While I travell from barshi to solapur
I took 6 tickets .
Giving 500 + 100 rs to conductor JADHAV DEEPAK ( SOLAPUR BATCH
NO . 138226 ) .
HE straightly refuse to take 100 rs.note
& say that note is baned .

I had taken 2 tickets from Vashi higway to Karad. 7 am bus from Mumbai Central to Islampur ordinary express bus ... I have paid Amount. The money has been debited from my account but the ticket has not been booked ...Plz check that transaction and refund that amount

I have booked my msrtc tickets from solapur to pathri.amount was deducted ticket was not booked. But my amount was not reversed.what can I do

My Name is karishma and i stay in ulhasnagar 421004. I want to file a complain about the traffic and road issues near section 30B Newandram Compound. Due to rains this issues have increased a lot. A lot of area is been occupied by factories and blocks and the area for vehicles is very less, because of which accidents are occuring and also this is creating a lot of problems.

Please get our roads wider and clear the area occupied due to unnecessary factories and blocks.

Hope you will understand this issue and get the solution ASAP.

I forgot my email and password of msrtc how I can recover

I was booking a ticket through online portal of MSRTC e-booking website of SHIVSAHI bus from LONERE to PANVEL for the journey on 16th of August. Amount got deducted from my account but ticket wasn’t booked and didn’t received any refund for the same. Please revert.

I have booked ticket through MSRTC online reservation system on 12th Aug'21 unfortunately payment deducted through Phonepay payment app but ticket not reflected in system.

I was booking 2 ticket through MSRTC online reservation system on 10th August, 2021 unfortunately payment deducted through Google Pay payment app but it was written that transaction failed on MSRTC app.

Hi,

I have tried to book online ticket multiple times on msrtc. Since last 8 months, post successful payment it is redirecting to msrtc home page instead of ticket confirmation page without any ticket. Same issue happening with different payment apis billdesk, paytm etc and with different banks.

Multiple users are facing same issue.
There is no use of such online booking platform as basic functionality is not working.

I was trying to book ticket through MSRTC online reservation system on 12th Jun 2021 from Ichalkaranji to Pune. Unfortunately payment deducted from my HDFC account through NetBanking but ticket not reflected in system. Tried to resolve issue with my bank, but they suggested to check with merchant i.e. msrtc

Dear sir/madam my name is prashant bubaji dalvi today (21/07/2021) book tickit from online Arnala Sakharpa non ac sleeper bus 03/09/2021 but after completing my transaction for tickit I directly redirected to home page without showing anything also my tickit amount is 2597.29 deducted from my account than I check tickit in my tickit menu but I didn't found any tickit in it.

so please refund my total amount as early as possible

Respected sir/madam,

As I am traveling from Ahmed Nagar to Pune(bus number MH 06 BW 4310, Aurangabad to Pune shivshahi bus). Conductor of the bus Real name I dont know she said her name as Meera Chauhan. While boarding from tarakpur bus stand she said, bus is full I dont have your information(memo). even though she is having the printed memo, in that my name is there(as I booked ticket online). Then I called the person who was there in the enquiry office (tarakpur bus stand). Afterwards she agreed but she was very angry and talked with me very rudely. My seat number was 19 and 20 . But she was given us some different number. Actually I am having 1 yr old daughter with me. She was also not feeling well.

I have experienced this type of mis behaviour first time from a lady bus conductor.

So I request you to take a strict action against the bus conductor so called Meera Chauhan, so that this type of incident should not happen any more
