This is Avinash Chalke. I have booked 2 tickets on site MSRTC for Rs956 and the money has been debited but the ticket was not booked.

I checked "my tickets"on msrtc web site, but ticket status was not available nor i have received booking confirmation sms.
I checked the "availability of the seats" which i have booked, but, it was showing seats are available on msrtc site even after my booking.
I booked the seats for 2nd time (I tried to book ticket today, Date & Time[protected]:35:55. with following details) and again rs.1032 /- cut from my account. The same story - i have not received booking confirmation sms and still, the same "seats are showing available" even after my 2nd booking.

I have booked e-ticket via atomech (Msrtc booking window) yesterday. I used debit card...

I was booking a ticket for my mother (Harsha Gavate) from Pune to Mumbai for the date 30th April 2023. Money got deducted from HDFC Credit card but the page loaded to home page and nothing happen.

I booked to tickets from msrtc official website. The amount is deducted from my bank ac but didn't got the tickets confirmed by sms or email.

Transaction done.. but ticket not generate so please refund my reservation money to my account

I am Devendra Gosavi writing to you asking the refund of an amount deducted while doing transaction on msrtc website on 27.04.2023. I made transaction throught the HSBC credit card (card holder name- Devendra Gosavi). Total amount deducted was Rs.629.68. I was doing the booking from Nashik Fata, Pune to Nandurbar of Night express bus. Departure timing from shivajinagar is 18:30pm. Seat number tried to book was 15. After doing the transaction message appeared on screen was booking time over. Time of booking was around 11:30-11.45pm.
So kindly look into this matter and please initiate my refund.

I have booked ticket for travelling from pune to Yavatmal from msrtc official website.
The money is deducted from my bank account but I didn't get the ticket or any receipt and also ticket is not displayed in my tickets section.

I have booked tickets for 27th april. From pune (swargate) to solapur yesterday (25/4/2023) at 8-9 am.
I have booked teo seats for swargate to akkalkot via mohol bus and ticket number is 15, 16.
So i have done the payment for both the seat vai ntt data payment gateway from upi. Money has been debited but tickets are not booked.
Please help me for the refund and let ne know the needful to do.

One Month Over There is no Refund Money 1825/-

Hello,
I booked ticket for two people from Kalyan to Beed (28/04/2023), for seat no. 9, 10. I did payment of 805 Rs. through BillDesk Payment (UPI ID = msrtc.[protected]@hdfcbank). After money is debited it directly bring me on home page, but on My Ticket option it showing NO Ticket Details Available.

I have booked tickets from msrtc website. Tickets for swargate to solapur 27/4/2023 and time is 11.00 pm.
I have booked 2 tickets woth seat no 15-16. Made a payment vai payment ntt data payment gateway from my upi. I have received payment is done email from ntt data admin. Still waiting to see my tickets in my profile.

I have booked an MSRTC ticket from the official MSRTC website.

Bus booking details are as follows:

I have completed payment Rs403 and Rs
230 using NetBanking. I have attached is screenshot for your reference.
I have done from Atom payment gateway.

After payment the website directly got redirected to the home page instead of showing ticket details. I have not received a ticket on my mobile number as well as email id. Please send my ticket details as soon as possible. Or refund it to me immediately please.

मी दि. २२/०४/२०२३ रोजी ट्रान्झेशन नंबर[protected] ने चिंचवड ते शिरगाव दि. २३/०५/४/३/२०२३ रोजी सकाळी ६.३०:वाजता चिंचवड स्थानकातून सुटणा-या शिवशाही बसचे दोन सीटसाठी ऑनलाईन बुकींग केले, परंतु रिझर्व्हेशन मिळताना महिलांना मिळणारी सवलतीची रक्कम मला मिळाली नाही, रिझर्व्हेशनची पूर्ण रक्कम माझ्या बॅंक खात्यातून कापून गेली, तरी विनंती कि रेल्वे रिझर्व्हेशनच्या प्रमाणै सदरची रक्कम माझ्या बॅंक खात्यात परत वर्ग करावी ही विनंती
