The free washroom at mahamarg bus stand was kept locked and there was a paid facility. Why should sanitation at public spaces be kept paid. Faced lot of trouble. Need you to look into it

I am traveling from Thane to Kashimira bya bus.
In thane given only one ticket but when traveling on bus ask more money for lages an take full money.and give me another ticket.

On 16 Feb 2022, Wednesday, me and my father were travelling from Panvel to Kolad as we do this twice a week because of medical illness of my father. A bus of Mangaon depot, without having conductor in it. This bus runs nonstop Panvel to Mangaon but has some stop within its route. Kolad is one of the stop from this. We often travel through this bus, but on Wednesday the driver declined to give the ticket of Kolad, I requested him and also told him that we often travel to this bus but he didn't agreed. He told me to take the ticket of Indapur. After a short discussion I told him to give two tickets of Indapur, and I asked his name. Then suddenly he gave my money back to me and told to left the bus. Then I apologized to him but he didn't take us to the bus. At last I asked his name to complaint in the depot but he refused to tell. Then people near me, told him to tell his name, but also he was refusing. At last he told his name as Dilip Khandalge. I don't know is it true name or not. Therefore I note down the bus no. MH 14 BT 2625. The time at which the bus departured from Panvel is 6.50 pm. I tried to contact bus depot of Mangaon but I didn't get any respond . Therefore I request to resolve my complaint as quick as possible about that driver for his rude behaviour with a patient, because the bus is for passengers service. And I wish that this will not going to happen again with anyone. That bus should stop at its given stop and no one should get disturb from the rude behaviour of this driver. I think this complaint will get resolved quickly.

I was the reservation of Hingoli to Pune bus of the 6.00 pm. on 07 Nov 2021 and i was waiting that bus till 07.45 pm at Hingoli bus stand till that time bus was not came .it was got cancelled and I was done online reservation so please Refund my bus fare as it was fault by MSRTC. 8th Nov'21 MSRTC Emplyoee called sudden strike and I had to pay 3 times to manage the travel from Hyderabad to Pune

I paid 3525 rs to MSRTC to travel from Hyderabad to Pune on 8th Nov;21

Now when I am requesting a refund they are saying I have to visit nearest office, fill the form and it will take 12--15 days to get the amount back

I tried that as well by visiting the nearest office and found that 1000 of people gathered to claim the refund

Why should a common people suffer for everything?

MSRTC department should have the details of buses which was cancelled due to strike and details of the consumers who made online payment to given them refund back to their account

I have booked my msrtc tickets from swargate to osmanabad for 4 passenger . The 1567 rupees Amount was deducted from my bank account but ticket was not booked. But my amount was not reversed.what can I do

I was booking two tickets via MSRTC app for location Sawlaj to Thane, and ticket amount was 1185/- while booking the ticket the amount was deducted from my Account but it showed transaction failed and i was directed to home page. Kindly Initiate my refund process.

Shivneri bus driver of bus no. MH-06-S-9768 on 3 November 2021 afternoon 12:10 pm took first and second lanes while coming down Vashi overbridge which has a curve. As it is a large vehicle, gave it space. However once it moved to second and 3rd lane, and my car came to 1st lane, on the next curve without observing side view mirror, it brushed the side of my car. Thankfully I stopped it otherwise would have completely gone into further damage to my car. I asked the driver to accompany to police station with evidence. Caused a lot of argument and finally made no acknowledgement of fault whereas the pictures damage on my vehicle clearly shows I was not behind but beside the bus as all the damage is on the side cladding. Driver refused to cooperate and drove away.

I tried booking a ticket from MSRTC app. 295 rs got deducted from my bank account, but ticket was not booked. Kindly provide me a refund. Please see attached screenshots for reference

I tried to book ticket today, 30th Oct 2021 at around 4:30 PM with following details

The amount was deducted from my HDFC Bank Account but the ticket was not booked as the page displaying ticket and intimating passenger to print, did not appear.

Also the ticket was not available in My Tickets.

I have logged in as guest and tried to book the ticket, money got deducted from HDFC bank but ticket not booked, i want my refund amount as soon as possible.

Dear msrtc team,

I am Arun Suryawanshi writing to you asking the refund of an amount deducted while doing transaction on msrtc website on 29.10.2021.
Below are the detail.

1. While booking a ticket for 2 passenger and again 1 passanger, i entered all the detail and go redirected on to the page o[censored]PI account. I entered my details and first payment done of 498.71 rupees and second payment done of 954.48 rupees. But ticket not generate.
Bus detail - kamote(navi mumbai) to kukudwad (satara - mhaswad)

Travelling date - 03.11.2021.

So i request to you please refund the same.
