Hiii Sir,
Aditya Ambre is here. I getting the payment of Msrtc Bus ticket but my upi transaction successful but not give me service (bus ticket) .
It's server issue . the time or date details, when I get issue in payment14 sep 2021, Time 13.13. so what can I do ? Plz help me Rs. 994/- give
Me refund.

      I had booked ticket on MSRTC App from Kulra to kolhapur on 2nd Sept at 11 PM. Amount is deducted from phone pay to tpsl.[protected]@icici But ticket not booked. The transaction status was failed but debited my account with Rs.1145.38
      Need your support.

        I had tried booking tickets via msrtc site and app as well. However, money got deducted but no ticket was booked and customer care person said it will b refunded with 7 days. Till now no amount it returned to me.Even after emailing details for transactions, there is no response from msrtc and also helpline number is always busy, so it's difficult to reach at them.

            My payment are done by axisbank upi. my payment transaction status pop-up failed without reason but
            Money deduct from my account.

              I took 6 tickets .
              Giving 500 + 100 rs to conductor JADHAV DEEPAK ( SOLAPUR BATCH
              NO . 138226 ) .
              HE straightly refuse to take 100 rs.note
              & say that note is baned .

                  I had taken 2 tickets from Vashi higway to Karad. 7 am bus from Mumbai Central to Islampur ordinary express bus ... I have paid Amount. The money has been debited from my account but the ticket has not been booked ...Plz check that transaction and refund that amount

                      Hello Team,

                      My Name is karishma and i stay in ulhasnagar 421004. I want to file a complain about the traffic and road issues near section 30B Newandram Compound. Due to rains this issues have increased a lot. A lot of area is been occupied by factories and blocks and the area for vehicles is very less, because of which accidents are occuring and also this is creating a lot of problems.

                      Please get our roads wider and clear the area occupied due to unnecessary factories and blocks.

                      Hope you will understand this issue and get the solution ASAP.

                        निलंगा तालुक्यातील बसस्थानक एका साईडला सूसज्य इमारत बनत असताना सुद्धा प्रसाधनगृहाची मात्र अजिबात सोय करण्यात आलेली नाही. चार पत्रे मारून नॉर्मल शेड तयार करण्यात आले आणि त्यांला पूर्णपणे कवर पण करण्यात आलेलं नाहीये. त्यामध्ये पण घाणीचे साम्राज्य आहे (महीला प्रसाधन ग्रहाचे फोटो जोडत नाहीये) 🙏🙏🙏

                                I was booking a ticket through online portal of MSRTC e-booking website of SHIVSAHI bus from LONERE to PANVEL for the journey on 16th of August. Amount got deducted from my account but ticket wasn’t booked and didn’t received any refund for the same. Please revert.

                                    I was booking 2 ticket through MSRTC online reservation system on 10th August, 2021 unfortunately payment deducted through Google Pay payment app but it was written that transaction failed on MSRTC app.

                                    Requesting to refund amount of Rs. 1336/- which was deducted.
