Booking Date: 24/05/2023 time: 11.15 am
I was booking for two people from Karad to Akkalkot but the money got deducted as the payment was through QR code. I didn't receive the ticket on email as well as a confirmation on the page.
so kindly initiate the refund or give confirmation of ticket.

I have booked a ticket from Swargate to Vashi on 23/05/2023 for travelling date 01/06/2023. The amount was deducted from my account. I have shared the screenshots also. but I have not received any tickets via mail. I did the booking again but again the amount was deducted from my account, but the ticket was not issued.
Total money deducted is 285+285=570. I have called the helpline number but no one is picking up. I have mailed the MSRTC help desk, haven't received any reply yet.
Attaching all the required proofs. Please look into the matter.

I again tried to book ticket for my mom for Mumbai Central Belgum bus. Her arriving point was kolhapur. Amount deducted but the ticket not booked as the page displaying ticket and allowing passengers to print it did not displayed.

I booked ticket from swargate to vashi highway for the date[protected]. The transaction was successful but I did not receive any information regarding the ticket. I did again, and the same thing happened. Twice, my money was deducted but tickets not issued. Continuously calling the helpdesk, no response. I have also mailed them my transaction details, no response. Attaching the transaction details for reference.

AC is not working in Shivshahi.

I tried twice to book a ticket on, 20th May 2023 at around 10:15 AM with the following details

Bus: 00:30 Mumbai Central to Murud via Telwade

Both times, The amount was deducted from my Bank Account but the ticket was not booked as the page displaying the ticket and intimating the passenger to print, did not appear.

Also, the ticket was not available in My Tickets

I tried to book ticket for Mumbai Central to Belgum bus for route mumbai to kolhapur on 19 may 2023.
Money deducted from my SBI account and the ticket was not booked as the page displaying ticket and allowing passenger to print, did not appear. I tried again and same thing happened. So money deducted 2 times but I didn't get the ticket

I want refund of my tickets ...I am shaikh yasmin medical student.I booked my bus ticket from jamkhed to kurla nehru nagar amount was debited but didn't recieved my ticket 16 may 2023 ...6.45 pm sleeper ordinary after sometime of booking these bus was not available i want refund of that ticket

I have booked ticket for seat no 6, 32, 33, 34 in Sakharpa - Borivali bus for 3rd May 2023 payment got debited but ticket not booked same I tried again and again the payment got debited and ticket was not issued. Please refund my money

Bus No. MH40 N 9548 is puncture near Mandavi. And the conductor and bus driver is relaxing at near Pan shop. They are not taking seriousness to resolve the issue... There are along 25-30 passengers which is getting late for their work...

Online E TICKET Booking from Ghatkopar to Ghodegaon

I tried to book ticket yesterday, 19/5/2023 Time 8:43 pm. I used UPI while booking a ticket. Total amount rs.765/-has been deducted from my bank account but ticket not booked.

I checked "my tickets"on msrtc web site, but ticket status was not available nor have I received booking confirmation sms.

I have booked e-ticket via atomech (Msrtc booking window) today. I used UPI while booking a ticket. Total amount rs.270/-has been deducted from my bank account.

I checked "my tickets"on msrtc web site, but ticket status was not available nor have I received booking confirmation sms.

I have booked my ticket today on MSTRC app from Pune to Kolhapur on 20may 2023. Booked ticket on MSRTC site on 8th and 9th May, Also booked ticket on 19th May on Bildesk and Atom, amount debited but ticket not booked. Even after 10 day, amount is not refunded.
