    I want to file a complaint against a bus conductor, an incident that occurred with me yesterday, i.e. on 31/10/2022. I was travelling to Alibaug from Thane CBS. The fare amounted to be ₹310, for two passengers. I gave the conductor ₹510 and he returned me ₹200 in denominations of 2 hundred rupee notes. But after a while, he came to me and started arguing that he gave me 3notes of ₹100 by mistake. I said him that he hadn't, but he did not listen and even checked my wallet. I want to know that who gave a bus conductor, the right to check a passenger's wallet? I had a 100rupee note already with me, which I took from my home, but the conductor on checking the wallet said that I have 3hundred rupee notes, that means that he was correct and he took a 100 rupee note from me forcefully. On asking about how could he do such, he said me to not to act smart otherwise he would slap me and get me down from the bus. Is this behavior acceptable at any cost? Are these the people at a passenger's service and Is this the service of MSRTC? The issue is not of 100 rupees, the issue is of the behavior and his acts which is not acceptable. He proved me wrong and as a thief in front of the public. I don't care for the money, but I do care for my respect. I have the bus details with me and I am attaching the pic of ticket as well. I request you to take strict action against such employee as soon as possible. I hope that my complaint would be resolved at the earliest and that proper and strict action should be taken against that bus conductor.

      This happened near kalyan railway station near bus depot at 1 November 2022 9:20 am driver was giving bad words n fighting with me for no reason and snatched my phone when i was taking pictures of him i reached to the msrtc office kalyan but they took no action MH 03 CU 7946

        I travel to office daily from Gadhinglaj-Ajra bus leaving at 9.00 am but the Gadhinglaj-Ajra bus leaving at 9.00 am never arrives on time so I am not able to reach office on time due to which I get late mark. After complaining about this to the depot manager, nothing has changed.
        Like I was inconvenienced, my fellow travelers are suffering from this.
        As per my overall experience Gadhinglaj Depot and Ajra Depot are not paying attention to the bus time table but it should be discussed accordingly.

          But ticket was not booked I have to pay again for travel
          I have suffered very stressful situations
          I didn't received refund of my paid amount

            Hi, My name is Purvi, I am a student and an intern. I was travelling from Nashik to Pune.Booked my ticket online for the 2:40pm bus which was supposed to reach by 8:00pm.Bus number MH OS EM 1296The bus failed on the way at 4:30.The replacement bus was going to reach at 6:30 which means I would have reached by 1:00-2:00 am at night.As a solo female traveller its extremely unsafe and I had to find a return bus on highway back to nasik.This is the 4th time in past 3 months the bus has failed.I paid 520rs for the ticket.50 for the bus to nasik and again 50 to reach home. The transport has become extremely unreliable. I would like a refund or another ticket . I cannot afford two tickets for the same trip. Please help.

              I tried to book ticket yesterday 29-Oct for the below details

              Bus booking Details:
              Date - 30-Oct-2022
              Bus: Pune-Kopargaon 2PM shivshahi
              Seat: 11, 12

              The amount was deducted from my AXIS Bank Credit card but the ticket was not booked as the page displaying ticket and intimating passenger to print, did not appear.

              Also the ticket is not available in My Tickets.

                  Hi,

                  I was booked a ticket on 30th oct 2022 from Sangli to Pune. I tried to cancel my ticket multiple times before 2 days, due to medical emergency. It is not allowing me to cancellation or rescheduling. I respect the policy the red bus has on cancellation charges, atleast deduct the charges and send me the remaining amount. It is disappointing that few are able to cancel for few it depends on the operator policy. Please help me with my refund.

                      Hi Team,

                      I and my family were traveling to Hyderabad from Solapur, We sat in the bus when bus arrived from Pune and bus plate was written Pune to Hyderabad via Solapur.

                      Once bus was full and when bus went outside solapur city, Then conductor came for the Ticket and then he mentioned this bus is not going to Hyderabad and It's last stop is Omerga.

                      Reason he mentioned was Driver and Conductor's duty was till Omega itself..

                      This is not at all fair for all the passengers sitting in the bus to go to Hyderabad...

                      Many Things which were not correct during the travel was.

                      1) Bus board was wrong, Board should be Pune to Omerga via Solapur, instead it was Pune to Hyderabad via Solapur

                      2) Conductor or Bus driver not even informed regarding the last stop when we where sitting in the bus(This would give us idea on solapur bus stand itself and then we would have choose another bus )

                      Not expected from Shivshashi this type of behavior..

                                I booked a ticket via paytm app. The ticket was confirmed but driver details were not sent to me. I don't the bus details. I tried to contact MSRTC but they haven't responded. Then I started raising a ticket in paytm. They were like we are not responsible for your bus ticket, you can ask your nearest MSRTC bus depot.
                                Now I want justice for my money.
