Respected Sir/Madam, I have booked a ticket from Nashik Mahamarg Bus Stand to Baroda. It charged me around 415/- only. I made a payment regarding the same and it was successful. But I have not received the E ticket. I am attaching the screenshot of the respective transaction made by me.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible or else refund me the amount.

    Date: 11th May, 2023
    Time: Between 4:30 pm to 5:00pm
    Place: State Highway 27, Pune Ahmednagar Highway, between Kharadi bypass and Phoenix Marketcity signal.

    The Shivshahi bus overtook me riding on a two-wheeler (MH12 RX 2708) from the right side near the HP petrol pump and on purpose veered the bus on the left to block my movement along with other vehicles on left side. Since the road was straight and with some traffic, i was able to reach the bus close again. This time i went on the right side front wheel of the bus to tell the driver to driver properly. Seeing me, the driver drove the bus in such extreme right side that in a matter of few seconds I would have been crushed between the walls of the BRTS bus stop (on my right) and the bus (on my left). Frightened, i shouted aloud and he veered the bus to the extreme left side of the road. This BRTS lane is at the Phoenix signal on the same road.

    I want to raise a complain since this driver deliberately wanted to have me killed by accident, since I rode back to question him and his way of driving rashly on a semi-crowded road.

    The road would be equipped with cameras and I am sure with the given timeframe you would be able to track the bus as well as the driver. It is important that this active road-rage displayed by drivers from state owned buses be curtailed.

      I have booked e-ticket today on 11/05/23 on 10:18 Am. form Pune (Hinjewadi FATA) to Mumbai ( Dadar east )
      Bus name and time -- 12/05/23 Shivneri Ac at 5:15am

      I used UPI ( Phone pay ) while booking a ticket. Total amount 1155/- cut from my bank account.

      I checked "my tickets"on msrtc web site, but ticket status was not available nor i have received booking confirmation sms.

      I checked the "availability of the seats" which i have booked, seat no.s 21, 22, & 27 but, it was showing seats are available on msrtc site even after my booking.

      Pls refund my booking amount as soon as possible

          On 09th May 2023, I booked 3 tickets (1 Male + 2 Female) online via MSRTC website for 12.00 PM AC Shivneri Bus on 10th May 2023 for journey from Borivali (Nancy Colony Bus Stand to Chandni Chowk Pune. Transaction was successful and an amount of INR 1, 260/- was deducted from my Google Pay Account (Transaction ID[protected] dated 09th May 2023). However, tickets were not generated and sent to my email address. We reported for the journey on 10th may2023 and also checked with conductor as well as in Booking office about tickets. As per them ticket was not generated due to technical issue and advised to make amount refund request. So, I was required to buy the ticket again for that journey. Kindl arrange support to arrange refund of said amount.

              I tried to book ticket twice today, 9th may, 2023 at around 20:10 PM with following details:

              From: Dapoli
              To: Chandani Chwok(CWK)
              Bus Time: 7:30
              1st TransactionID(UTR):[protected]
              2nd TransactionID(UTR):[protected]
              Amount: 230+230 = 460/-

              I have attached screenshot for your reference.

              The amount was deducted from my Union Bank of India Account in both transaction but the ticket was not booked as the page displaying ticket and intimating passenger to print, did not appear.

              Also the ticket was not available in My Tickets.
              Please help me to refund my deducted amount.

                        I tried to book tickets for Shivneri ( 9th May 5:30 am Swargate to Borivali), from Pune to Mumbai, on 7th May 2023 (Seat 9) and 8th May 2023 (Seat 32). In both attempts Rs 307.28/- was charged on my credit card. However, I did not receive any ticket in both attempts. I cannot see any tickets under MyTicket section. Please help me in getting the amount refunded.

                          I was travelling at night 10.30pm from karjat bus on 07/05/2023.Ticket amount was 25/-.Both o[censored]s not having change. I and driver told him give writing on ticket for 75/-.But he taken my bag and also picked my hand and try to throw out me from bus. It's horrible may he want to threaten me as no passenger in bus.

                            On Sunday 7th May I had reserved one sit in ST bus from Mahad to Borivali Nancy Colony. My ticket number is 46887440. The bus was going to depart at 2 pm from Mahad and I was going to sit in lonere which is on the way back to its destination. Lonere is not that far from Mahad I was expecting bus around till 2.30 but the bus didn't arrive till 4.22 I was waiting for the bus for more than 2 hours in the hot summer days with my bags. I have paid 115 rs full in cash for the service which I didn't get. I request you to return my money as soon as possible.

                              I had booked a ticket through mobile app, of Shivneri from SWARGATE Pune to Thane, of 10 am on 7th May. As per schedule the route is through Cape Gemini but the bus went through Airoli. There were no traffic at all on the route. Even though the bus was late by one and half hour.

                              At SWARGATE depo our phone calls are never answered.

                                  My name is Prachi. I was travelling from nagpur to akola by shivshahi (F647DA)we boarded from nagpur i was with a child. After a while the conductor said the seats are booked and we can only travel upto amravati. As soon as i said that he should have informed earlier so that we didnt board the bus he began to misbehave and told us to leave the seat and stand. I had to leave the bus at amravati station at night time.It was a horrible experience. Staff should respect and behave properly with tge pasengers.

                                    Travelling from Goa (panjim) to Pune, a long journey and the charging ports of the bus dont work even when they have the service of plugpoints. Bus No. Mh14 GU2448
                                    3-4hr journey is fine but this is 10hrs + journey
