this is with regards to my stolen bag incident which happened while i boarded the first volvo from pune to Mumbai where i lost all my certificates marksheets passports mobile phones clothes and other articles worth close to 2 lakh rupees and i suspect a strong involvement of the driver The Volvo Bus in which this incident happened beared the number MH 11 T 9241 I had a confirmed flight from bombay to Delhi along with my wife which also went a waste as we couldnt board it as we had to lodge the complaint which took all day long my bus tkt numbers were 020047 and 020048 dated 1st September booked at 5 36am the bus drivers name is Suresh Dichukle and his mobile number is [protected] i need help the driver is summoned to nerul police station but is not showing up;

    Dear Sir,
    My mother age 64 years had to travel urgently to Mumbai (Mulund) and I made a full fare reservation for her on the net and arranged for the ticket on the Bus.
    For want of ID proof of a 64 years aged lady was demanded to pay for the entire fare amount.
    While she was travelling from Pune to Mumbai on 23-08-10 by MH 43 -- 2200 bus to thane the lady conductor has insisted her for it and forced her to buy another ticket by paying the full amount.
    I dont understand is this a way to behave with a senoir citizen travelling alone and that too a lady.
    At one end you grant discounts for Senior citizens and here is a case where you charge her double for want of ID proof which is only for security purpose to which I agree but what is the fun harrasing and charging an old lady travelling alone.

    I would appreciate that MSRTC looks into the matter and does justice to people like my mother. Also I would like to have a refund for the same.

    Also there is a complain that I wanted to make on your website which allows only 4000 character but generates an error with just 500 Caracters.

    Will really appreciate to receive a positive response on the complain made.

      i am having v good experience with Shivneri, too spacious, comfortable seating and good air condition....
      prefer shivenri compare to any other travels or especially Neeta..........

        On 13.06.10 we travelled from Chinchwad to Khopoli
        By MSRTC Pune - Murud ST.We reached at khopoli at 17:00. We requested to conductor to stop the Bus at Khopoli Shilphata bus stop were all bus stopped regurally which are going towards Mumbai, Thane & Panvel side. He refused to stop & arrogently said that shilphata bus stop is not for Alibaug or Roha side buses
        Kindly allowd to stop for all buses at Khopoli shilphata stop

        i have also same experience and now stopped by going buses of MSRTC.
        The all buses from pune or mumbai have stop in Ruikar Colony kolhapur, but at morning tiime they never allow to alight at ruikar colony.so many times arraogant conductorsand drivers had quarrel with me, but they are not improving.
        thing is that they don't care for commuter or customer, they are getting salary ontime.
        even mumbai - kolhapur highway is very good and with pune bypass, still many buses from mumbai goes to pune and then kolhapur-means taking 10 hrs.
        again i have noticed one thing they people do not allow karnataka depo buses to stop in maharshtra premises. ideally karnataka bus staff behaves like human and very co-operative. since last 8 months i didn't went by MSRTC bus.
        i use either pvt bus(konduskar or GPT/ Neeta only- no sana/fina, labbaaik, pawan). or use train.
        i wish to stop this MSRTC and replace transportation from private company like tata or reliance.

        I HATE ALL MSRTC STAFF. JUST HATE!!!

        Today 24.10.10 Mumbai cent Medha BusNo.8344 Driver No.7610 & Condt.No.24626 was not enter in sion hospital stop & hole ther are five passenger was waiting for bus.sion depo controler also remark it.
        kindly do needfull.
        All buses from pune to mumbai are on fixed route .There is no mixed combination. people living on express highway route like wakad, chandani chowk, kothrud have no connection with cities on old highway like khopoli, pen, alibag and even panvel. Buses running via these areas run only on express haghway. They even don't go to panvel bus stand. Take outside route.So people in thease areas if they have to go to cities on old highway or alibag may try to change their route at places like lonavala. But there is a problem. buses running on express highway don't go to lonavala stand. They stop outside at food plaza.So passengers can not change their route easily.Likewise if people from pen, alibag, khopoli, panvel city have to go to kothrud, pashan, wakad they have to alight at shivaji nagar and again pay Rs 150 to auto and travel for 30 min. Therefore it is nacessary to have mixed combination like few buses from alibag to swarget and panvel to swarget should take old highway up to lonavala and then express highway via wakad, pashan, kothrud. Similar bus service should be there from swarget to alibag and panvel.

          Sir,

          On 28th May'10, I was travelling from Aurangabad to Nagpur in my car (MH14 BX 9689) along with my wife and daughters to see my Mother-in-law who is admitted in Hospital at Nagpur. At @ 8.45 am, Buldhana - Jalna bus bearing no. MH12 AJ 9454 crossed us near Deolgaonraja. In front of my car, one TRAX vehicle came in front of the bus and stopped the bus. Due to this the bus driver was angry. Then the trax driver took the car aside and went on his way. During this incident, I took my car extreme left and waited for clearance of the bus. But the bus driver dashed my car at the rear RH side and damaged my car deliberately (Damage photos are attached) and took the bus fast to ran away. The driver has done this wrong act even if I am at no fault. I think this act of the driver is very dangerous and may damage the society and people.
          I request to take the appropriate action against this driver to save the society.

            Hi,
            I am Dr.Anisha Nerurkar, I used the MUMBAI- PANJIM Shivneri on the 23/05/10 from Dadar to Kudal and then on 26/05/10 from Kudal to Dadar. On both the occasions i was dissappointed. I had my ticket issued till Kudal but i was asked to get down on the Mumbai Goa high-way, way before the ST bus stop for Kudal .Then for my return journey they could not inform me about the boarding point, I had to spend half a day running to the depot manager and the controller asking them to settle the issue, and the answer that I received was that its a new bus service and they had not yet finalised the point.Finally the bus was brought to the Kudal ST bus depot for that day through the co-ordination of the depot managers of Kudal and Sawantwadi.This is not the way a state transport should be working, where the ticket is issued but no boarding point is fixed.

              ON 11/04/2010 ALL BUSES WAS WITHDRAWN BY VASAI DEPOT(MSRTC)-D.M.ALL OTHER TRANSPORT SYSTEM WERE RUNNING SMOOTHLY HOWEVER STAFF AND DEPOT MANAGER DIDN'T CARE FOR LOCAL AND VILLAGE PUBLIC TO RUN THE BUSES. FURTHER THE DRIVERS AND CONDUCTORS ARE NEVER STOPPING BUS AT MIDDLE STOP AND THE DEPOT IN CHARGE NEVER TAKING ANY ACTION ON COMPLAINT.

                As you know that lot of people including students, working women, businessmen and general regular working people are travelling to mumbai on daily basis..


                by this mail i am requesting you to start new buses from pen depot at morning 7.00am, 7.30am, 8.00am, and 8.30am


                i want to let u know that approximately 300-500 people are travelling daily from Pen city towards mumbai and navi Mumbai .


                lot of students, employees, working women, businessmen found it very difficult to get bus on time..
                they got always late just because of non availability of Buses..


                also currently their are only two buses are available @ 7.15am (pen-mumbai) and @8.45am (Pen boriwali) for pen passengers..


                buses came from alibag, roha, etc. side are already full everytime so no one from pen can get place to sit atleast.


                so i am requesting you to start atleast three to four more buses for mumbai at morning time from Pen Depot itself..


                another thing is that for coming back to pen.. bus frequency is not sufficient..


                we have only option of either thane-alibag, mumbai-shrivardhan or mumbai-sasavane buses..as asiad buses never accept monthly passes..


                these all buses already got full at Mumbai central, Sion and vashi stop..


                again all the passengers have to face the rush while getting back to home from office/college..


                Every day at panvel stand you will see lot of rush especially at evening time..


                so kindly do the needfull and start sufficient bus service from Pen Depot and for Pen Passengers.


                Hope you will understand our inconvenience and help us to get better travelling on time.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  This is to inform you that the management by the mahableshwar depot by mr. kulkarni & his junior mr. kamble is not fit for the job. I have reached to mahableshwar on 31st december 2009 at 14.30hrs in afternoon & have to go at lingmala by mahableshwar to satara route wia medha marg bus, but till 16.45hrs not a single vehicle has been left by the depot incharge on this route. Three buses came from satara to mableshwar wia medha route & when asked the driver they said we are going to depot for rest. lastly at 16.45hrs i went to speak to mr. kamble & he told me that we are not there here to send bus from our depot, but outside buses are late then wat we can do. Our depot incharge have told us not to send any buses from our depot for this route let outside bus come, & started using abusing langauge. I would really appreciate if you improve the buses on this route becoz from mahableshwar to wai on every 5-10 minutes one bus are there but from mahableshwar to satara via medha route the buses are on 1hrs or late then that. Please do transfer of mr. kulkarni who not even come & see the people problem on this route & mr. kamble who dont have manners to talk.

                  Complaint # 1: It has been observed everyday between 5.30 a.m. to 5.50 a.m. and somtimes even upto 6.00 a.m., drivers of MSRT buses running from Thane to Borivali do not stop buses at Mucchala college stop in spite of requesting by hand to stop.I am very sorry to observe this adament behaviour of drivers & conductors to ignore the stops early morning and rushes from last lane of highway deliberately.This behaviours affects my children to attend school early morning.

                    now panvel is developing as a subarban of mumbai. peoples like to come from mumbai,new mumbai,thane kalyan by train and then proceed ahead by bus.i am staying in alibag i have observed that there is no single bus from panvel to alibag and toward murud at 6.30p.m. to 8.30 p.m. this the time of heavy rush of public going towards alibag so pl.make immediate arrangement of the buses on this route.
                    there is no any bus from karjat to alibag after 5 p.m. which is very inconvinient to travel from karjat to alibag at evening time so pl.start a bus at 8 p.m. so any person can return by completing his work comfortably

                    Dear Sir,
                    I would like to bring in your knowledge regarding that you have launched / started new bus on dated 29 /10/2010 Thane via Muambra, Khed Panhalje just was not yet over month and the service just to fragment under a plot yours Khed Depot and Thane (Khopat) officials have started Depot is. As far as I have heard and seen from directly above the public good of just getting response and people you used to book tickets online via computer two days ago but you have missed her by being too fragmented. Sir you the act you possess and you attain the achievement of its intent to people features of this act, but how many people you reach disservice to this and perhaps you have no idea why you also how the general public, So do not be. As far as I understand you're not human.
                    Sir, you really hate the institution of mutual discrimination and punishment you give people the general public why it is beyond our understanding and perhaps because of the above to date this type of organization is always in deficit even further continues, this institution in the near future neither will save your ambassador or an angel nor God.
                    Sir, as I said this type of mail you will surely exasperating accost you on the way your officials enjoy us our money and city facilities to ignore you become a trend of people might have missed.
                    Yet I am to request you if you want to keep the institution alive please first all you have to solve public problems and you have to alert authorities to the popular sentiment.

                      dear sir
                      the govt. has declared the concession in fare for senior citizen in maharashtra road transport buses. if we sit in any bus of raigad district depot we are charged concessional fare but if any bus is coming from mumbai/pune/kalyan depot we are not getting the concessional fare. when all the buses are of the msrtc then why there is descremination in fare for senior citizen

                      i vilas d joshi daily travel to yawal from bhusawal regular fare is 15. but 10% discont .as per new fare 4.35 per tappa fare for 3.5 tappa rs 15.25.
                      so discount @ 10% 1.53 must be recd means fare for 10% tkt passenger rs 13.00. but machine for booking shows 14.00.pl help to get rs.2.00 disc 10% on 15.25 fare.we are paying re.200.00 for one year.pl give help and do the needful. waiting for your reply. thanking you.

                        I WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTCE REGARDING HALTING OF SEMI LUXURY BUSES AT UNHYGIENIC RESTAURANT FOR LUNCH/DINNER.
                        I WITH MY HUSBAND WAS TRAVELING FROM KOLHAPUR TO MUMBAI ON 26/12/2009 BY MSRTC SEMI LUXURY BUS N0 MH14 BT 0029(KOLHAPUR-ARNALA)WHICH LEFT KOLHAPUR AT 6.15 PM.THE BUS HALTED AT HOTEL RAIGAD INN(NR.SURUR PHATA)AT 9.30 PM. THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL IS A RESTAURANT AND BAR. THE FOOD SERVED HERE IS VERY BAD AND UNHYGIENIC AND EXPENSIVE ALSO. THE SERVICE IS VERY BAD. THERE ARE NO PROPER TOILETS IN THIS HOTEL.ALSO THE STAFF IS VERY ARROGANT.
                        THERE ARE MANY GOOD HOTELS IN NEAR BY ARE FOR EX. ABHIRUCHI HOTEL WHICH SERVES EXCELLENT MAHARASHTRIAN FOOD AND IT IS RESONABLE.
                        AT THAT PARTICULAR TIME THERE WERE ALMOST 5 MSRTC BUSES AT RAIGAD INN HOTEL. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THIS IS A OFFICIAL HOTEL RECOGNIZED BY MSRTC FOR LUNCH/DINNER. I AM A FREQUENT TRAVELLER AND HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS MANY TIMES AND ALSO COMPLAINED TO THE CONDUCTOR BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN.
                        I HOPE THE NECESSARY ACTION WOULD BE TAKEN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I am Travelling regulary from Umred to Chakrighat (Virangana steel) By janata Bus on 8.00AM, Everyday it stops on request stop. But this monday dated 16/11/2009 the conductor & Driver changed, the conductor should not stop on request stop also communicate in rough tone. He asked to complaint any body, he donot worry.

                          This will happened every monday & When regular condustor changed.

                          The bust left every day from Umred Agar on 8.00AM

                          Dear Sir,

                          On 15.01.2011 I traveled from Aurangabad to Ahmednagar
                          By MSRTC Jafrabad - Pune ST. I reached at Ahmednagar at 23:15. I requested to conductor to stop the Bus at Hotel Maharaja bus stop were all bus stopped regularly which are going towards Pune, Kolhapur, Kalyan, Sangali, Baramati side. He refused to stop the bus. When they having the passengers to complete the passenger target then anywhere they stop the bus but when customers having to stop the bus then they not stop the bus on bus stop. They also stop the bus at Pandarpur MIDC stop, Khadaka Phata Stop, for dinner at food mall for ½ hour but why cant stop Hotel Maharaja Stop? That’s why ST Bus is running in Loss. Is this type to behave to passengers?
                          I hope so, your reply is highly appreciate for me.

                            Hello Sir / Madam,

                            I had taken reservation ticket of Shivneri Volvo bus from Swargate, Pune to Thane via Kalwa.
                            Date and time of journey
                            08/11/2009 19:45

                            But, the bus changed the route and went via Mulund.
                            I asked the conductor about the same then he replied, there was no stop at Kalwa for Volvo bus.

                            If this is the case, then why reservation window issued me a ticket for Kalwa?

                            I lost most of my valuable time and money.
                            Please do some action against the same.

I like it Travlling in shivneri bus.so i am travlling only msrtc bus. secure travlling as well as other transport msrtc empoly good communication with passanger. I telling other People travlllin only MSRTC Buses.MSRTC is good service.

                            The Bus Boriwali - Parali startded from Nancy Colony. having stop at Kaij, ( dist- Beed). But If I have to get down at kaij then I have to get ticket upto Ambajogai (dist beed), instead of kaij & I have to pay RS 30 extra. I dont understand that whether the website has the problem at any policy of MSRTC.

                              6PM : I am waiting in a queue for Pune to Dadar Shivneri Volvo at Pune Station.

                              8:30PM : I get the ticket @ 225/-, board the bus.

                              9:30PM : Near Pimpri(Outskirts of Pune), there is a sound like a burst at the rear of the bus. Driver is least bothered about it.

                              10:00PM : Bus reaches Shree Gurudev drive-in(first food mall after crossing PUNE Toll). Passengers use mobile phone lights to see the condition of the tyre.

                              CONDITION OF THE TYRE: Outer rubber of the LEFT-REAR-TYRE is bruised to such an extent that the inner Amuminium coils of the TYRE are clearly visible. Moreover there was a slit in the tyre through which the inner tube was clearly visible. THERE IS NO SPARE TYRE IN THE BUS!!

                              10:30PM : about 20 Passengers refuse to board the bus to proceed the to “ghats of Lonavla” upto Mumbai, fearing the BUS has to meet with an accident. Passengers demand a spare tyre to be sent to the foodmall / an empty Volovo be sent from PUNE.

                              10:35PM : Driver is relentless and still wants to proceed to Mumbai in the same condition. Passengers call MSRTC office in Pune just to hear reluctant answers from the MSRTC office personnel. 10 passengers sitting inside the volvo do not care about their lives and lives of others sitting with them and want to proceed just on 1-left-rear-tyre.

                              11:00PM : I call the PUNE-MUMBAI accident help line, telling them about the current situation and the heat building up between passengers sitting in the bus and passengers refusing to board the bus.

                              11:15PM : IRB officials arrive at the scene and warn the driver to move the bus without changing the tyre. Driver says the next volvo will not arrive at the drive in before 7:00AM next morning!

                              Result: 50 People are stranded at the food mall till dawn!.

                              How I reached mumbai:

                              1:00AM : Took lift in a private minibus up to KALAMBOLI circle (PANVEL). Poor guy took just 30Rs realizing the situation that I was in. On my way to Panvel, booked a MEERU cab from KALAMBOLI(circle) to VIKHROLI --- COST = 600RS!!!!

                              3:00AM : I reach home SAFELY!! Thanks to government transport!

                              My family travelled today (24-May-10) by Pune -Thane Volvo Shivaneri (6 am )Vehicle no. MH43 H 1201

                              The condition of Tyres was very bad. It may lead to disaster on Express High way . The bus was from Shivajinagar Depot.

                                On 13 Sept 2009, my friend and I took this bus from Mahad at 11.30 PM
                                My friend sat near the bus conducter. He troubled and sexually harassed her.
                                so she left that seat and we both sat in a single seat for whole journey!
                                I have no words to explain that dirty situation. I hope that you will take the strict action against it ,
                                so that girls will feel safe to travel by MSRTC.

                                I am vikas barsing MSRTC is good service provide in swargate depote. i am weekly travlling swargate to Kolhapur . i like it MSRTC
                                This cheap act happens only because of lack of awareness. Most of the peoples are not aware about sexual harassment and its very important to make them aware this will help us to decrease occurring sexual harassment in our country.
                                MH 02 5728 around 1045 am.I was travelling in the said state transport bus from Panvel to Ghansoli.I managed to get a eat in the second row in the right side.Two lady were standing near the door to get down and two more were standing in between to get down.One boy who was standing by my seat was blocking the exit.I requested him to move inside to allow the ladies to get down as=nd as he was pushing me.He was arrogant and abused me to shut up and started taking ill abuses and my mothers name.I got charged up and asked him to shut up and move on.he found that I was an outsider and started abusing me in Marathi and when I replied started hitting me.I pushed him back and then two other man came kicked and punched.The conductor also abused me.I was helpless and pleaded a lady of my mothers age and she saved me else I would have died.The boy and the amn got down after a while and tears kept rolling down from my cheeks.No body consold me rather the conductor abused me that we get up to fight in Bus.I have been living in Mumbai for last 5 years and have a family to support too.I cant speak Marathi, Hindi and english was ok with me.The attack seemed racist.The conductor could have stopped the boy and man who assulted me.There is a serious lapse of security for a common man in state transport buses and dicipline and behaviour of the conductors arepathetic.Please take necessary actions.My wounds will recover but the services of MSRT wont I suppose

                                I had a booking on semi luxury from swargate to thane at 10:15pm
                                my boarding was Aundh brahmin chowk. after repeated calls to msrtc office they finally replied at 11.20 that the bus has not been canceleld and it has left swargate.
                                at 11.30 the bus crossed brahmin chowk without stopping.even after repeated shouting my myself and the station incharge mr mane the bus having number 7510 did not stop

                                then i had to spend 600rs to reach thane

                                can someone please tell me is there any way i can complain against this somewhere.

                                  Today, 10/08/09 at 6.30 AM I have boarded Borivali Kuda bus at Sukurwadi ST stand.After Malad conductor came for issuing tickets.I had shown him my senior citizen card.and gave money but he refused to accept senior citizen card stating that it is not original.I had told him that it is original card and I have travelled with this card so many times from last two years by ST, 2x2 and I had taken reservation for Talegaon ST Depot.But he did not listen to me on the contrary he had taken my card and kept in his pocket.when I pointed out that you can not take my card and keep in your pocket.there upon he insulted me and abused in vulgar language and asking me to get down from the bus.i have requested him I am old citizen and can not walk properly due to recent removal of plaster.and insisted him to issue me a ticket but he did not.At Vashi he asked to to get down from the bus and taken me to ST Inspector he also did not listen to me and asked me to get down from the bus.I have waited there from nearly from 15-20 Min.After that State Govt jeep came and stop that at spot.I Have immediately shown my Senior Citizen card to the officer sitting in the jeep and told whole incidence to him.Thereupon that office called your ST inspector and told him it is original card, Tehsildar's signature and original Govt stamp is there, and how you are saying it is not original.Thereupon your officer told it is a small card it is not big A4 Size card He did not know village people have been issued big cards while city like Bombay small laminated cards have been issued and Govt officer told your inspector to help me in getting next bus.He had boarded me to next bus coming to Talegaon.

                                  I need to travel from Borivali to Thane(vice-vers) daily, I saw the name board of MSRTC buses are written only in Hindi.it is difficult to find where those buses r going.I always need others help to find this.Mumbai is an metropolitan city people from different places are staying in mumbai some might not know to speak and read Hindi.So my request is to have name board in English also.

                                  I would like to bring in your knowledge regarding that you have launched / started new bus on dated 29 /10/2010 Thane via Muambra, Khed Panhalje just was not yet over month and the service just to fragment under a plot yours Khed Depot and Thane (Khopat) officials have started Depot is. As far as I have heard and seen from directly above the public good of just getting response and people you used to book tickets online via computer two days ago but you have missed her by being too fragmented. Sir you the act you possess and you attain the achievement of its intent to people features of this act, but how many people you reach disservice to this and perhaps you have no idea why you also how the general public, So do not be. As far as I understand you're not human.
                                  Sir, you really hate the institution of mutual discrimination and punishment you give people the general public why it is beyond our understanding and perhaps because of the above to date this type of organization is always in deficit even further continues, this institution in the near future neither will save your ambassador or an angel nor God.
                                  Sir, as I said this type of mail you will surely exasperating accost you on the way your officials enjoy us our money and city facilities to ignore you become a trend of people might have missed.
                                  Yet I am to request you if you want to keep the institution alive please first all you have to solve public problems and you have to alert authorities to the popular sentiment.

                                  I have not seen one clean and well conditioned toilet in any of the msrtc bus depot. One of the experiences of Swarget, Pune msrtc recently was-There was no bucket or anything else for toilet use. Each toilet was so bad that no woman can enter in the toilet and use it. After telling the fact to the caretaker lady, she replied that nobody uses it and there is less water. At Alibag Depot, the caretaker boy was charging 3 Rupees per person (from men and women also) for any kind of toilet use. When I told him that toilet use is free for women, he shouted at me and told that everybody pays, why you have problem. Though I did not pay him, he continued charging for other women. The toilets are so unhygienic to use. Majority of the toilets (may be more than ninety percent) do not have proper toilet service. So everybody is afraid of travelling by msrtc buses. Another thing is, it is compulsory to have one stop of half an hour at any hotel or preferably food mall for the journey like Bombay-Pune of vice versa. And drivers and conductors take more time to return in the bus than the passengers, always. I heard that they get free food there, so they take stop, no matter the passengers need it or not. Many a times I saw and experience myself that the conductors don't pay the remaining change of one rupees or fifty paisa making excuses that they do not have change and cannot give change to every passenger.
                                  The behavior of the conductors mainly is so abusive and commanding that every passenger feel that the conductor is the private owner of the bus. Many a times the conductor and driver do not stop the buses on the stops where they should. Night journey resulted dangerous as there is no lights in the buses which I think encourages men passengers for sexual harassment of women passengers. Atleat one light should be on at night. You should write MSRTC rules and regulations as many as possible in the bus.
                                  My suggestion is msrtc should organize training programmes for Behavioral and Professional ethics for their staff. Also they can put forth the example of BEST buses of Mumbai for it. msrtc should study the BEST PATTERN OF MUMBAI BEST.
                                  msrtc is a public property. We all wants it's progress. Cooperate with us. We want and deserve best service from you. You should keep in mind that any service sector's growth depends on consumer’s satisfaction.
                                  Hope you will consider and take action on my complaints and suggestions for the betterment of MSRTC..our country.

                                  I always travel from panvel to vashi for job purpose i have also taken monthly pass for this route yesterday 28 Dec.2012 when I travel from vashi to panvel I show my pass to conductor but he say your pass is not valid for this bus this bus was mumbai rajapur as my Daily travel experience this pass is valid for every sadi st bus only at night thy take Difference Ticket like if night ticket is Rs.25 and as per Pass Rs.19 thy taken Rs.6 as a night difference ticket charges its Ok but yesterday conductor Said me your pass is not valid either you, get down as well as take full ticket i get full ticket and said him to Discuss with Controller when we rich panvel station when we Discuss with controller he Never give Serious Attention on my complaint and told me go to our officer cabin and tell him your complaint he not given me also complaint book for Register my complaint and this conductor was gone on Duty we i goes to near officer cabin i saw this was lock i am getting irritated. yesterday I saw this galthani karbhar of st mahamandal
                                  On 25th June2015 at 8.45 pm approximately I dialled [protected] to know the time table of Sukurwadi Alibaug buses.Person responded by telling time of 2 buses between 5& 6 am & then immediately disconnected the phone without telling any further buses & did not give chance to ask the name.It appeared rude & did not have courtesy to tell it properly.

                                    My Father did travelled from Nagpur yesterday, dt.03-Aug-2009 for Bhandara vide Bus (Asiad-MSRTC) Bus No: MH-12 EF 6945 at 12.20 P.M. At the time of Ticket Purchasing, my father Aged: 66 Years asked for concession for Sr.Citizen getting as per circular no.MSRTC 04/2009 Dt: 02/Feb/2009 and shown the identity card of Ordnance Factory Bhandara (Retired) Central Govt. Employee, Conductor behaves rudely and demand for Full ticket at the time and hence have to make full payment of Ticket.
                                    Ticket Details:[protected] Rs.40/- &[protected] Rs.5/- Total : Rs.45/-
                                    I request you to take initiative in these case, get enquiry from Bhandara ST Main Office where the Conductor is employed and strict action on him or require Suspension for the employee at the earliest. Thank you.

                                      I travel from Pune-Belapur and back 5 days a week.And in my some 10-15 days of travel, I've faced two incidents of very rude and unacceptable behaviour from MSRTC bus officials.

                                      1. I took this Asiad 2x2 bus from Belapur to Pune. The normal ticket is Rs 95, (though I rarely get that 5 Rs back). Generally i forward a 100 RS note, but this one day i just had a 500 Rs note.So I gave the same to the conductor. He saw it, as if I'd given him some 5000 Rs note and a change for the same was impossible to produce. He asked, if I 'd a change, I told him, I didn't. So he shouted, " chutta nahin hai, ab kya ye phad kar dun...followed by some nasties".Such unruly behaviour from a service provider is really not understandable.

                                      2. I was looking for some PASS which could fetch me some concession.Thankfully, I got to know about this 4 and 10 days pass for Asiad bus service costing 400 for 4 days. So, I went to Panvel bus depot to get this pass issued on Monday, 15 Jun'09 (today itself). I asked the official in charge of issuing the PASS, if there was a provision for this PASS. Despite the fact that this detail was written on the wall rght next to his window, he said, " nahin banta". I told him, that it's mentioned here for a 4 days pass /Rs. 400. On this, his simple reply was... " haan theek hai, kal aana."

                                      Why has MSTRC appointed such officials, who don't even know any tenacity or a way of speaking, leave responsibility towards their duty apart?

                                      I'd posted this complaint to MSTRC feedback and it was really amazing and re-assuring of the Public Relations Officer to give me a call and a mail to find out the guilty. Soe officials may be at fault, but it's really good and professional of the PRO to have taken note of this complaint, the very same day, within an hour.

                                      I daily travel from Shirur to Pune and back. I need to know which buses leaving from shivajinagar Pune stop at shirur. This is because - When i ask controller at shivajinagar about a particular bus whether it stops at shirur or not, they ALWAYS say yes. when i sit in bus conductor says this bus do not have stop at shirur. I want to know other than non stop buses stops for other buses are decided by conductors?

                                      I travel from Paithan to MIDC and before a week & every time. I've face unacceptable behaviour from MSRTC bus officials. I have concession pass & daily up down by that in last week I had reached bus-stand then a Bus having number MH-20 D-9240 (Driver number: - 17082, conductor number: - 38320) was lifting bus stand. While I reached to bus then conductor shouted me & told to go away, you cant travel by this bus because you have pass but as my knowledge my pass is eligible to all busses escape to Asiad only, that day I had lost my half day duty due to very rude and unacceptable behavior from MSRTC bus officials.

Aur Yaha par Kal Ke "LOKMAT" Newspaper main to bataya ki Is Month ki 27 July se Yaha ke Officers Driver, Conductor, Clerk In sab ka Interview Lene wale hai. Jab Main Inquiry Karne Jata hoon to Muje Thik Se Jawab bhi nahi dete. Meri Samaj main Kuch Nhi aa raha hain. Kahi ye poora Corruption to nahi ho raha hai.

                                      I want fare table of MSRTC on main routes like Aurangabad, Pune, Nasik, Shirdi etc.
                                      I am Dailt travelling From Lonavala TO Sanpada Mumbai, Today really i appreciate the ST Employees, they have provide the fastest service first time on expressway.

                                      I thank to Mr Jagtap driver of bus at that time only.


                                      I am facing prolem of late to office daily, due to petrop filling in bus at Panvel depo and very slow speed of STBus.

                                      on expressway all STBus stop at foodmallatevening time due to that we are wasting our time and incresing our travelling time. Its required for tourist not for regular travellers.

                                      At least Morning and evening few buses should take all stops and travell fast except taking Foodmall break.

                                      If travel time reduses its very good for everyone.

                                      I travelled from Barshi to pune on 31Oct 2011 by 1.30 pm bus. It took almost 9 hours to reach the pune. Bus was pathetic and slow. When i enquired about this to driver he told me that only 1st and 2nd gear is working properly and he is not able to put 3rd and 4th gear SO BUS Is not speeding more than 40 km max. He also confirmed that before start he knows this problem but have to abide his bosses.

                                      this show non-customer centric and nonsensitive behaviour of MSRTC.

                                        My self is Satish Ubhalkar who has to unfortunately travel by the RED box of State transport to my native in Dist of Ratnagiri tal: sangmeshwar. It so happened on the day of 24th may 09, as the home place of mine is far off about an hour distance from Sangmeshwar ST stand, I and my family 5 + 3 kids have to leave the house early for the bus as the bus was to leave Sangmeshwar at 7.45 am.I reached at ST stand by 7.00am, at about 7.15am there was an announcement for the passengers who where to travel by the bus Deorukh-Thane-Borivali to meet the Sangmeshwar controller. On meeting there it was told that the bus is been canceled and we will have to get adjusted in other bus which was for Deorukh-Vasai ( this was an additional bus left from Deorukh stand) when we got in the bus the passengers who had no reservation did not allow us to accommodate the seats we have reservation for, when told to the controller he ruoodly replayed to make the cancellation and take money back (ST mahamandal Ghoshwakya "Passenger wadva Utpanna wadva") I have had reserved the tickets 15 days in advance of my travel schedule was this to cancel on the day and the moment of travel????????. The bus was Deorukh-Thane-Borivali, boarding at Sangmeshwar, Deorukh time 7.15 am Ticket no.[protected], 8 passengers 5 full 3 half seat no. 11 to 18. When I again went to the controller at Sangmeshwar he gave me the phone no of Deaorukh Control room No.[protected]. After 2-3 phone calls and scolding at the Deorukh control room they confirmed the tickets on the bus Sakharpa-Borivali at 9.30am. I and my Family had to stand at the Sangmeshwar ST stand for almost 3 and half hours. The confirmed tickets where on the seat no 36 to 43.
                                        Why was bus canceled ??? How did the Deorukh Depot have the bus for so called - JADA GADI ?????
                                        Does anyone have the answer. I asked this question to Deorukh controller Mr. Bhosle but he that the answer -- Tyach Kai jala gadi kharab zali

                                        This is very serious issue. How dare, Mr. Bhosle answered -- Tyach Kai jala gadi kharab zali. Why he is not able to arrange new one. Due to bhosale like person we Kokan Janta screwed. Why till mahamandal is not till answer to Satish Ubhalkar. Actually ST mahamandal has to pay full refund to passenger who is suffered even, passenger travel through the adjustment. Same incidence happened in my case while traveling with Ghadge patil transport in last year. But we forced him to star same bus. We screwed him nicely. But government transport provider is doing such shameful thing then, where we expect judgment.

                                        Sir,
                                        I am regular passanger of S.T from last 40 years.That is only for 100% safety of passangers.But last 5 years I am seeing that "bad behaviour of conductor with ladies passangers " in S.T.Because When any lady pasanger asked to conductor for seat (place in the S.T), conductor gave him a his side seat to that lady or give a seat like where his(conuctor) friend who is trevelling from that S.T, that seat will be offer to that lady.and at the night time these person(Conuctor or his friend (they all are S.T workers)do the bad work with that lady or girl, who will seated near/side with them. That lady cannot said to them because of SHAME.
                                        I saw this TYPE of ensidance with lot of time with LADIES & GIRLS in S.T, travelling.from the S.T . Any gents asked for seat to sit him, conductor cannot give a seat:But there is any lady ore girl, who are single ore travelling with there husband or father, the only allowed to seat that lady or girl BESIDE OF HIM (CONDUCTOR) and ..This is daily routine of conductor.I saw this type of work did by conductor in S.T for MUMBAI, DEOGAD, VIJAYDURGA & KANAKAVALI DEPOT mostly.GIVE STRICT INSTRUCTIONS TO CONDUCTOR TO SEAT ON THE DRIVERS CABIN, S SEAT & TELL TO THEM THAT IT MUST BE COMPOLSORY TO THEM.

                                        I want to notice to you that there is separate seat in new 2x2 bus, for conductor in Driver's Cabin for Conductor and you must give the strict instructions to conductor that he must be seat at on that seat only.Other wise, One Day, there will be get a news to public that conductor did the rape on ladies passanger on S.T & peolple will cannot give support to S.T to travel. .So I requested to you that give the strict warning to change the behaviour of Yours S.T staff(mostly Conducator and there colligues) & strict warning to them.
