed from besides us and even after repeated shouts form myself and mr mane the stop attendant at brahmin chowk the bus did not stop.
      then i had to take aswamegh and pay 355 for the ticket and go to dadar which reached at 1.30 am on 24th. and that time the trains had stopped so again had to pay 280rs for rickshaw form dadar to thane.

      so in all i had a very bad experience and was left stranded and had to spend 3 times the amount of money of the ticket to reach my destination.

      can someone do something about this

        Dear sir,

        I am govind gaike age 58 years, I booked bus tickets at 3 pm on 23-nov-2012, for myself with my wife, daughter & grandson of 6 months (reservation seat nos 3, 4 & 5 and ticket nos are 211343, 211344 & 211345)in barshi to pune bus departure at 16-45 on 23 nov 2012. There were other 5 passengers who booked tickets in that bus. When bus came late to bus stand at about 17-30 and then it was cancelled because of not enough passengers are there.It was not an extra bus, it is regular /Daily bus from barshi to pune timing 16-45. We have been told to get down from the bus and there was no parallel arrangement done.Then the same bus was routed to pandharpur where fairly good no. Of passenger available. It was tremendous inconvenience caused to all o[censored]s. It was question of bus service, faith & its commitment towards passenger who belives in msrtc. Please look into matter & revert with suitable answer.

        Respected Sir / Madam.

        This is to bring to your kind notice that I had booked online ticket (No.[protected] for my trip from Pune Swarget - Dadar East (TRIP M7753 dt. 18.11.12) of your Shivneri service (Bus no. 1105 seat no. 25, 26 & 32).

        Unfortunately Shiv Sena Chief Shri BalaSaheb Thakre passed away on day prior to the journey and due to this all the shops were closed on the previous day & on the day of Journey Thus I could not take print out of e-ticket. Although at the time of Journey I was carrying a valid photo ID still I was not allowed to continue my journey as the instead on print out. I tried to convince the conductor (ID 106795 Mrs. Shirsagar) but she directed me to controller & then Depo incharge. On meeting controller & also Depo in charge, I again tried to explain them the issue and request to allow me to travel. They were firm on their stand on not to allow me to travel without print out. They further insisted to take a fresh ticket for same bus & seat for which I have already booked my ticket (Bus no. 1105 seat no. 25, 26 & 32). They also confirmed me that on my application to MSRTC the amount will be refund. On this assurance I took fresh tickets earlier46662, 46663 & 46664 for already booked same seats 25, 26 & 32.

        For your convenience I am mentioning the details as below and also attaching soft copy of e-ticket & physical ticket both:

        e-ticket: Trip no. M7753, Ticket no. 11221301, Date of journey 18.11.12, AC Shivneri, Departure time 16.00hrs. No of seats 3.
        Passenger Details : Mayuresh Purohit, Darshana Purohit, Shreyash Purohit & (infant Mihika Purohit) Total cost : 1133.07Rs

        Physical ticked : No. 046662, 046663, 046664, Bus no. 1105, Dt. 18.11.12 toatl cost 1110/- AC Shivneri Swarget to Dadar of 4 pm.

        I would further request you to kindly consider this case with sympathy and accordingly also would request you to give full refund of the ticket as MSRTC has charges me twice for the same seat & Same Trip.

          I booked one online ticket on today's (14/10/2012)Thane-Pune Shivneri bus scheduled at 2030 hrs.Online payment Rs.352/- was paid(Through Corporation Bank,Debit- Visa Card).Message received from bank on the successful transaction.Unfortunately,ticket was not issued.I tried to contact MSRTC customer cell.But nobody is responding.Thus,it seems that I will loose my money unnecessarily.
          Any solution on this to get my money back?

              I had ticket booking from Manchar to Ghatkopar in Bus Alephata - Kurla Neharu nagar. This Bus was cancelled without any prior information even i got journey confirmation sms about 2hours ago before boarding time. Authorities over Manchar Bus stand were not ready to take any responsibility neither of alternative arrangement in other bus nor refund of money.
              This all scenario caused great inconvenience to me request you to take appropriate actions & refund money .

                Sir,


                September 23, 2012 22:00 I travelled from Karad to Maitri Park - Mumbai by Ordinary Bus
                instead of Semi Luxury.
                I did not get any refund from bus conductor.
                Due to some resons I was not able to carry printout of reseerved ticket and
                even after requesting many times bus conductor Mr K T Kalaskar forced me
                to buy a new ticket of Rs 309 though I have shown him Mobile SMS and
                ID proof. Even Mr. P S Tonde from Satara depo- in charge was not also
                helpful.
                Having no choice of buying a new ticket the total travel cost me 361+309=
                Rs.670

                the new ticket I bought have following details.

                It is my humble request please consider my case and refund me appropriate
                amount ie Rs 354.

                If you consider facts and practical problems this might be happen to anybody that printout of e-ticket is not available.
                in this cases Mobile SMS should be considered as a proof.
                In my case I was having proper ID proof (my driving license and PAN card) and I was ready to show conductor the Soft copy of E-ticket on my laptop.

                Moreover MSRTC booking was made against semi luxury people are forced to travel by an ordinary bus (which was broken down due to some mechanical problem twice)
                very painful and untrustworthy...

                please suggest me is there any way to get my Refund back!!!

                Respected sir, I the undersigned Dr.abhijit baheti, booked two tickets for AC SHIVNERI VOLVO for pune to nasik journey on 12/6/15 .trip was scheduled on 12/6/15 at 8.00 am. However due to sme technical problem there was change in service bus from ac shivneri to hirkani (non ac). As I did online transaction so person in inquiry office told me that difference in money will be refunded in bank ac in 48 hrs.however still my amt has not been refunded. Booking Details: name of passengers 1.abhijit b 2.                 HELLO SIR,

                IN SEPTEMBER BOOK TICKET MALVAN TO PUNE TICKET NO.26229279 DT.25.09.2016, BUT SOME PROBLEM CANCELLED THE TICKET NO. 26233626 TRANSACTION ID GHMP[protected] DT. 24.09.2016 BUT AFTER 20 DAYS NO REFUND OR ANY OTHER ANSWER IN MSRTC. EMAIL SO MANY TIMES BUT NO REPLA.

                i have using net banking for msrtc resevation ticket, but some problems i cancelled the ticket for same in 24/09/2016. after 15 days the cancelled amount not trf in my account. than mail to billdesk accout the answered mi already refunded the amt. but bank not reversal the entry.

                  With great regret undersigned wish to bring following incident and expect action at your end.

                  Myself, SHAILESH SHENDE Ticket Number[protected], Transaction ID- MHCC[protected], Seat No.- 30 and my colleague Mr. LOKESH PRASAD SOTI Ticket Number[protected], Transaction ID- MHCC[protected], Seat No.- 28 had booked MSRTC E-Reservation Ticket online for journey from NASIK CBS to SHIVAJI NAGAR PUNE on 23-09-12 at 22-30 Hrs.

                  Due to traffic jam, it was not possible for undersigned to reach NASIK CBS on time, hence informed my colleage Mr Lokesh Prasad Soti who was at NASIK CBS and boarded the bus, to request Bus Driver and Conductor that myself will board the bus from Dwarka Stop instead of NASIK CBS due to jam.He requested the same to Bus Driver and Conductor but they were very reluctant to agree. After repeated requested they anyhow agreed.

                  I reached Dwarka Stop - The authorized Bus Stop Opposite to Petrol Pump, at around 10-20 PM well before the time and waited there for Bus to arrive from CBS. All other buses came and stopped there however the bus in which I have to board came there and without stoppage went forward very speadly overtaking other buses stopped at the Dwarka Stop. I tried to stop the bus but it went straight without notice. My colleage who was inside the bus was also asking the Conductor to stop at Dwarka stop and see for me, but Driver as well as Conductor was not in the mood to listen.

                  Moreover, my mobile phone was switched off due to phones battery got drained and I was not able to communicate to my colleage inside the bus.I was managing to call by borrowing the mobile phone of someothers.

                  Later it came to know that bus was stopped at location somewhere after Dwarka hotel for a moment, the location and bus I was not able to identified.

                  Further it came to know that bus is at Nasik Road stop, I asked my colleage to request Driver and Conductor to wait for a moment I am on the way to Nasik Road and can catch the bus in short time. He requested, but Driver and Conductor not agreed and left for Pune with
                  my Seat No. 30 vacant.

                  At Nasik Road I was alone, there were no other buses. All MSRTC buses were already fully booked.

                  Here I feel important to inform that myself and my colleague are responsible officers of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited Nasik and where on the official tour to Pune. I along with my colleague had to attend the official meeting at Pune in morning 24-09-12 anyhow.

                  I somehow manage to seet in Drivers cabin of overcrowded private bus and anyhow complete the horrible jouney of my lifetime from Nasik to Pune with lot of mentle and physical stress.

                  In view of the above, it is kindly requested to please take proper action against the defaulters and address the following

                  issues-

                  1. Refund of my ticket fare Rs. 255.20.

                  2. Action against Driver and Conductor for not stopping the bus at authorized bus stop.

                  3. Explaination in writing why bus was not stopeed at authorized stop and stopped somewhere else for which passengers are not

                  knowing.

                  4. Compensetion for all the uncomfort experience to undersigned.

                  Expect quick response.

                  msrtc bus service — nuisance during travel

                  now a days during travel there is increasing nuisance of mobilephone songs.They are very much annoying. The bus conductor does not take any action about it though there is a definate guidline about public playing music during the travel. It is not nessesary for conductor to wait for the commuters' complaint. So pl.do the needful.

                    I would like to submit my complaint about the bad frequency of ST buses on the Panvel-Thane route in the morning and the evening timings when the people leave for office and coming back from office.
                    The frequency is simply pathetic in the interval of 8-9:30 AM in the morning and 6-8 PM in the evening. This is the time when most of the people go to office and come back from office where there are very less buses and a lot of crowd. It becomes very hectic for us to reach the destination and that too on time. Sometimes even if the buses come on time, the driver wont stop the bus and just drive through and sometimes the driver would stop the bus very far where we cannot catch the bus.
                    Its almost a daily problem for all o[censored]s. Hope we get a solution to this soon.

                      In the next 3 years this place will have an internatonal airport- Navi Mumbai International Airport.
                      However, there is no public transport in the form of buses from MSRTC/NMMT to ply from Khandeshwar Station to Khanda Colony/New Panvel East and people have to rely on autorickshaws who charge exorbitantly and do not ply at all times of the day/night

                      There is an urgent need for a bus to ply from New Panvel East/Khanda Colony to Khandeshwar Station so that people have some means of affordable transport. The frequency should preferable match with the train arrival timings so that there is no waiting time involved. It will also help save fuel as private vehicles will then go off the road

                      There is a provision for a bus depot opp. Oven Fresh Bakery which can be developed immediately and thereby the authorities can give the residents a Ganpati gift by plying bus services immediately - NMMT/MSRTC/KDMT

                      The authorities are required to implement the same immediately

                        sir, i had made the service pass for one month it costs rs 720 but the person sitting over there has taken 80rupees more saying that fare has increased but again after few days when my friend got made the pass he paid only rs 720 (the actual amount ) because some other person was on duty.when we went again to ask for refund of extra money he refused.kindly see to the matter.

                          I travelled in MSRTC Bus no.: MH:20 BL 1429 DATED ON 08/09/2012 of route SURAT TO ARONDAL in jalgaon district the bus too itself was from
                          Arondal bus depot.The left from surat at 3.30 pm on saturday
                          The driver of the bus stopped the bus in the middle of the way from surat to arondal after he left from BARDOLI CITY near about 5 km and went to some place for some shopping purpose of his own.and let the bus along with all the passengers and conductor left in it
                          Driver did not return for an hour or so..and whn he returned he answered with bad words and bad behaviour with passengers and others and said it is his decision where to stop and when to leave.he can do what he want.He was totally unaware of his reponsiblities and duty.
                          Please take note of these matter.and let the guilty be taught his duty.

                            I always travel 4-5 times from Pune (Swargate) to Satara vice-versa from S.T. (Maharashtra State Transport Corporation) in every month. There is a huge demand from every passenger, to increase the frequency of Non-Stop S.T. buses from Pune-Satara-Pune. Every time there is a big queue for buying tickets.(As many adults/children can not able to buy tickets online) There is always 50 minutes difference between 2 buses. So there is demand from every passenger that should have at least 2 buses at a time. And to decrease the time difference between 2 buses to at least 5 minutes. Please do the needful as early as possible. Thanks in advance.

                              Msrtc Shivneri bus starts at 5.30 pm from Borivali for Swargate, Pune. I was supposed to board the bus from Goregaon east Police station @ around 6pm (boarding time).I was waiting for the bus at Goregaon east police station stop since 5.30pm.

                              The bus came around 6.20pm and did not halt at the stop (msrtc sign board) inspite of me waving my hands to halt the Bus.I had booked the tickets in advance then to the bus failed to halt.Shivneri offers a really pathetic service when it comes to hospitability and most of the conductors on the bus carry a lot of arrogance.It appears as though they are doing us a favor

                                Bus Service Type : SEMI LUXURY No. of Seats : 1
                                Total Chargeable Amount : 368.50

                                I paid charges for SEMI LUXURY bus Rs 368.50 but actually bus was an ORDINARY type whose fare was just 230 Rs ( If I did not booked online and purchased directly).

                                This means MSRTC online service has wrong database and they charge according to their wrong database and passenger like me paying extra.
                                My bus number was : MH40 N 9333.Bus conductor realized MSRTC mistake but he said that he was not able to refund.

                                My questions are as follow
                                1) Can I get refund on this?
                                2) I really don't care of my refund but why the MSRTC is not updating their database and why passenger should pay for MSRTC mistakes ?
                                If MSRTC is not able to update their database then why they are not making provision to reimburse by conductor in such case?

                                    There are no express buses except Degloor-Aurangabad early in the morning are plying from Degloor to the district headquarter Nanded. I don't understand the exact reason behind it why the DM of Degloor MSRTC depot took such a silly decision. On the contrary, there are so many super express buses of Mukhed & Biloli depots run to the same destination. Under the name of "Jaadaa gaadi" Asiad Nim Aaraam buses with heavy fare are plying from Nanded to Degloor with three stoppages. These jada gadis belong to Nanded Depot. oOn the same route with same destinations express bus are plying but not a single express bus of Degloor Depot is moving. This is so ridiculous. I hope the concerned competent authority will look into the matter and take a prompt and positive action at the earliest possible.

                                      On 26.05.2012, I was going to Mahabaleshwar with my wife and two daughter. The Pune Station to Mahabaleshwar Asiad bus came at Swargate S T Stand at 7.20 hours which would depart at 7.30 hours (Asiad Bus Number MH 12 EF 6703 Conductor Name P S Paushe {written on Ticket}). The conductor was very rude and misbehaving with public. As soon as bus came at swargate St Stand, he stand at the door of bus and saying that nobody will enter in bus as there is reservation. He was pulling the crowd out of the bus by abusing to the public. He was beating me and also beat me by his leg and tell that i will not take you in this bus. My daughter age 10 year seat on seat No 48 and 49 behind the driver but he pulled her out of the bus. Then i complaint at the inquiry counter and told them the problem of the conductor but the inquiry counter employee was also took his side. In this case there was only 13 seats reserved, then why that conductor pulled out the public, beat me, pulled out my daughter from the seat. The behavior of the conductor was very rude and may be he was consuming liquor. This should be inquired and disciplinary action should be taken against the conductor. I hope the action will be taken.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I Mr. Manoj C. Naik, (M.TECH), working in Printing industry, staying at Belapur, Yesterday dated 14/11/2012 at 1.00 pm i was with my friend travelling from Nalasopara to Kalamb. I asked conductor Mr. A.A. KHAN (Bus No.: MH 14. BT 2008) to give me 2 tickets of kalamb. I gave him 50 Rs. note and change of Rs. 11 if he requires any. he said give me exact change in harsh word. I said i dont have more change. He used very wrong language and insulted me in front of passenger and pushed me said "shut up dont teach my duty". I went to Nalasopara west S.T. depot to complain in this regard. But I shocked when i faced full staff of S.T. depot they all were his collegues. Blamed me that you only responsible for such of our behaviour. and challenged me to complain anywhere. Sir if such behaviour they can behave with me then what we can expect that how they will be behaving with common illeterate, poor people. I want fair justice in this regard as soon as possible.

                                        एस.टी. प्रवाशांच्या सेवेसाठी की प्रवाशांना लुटण्यासाठी......
                                        प्रवाशांच्या सेवेसाठी असं ब्रीदवाक्य अभिमानानं मिरवणारी एस. टी. आता खरंच प्रवाश्यांच्या सेवेसाठी आहे का हा प्रश्न पडावा असा किस्सा परवा मी अनुभवला. मी 27 मे रोजी सोलापूरहून सांगलीला येत होतो. रात्रीचे साधारण 10.30 वाजले होते. सांगोल्याच्या अलिकडे रेडिएटर गरम होऊन बस बंद पडली. एका प्रवाशाने धावाधाव करुन पाणी आणलं. ते रेडिएटरमध्ये टाकून गाडी सुमारे पाऊण तासाने सुरु केली. सांगोला बस स्थानकावर चालक वाहकांनी छान पोटभर जेवण केले पण, डेपोत जाऊन गाडी दाखवली नाही. जेवण झाल्यावर गाडी निघाली आणि शिरढोण जवळ आल्यावर पुन्हा रेडिएटर गरम होऊन बंद पडली. यावेळी रात्रीचे साधारण 1.30 वाजले होते. थोडावेळ थांबून प्रयत्न केला, पण गाडी सुरु झाली नाही. शेवटी मागून आलेली आंबेजोगाई डेपोची कोल्हापूर गाडी थांबविण्यात आली. पण या गाडीच्या वाहकाने डे ची गाडी आणि नाईटची गाडी असा विषय करत प्रवाशांना गाडीत घेण्यास नकार दिला. यायचे असेल तर फरकाच्या रक्कमेची तिकीटं घ्यावी लागतील असं अडवणुकीचं धोरण स्वीकारलं. खूप वाद झाला. पण शेवटी त्यानं फरकाच्या रक्कमेची तिकीटं घ्यायलाच लावली. या घटनेनं माझ्या मनात काही प्रश्न निर्माण झाले.
                                        १) सोलापूर ते सांगली हे अंतर दिवसा आणि रात्री बदलत नाही. एस.टी.ची बस ही दिवसासाठी वेगळी आणि रात्रीसाठी वेगळी नसते. मग दिवसा आणि रात्रीसाठी वेगळे वेगळे दर का असतात ? ही प्रवाशांची सेवा आहे की प्रवाशांची लूट आहे ?
                                        २) दिवसाची बस बंद पडली यात प्रवाशांचा काय दोष ? त्यांनी जादा पैसे का मोजायचे ?
                                        ३) बस नादुरुस्त झाली तर प्रवाशांना पुढील प्रवासाची सोय करुन देण्याची जबाबदारी कुणाची ? रात्रीच्या वेळी ही सोय करणे महत्वाचे की जादा दराची तिकीटे काढा म्हणून अडवणूक करणे ?
                                        या प्रश्नांची उत्तर मला मिळाली नाहीत. पण इतकं नक्की की या घटनेन एक मात्र झालं की, प्रवाशांच्या सेवेसाठी असणारी एस.टी आता तशी राहिली नाही. ती व्यवसायिक झाली आणि आता प्रवाशांना लुटायला लागली का ? असा प्रश्न मला सतत सतावू लागला आहे.
