I tried to book ticket today, Date & Time[protected]Time 14:29:56 with following details

From - KHAG (KHARGHAR- PANVEL- RAIGAD) To DPL (DAPOLI- DAPOLI- RATNAGIRI)
Bus: 05:30 MUMBAI CENTRAL to DAPOLI via KUMBALE
Seats: 4, 5, 13, 18
I have booked e-ticket while booking a ticket. Total amount rs.1025/- cut from my bank account.

Payment Mode - UPI
Bank Name - ICICI Bank
Amount -1025.00
Customer Name - Naveed shadulla
Transaction Status - Success
I checked "my tickets"on msrtc web site, but ticket status was not available nor i have received booking confirmation sms.
I checked the "availability of the seats" which i have booked, but, it was showing seats are available on msrtc site even after my booking.
I booked the seats for 2nd time (I tried to book ticket today, Date & Time[protected]:35:55. with following details) and again rs.1032 /- cut from my account. The same story - i have not received booking confirmation sms and still, the same "seats are showing available" even after my 2nd booking.

Requesting refund for both the transactions.
