MSRTC SHIVNERI MANAGEMENT had gone mad over price hike, for travel of 240 km.. from pune to aurangabad, they now hiked price to 470rs.. before it was 400rs. that too was high. only shivneri is not the volvo that provides service for aurangabad route.. kondusker, purple volvo also runs and they fares 300 wen it was 400 for shivneri, after deisel hike they made 350 but never more than this, their official website show 500 but counter buying...

Poor customer care service & no help from the ticket issuer at parihar chowk

I have booked MSRTC Shivneri bus from Pune to Thane but unlike other govt services, this volvo service also failes to deliver quality customer support...I had the bus from 2pm and was standing till 3:30 pm and finally the bus came...Till then I triedmy level best by calling to the customer care number :[protected]

Shrirampur -Mumbai bus not in time

The Driver of Shivneri bus from Pune to Thane did not stop at Chandni Chowk.
He straight away passed me while I stood there helplessly waiving my hand trying to stop him.
This guys are pathetic.
MSRTC lacks the professionalism to operate Volvo service.
They are meant to operate this volvo service. This should be given to private companies.
This happened to me twice even though I had booked my ticket 3-4...
