I had booked a ticket through mobile app, of Shivneri from SWARGATE Pune to Thane, of 10 am on 7th May. As per schedule the route is through Cape Gemini but the bus went through Airoli. There were no traffic at all on the route. Even though the bus was late by one and half hour.

At SWARGATE depo our phone calls are never answered.

    Bus service type - Shivshahi AC seater(2x2)
    Booked - Online through Amazon App

    Kindly note that we reached boarding point but in absence of any announcement at Swargate bus stop, we missed the bus and had to later on travel in an ordinary bus no. MH 20 BT 1268, causing lots of inconvenience.
    Please arrange refund of differential fare ASAP.

      My name is Prachi. I was travelling from nagpur to akola by shivshahi (F647DA)we boarded from nagpur i was with a child. After a while the conductor said the seats are booked and we can only travel upto amravati. As soon as i said that he should have informed earlier so that we didnt board the bus he began to misbehave and told us to leave the seat and stand. I had to leave the bus at amravati station at night time.It was a horrible experience. Staff should respect and behave properly with tge pasengers.

        Travelling from Goa (panjim) to Pune, a long journey and the charging ports of the bus dont work even when they have the service of plugpoints. Bus No. Mh14 GU2448
        3-4hr journey is fine but this is 10hrs + journey

          The amount is deducted from my Cosmos Bank Account but the ticket was not booked as the page displaying ticket and intimating passenger to print, did not appear
          also the ticket was not available in My Tickets
          I have sent emails and call the phone numbers but no response

            आम्ही दिनांक ५/५/२०२३ रोजी फलटण या आगारातून सांगोला नालासोपारा गाडी मध्ये प्रावस करत होतो त्या वेळी आम्हला तेथील आगारातील कर्मचाऱ्याने गाडीची वेळ १०, १०:३०, ११ किव्हा ११:१५ वाजे पर्यंत येयील तर ती गाडी त्या वेळेला १२ वाजता आली . आम्ही त्या गाडी साठी दोन सीट तिकिट नंबर[protected]२) जागेचे आरक्षण केले होते व आमच्या काढे आमचं ३ पोती सामान होत त्याचे देखील आम्ही पैसे देखील भरले होते गाडी वेळे वर तर नव्हती तर ते कर्मचारी जा ठिकाणी सोडायला सांगायचो त्याच्या खूप पुढे थांबवत होते असच आमच्या आधी एक आई व तीच लहान मूल होत त्यांना ठाणे येथील कोर्ट नाका येथे उतरायचं होत त्यांनी त्या कर्मचाऱ्याला आधी देखील नवी मुंबई पासून सारख्या त्या कर्मचाऱ्याला ठाणे येथील कोर्ट नाका येथे गाडी थांबवा तर त्या कर्मचाऱ्याने त्याच्या खूप पुढे गाडी थांबवली त्यांनी जाब विचारला असता नीट उत्तर देखील दिलं नाही तसंच आमच्या बरोबर झालं आम्हाला नालासोपारा येथील वर्तक टॉवर येथे उतरायचं होत मी नालासोपारा फाट्या पासून खूप वेळा सांगीतल होत की मला वर्तक टॉवर ला उतरायचं आहे आमच्या काढे खूप सामान आहे हा बोले माझे वडील वर्तक टॉवर च्या इथे सामान घेण्यासाठी आलं होते कारण खूप सामान होत त्या मुळे त्यांनी रिक्षा केली होती सामान नेण्यासाठी तर गाडी खूप पुढे उभी केली होती माझे वडील तेथे रिक्षा घेऊन उभे होते त्यांनी वर्तक टॉवर इथे बस दिसतात आवाज दिला तर ती बस त्याच्या पुढे थांबवली जिथे बस थांबवली तेथे माझे वडील आले व त्यांनी त्या कर्मचाऱ्याला जाब विचारला की वर्तक टॉवर पाठी राहील तुम्ही गाडी का पुढे थांबवली तर त्याने उलट जबाब देऊन माझ्या वडलांना आई बहिणी वरून शिव्या देण्यास सुरुवात केली आणि माझ्या आईच्या समोर खूप शिवी गाळ केली ही वर्तणूक खूप चुकीची आहे आणि ते पण एखादी स्त्री माझ्या आई समोर असून शिवी गाळ करणे हे खूप खूप चुकीचं आहे . बससेवा ही लोकांच्या सेवेसाठी आहे ही सामान्य व्यक्तीकडून तुम्ही त्या पदावर आहे याची तरी तुम्हाला जान आहे की नाही मनाला येयील तो कारभार लावायचा प्रश्न विचारला तर नीट उत्तर देण्याचं सोडून त्याच उलट उत्तर देऊन शिवी देणं तितकंच चुकीचं आहे मुळे संबंधित अधिकाऱ्यांवर कडकं कारवाही करावी व ह्याच्या पुढे त्याने अस कुठल्याच. व्यक्ती की स्त्री बरोबर व्यवहार करू नये .आणि कृपया याला कागदा वर ठेवू नका या ठिकाणी आपल्याला ठेवून बघा अश्या एका व्यक्ती मुळे संपूर्ण विभागाच् नाव खराब होत त्या मुळे त्या कर्मचाऱ्यावर कडक कारवाही कराल .

                3. Transaction Ref. BIL/ONL/[protected]/Maharashtr/MSRTC_VI dated 5/5/23 for Rs. 1, 462.90 through Net Banking

                Request MSRTC to refund my amount to my card & bank account.

                  Yesterday that is 04th May, 2023 at 2325 hrs I was booked 6 tickets from msrtc online ticket booking site with username sandeepsj80 for Vashi Highway to Nidhal- Khata-Satara.
                  Amount of ₹1530 was deducted from my account with upi id [protected]@cnrb.

                  However amount dudcted but tickets were not booked and confirmation also was not received about this.
                  Kindly look on to the matter and do the needful

                    I have booked 5 tickets today from Mumbai to Pusad for travel on 9th May (15.30 hours) on MSRTC web site. After providing all details and selecting seats, I made full payment of Rs 3000. But I didn’t receive any tickets on my email. I therefore again booked/paid for 5 tickets but once again no tickets have been received on my email.
                    Even when I click on MyTickets on the website, there are tickets shown.
                    This is very disappointing.
                    I also had exactly the same experience. Even after paying twice for tickets from Mumbai to Pusad (Rs 3000 each time). It’s so unfortunate that MSRTC is not attending to this problem. And it’s impossible to get their Help Desk [protected].

                      I tried to book ticket from my id on msrtc website with following details:

                      Login: Guest User

                      1st Ticket:
                      Bus From; Thane Vandana
                      Bus To: Swargate
                      Date: 07th May 2023
                      Bus Time: 10.00 am
                      Seat Number: 8 (Lady Concession)

                      I have booked e-ticket via Atom (Msrtc booking window) on 03/05/2023. I used UPI while booking the ticket.

                      Total Amount deducted from my account: ₹ 275/-
                      Merchant Transaction Number: [protected]
                      Atom Transaction Number: [protected]
                      Payment Mode: UPI
                      Bank Name: ICICI
                      Amount: ₹ 275
                      Transaction Status - Success
                      I checked "My Tickets"on MSRTC web site, but ticket status was neither available nor I have received booking confirmation sms.
                      I checked the "availability of the seats" which I have booked, but, it was showing seats are available on msrtc site even after my booking.
                      Also the ticket was not available in My Tickets.

                      Then I thought it must be due to guest user then I applied for 2nd ticket with all the same details but this time with Login ID;

                      2nd Ticket:

                      Bus To: Swargate
                      Date: 07th May 2023

                      This time also there were no tickets neither in My tickets nor any confirmation through SMS.

                            I am travalled yesterday in msrtc from Tempale to panvel my ticket no is 46760848 in traveling i filled very bad experience bus not stop at tempale stand.
                            I am register complaint yesterday agianst bus conductor lady shes Batch No is 53297 she is very miss behavior with me she is argue with me half and hours thats why i me register online complain on your online portal but still i am not getting response from your side I request you please look in to matter am give me feedback as soon as early.

                              Today l booked the ticket from msrtc website. On the payment page l was redirected to Paytm and l did the payment. After coming back to the website it took me to home page and under my ticket section the ticket was not shown. I contacted helpdesk but no response. The transaction is completed and money is sent to msrtc. Pls provide me with refund or confirm my ticket

                                    This is in regards to online Bus reservation made today i.e 01.05.2023 twice without any success for the below bus route for said timing. Payment has been debited but did not receive any ticket or SMS / email confirmation.

                                    @ I have booked an MSRTC ticket from the official MSRTC website.

                                    Bus booking details are as follows:
                                    Chinchwad, Pune to Jalgaon
                                    Date of Journey : 02/05/2023
                                    Date of Booking : 01/05/2023Time of Booking 1: 3, 09 p.mTime of Booking 2: 4.05 p.m
                                    Boarding from: Chinchwad, Pune
                                    Alighting to: Jalgaon
                                    Seat number :4, 6

                                    The payment has been made but i have not received any Reservation confirmation or Ticket for the Bus reservation. Did not receive any ticket over my email address as well. Also, confirmation of the amount debited from the bank's have been received, but no response / confirmation from MSRTC nor it shows any Tickets in My Tickets tab on the website.
                                    I tried once again making payment via another credit card and faced the same issue again. The Money has been debited, but no ticket is displayed or mailed to my email address.
                                    Tried calling multiple times consistently hour after hour to your contact numbers -The Toll free one ([protected]) & Technical Support ([protected] - Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services Ltd.) but it was busy every time and thrice nobody cared to pick up the call!!
                                    Attached herewith the screenshots of ticket payment amount debited from bank accounts.Kindly refund the money credited to MSRTC account from my respective bank accounts as the tickets for the journey are not issued till now to me by MSRTC.

                                      Hello,

                                      I had booked my ticket from Swargate Pune to Malvan Shivshahi AC bus dated 29/04/2023. But, suddenly this Shivshahi AC bus was replaced by Ordinary Non AC bus which led to very inconvenience to travel long journey.

                                      Online Payment was already done with charges of Shivshahi AC bus while booking the ticket. I am expecting refund of remaining fare paid for AC ticket from the ordinary Non AC bus fare.

                                      Conductor of the respective bus was not aware of the procedure for the refund. Hence, please investigate this matter with respected depot authorities and do the needful.

                                      Required ticket is attached herewith.

                                        Hello,

                                        I had booked the ticket from mumbai to Devgad on MSRTC portal. Now i want to cancel ticket to as per suggested by msrtc site we can cancel the ticket before 24hrs. I am trying to cancel it since morning but not getting option. Though, still there 48 hours to start the journey time, on portal I can see cannot cancel ticket. Attaching screenshot for reference

                                        Msrtc toll free no or customer care mail id are not responding

                                        Please provide the solution early as possible.
