Dear Sir,
I booked a Tickect on dated 17 june 2021.
This journey for Thane Vandana to Pune Chandani Chowk via Express Highway for date 18 june 2021 of Shivneri Bus time Morning 7 am.
I booked a ticket for above journey payment deducted from my bank account but ticket not book.

    I have booked ticket 27/6/2021 but money was debited but no ticket recived... I had wait for 20 days but after 20 days also I have not received refund... Please see to it that my refund will be credited quickly...

      Today 7 July 2021 I reserved the MSRTC BUS 6 travelling tickit from pandharpur to Mumbai Central via MSRTC RESERVATION APP The transaction of reservations amount was deducted from my phone pe UPI account but reservations of these sits not confirmed. Please do the needful.

            Refund money of ticket which is not booked
            I booked 1 ticket on 27th June, 2021 at 03:11 p.m. of Ordinary Bus MAHAD to SWARGATE via Tamini at 10:30am
            travel date is 28.06.2021. my boarding point is Mahad & alighting point is Swargate. I have allocate this ticket & i made payment from bill desk via google pay, Payment is done But My Ticket is not Generated & also not sent on my mail id. So please Refund my Ticket Amount of Rs. 185.

                      मी संजय बिराजदार मी दी.17.6.21. रोजी देवणी ते उदगीर बसने जवळगा ते लातूर असा प्रवास करत असताना मी वाहक v .m. चव्हाण यांना माझ अपंग कार्ड क्र mh[protected] हे त्यांना दाखवुन तिकीट मागितले तर वाहक मला हे कार्ड बोगस आहे हे चालत नाही मनून सर्व प्रवासात माझा अपंग मनून अपमान केला व मला फुल तिकीट .तीकिट न.27542 हे दिलं तरी अपंग मनून मला खूप दुःख झाले तरी मला न्याय मिळावा व त्या वाहकावर कडकं कार्यवाही करण्यात यावी अन्यथा मला मा जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालय समोर उपोषणास बसावे लागेल व केल्याल्या कार्यवाही ची प्रत मला मिळावी ही नम्र विनंती

                        Dear team,
                        I have tried to book ticket from Swargate (Pune) to kadepur for 12th June 2021 but while booking amount RS 693 was deducted and ticket was not booked. Ticket booking was done from MSRTC application on 11th June 2021 around 11pm.
                        Following message appeared after the booking.

                        बीओआई- रू. 693 आपले खाते संख्‍या XX3380 पीओएस -msrtc TPSL दि 11-06-21 ला नांवे झाले आहेत . उपलब्‍ध शिल्‍लक 4872.29.

                        Request you to kindly look into the issue and refund the amount.

                          I booked ticket today from mumbai central to shrungartali for 4th April 2021 6.45 a.m. amount got deducted but did not received tickets.

                          Below message received from Bank

                          ALERT:You've spent Rs.1163.66 via Debit Card xx6861 at MSRTC on[protected]:16:20:01

                          Kindly refund my amount of 1163.66 Rs at the earliest.

                          please let me know why this issue happens, I have faced this issue 2nd time because of which I am unable to book ticket online and had to go and do manual booking because of this issue.

                            I had made my reservation for shivshahi 6.50 am bus from Pen to Pune.

                            The bus departed before time at 6.45 am from pen depot. I received a call from the conducted at 6.47 am that we are at chawdi Naka and we are leaving. I told them to wait and informed that I will reach chawdi Naka in 2 min, which I did, but they never waited and kept saying that we will wait you come.

                            Me and my wife almost drove 10 km to catch up with them. In the end the driver said they never waited for us and kept on giving false assurances that they are going to wait.

                            My question is firstly they departed the bus before time, secondly if they didn't wanted to wait for even 2 min for us than why did they gave us false assurances.

                            We have lodged written complaint against the driver and conductor at pen depot. Please find attached copy of the same with the call logs of conductor and driver as proof.

                            Looking for strict action against the driver and conductor.

                              Hello,

                              I'm Tushar Dinde frequent travel from Dapoli to Pune & vice versa for 1 year. It has been observed much time often sleeper bus is converted to the normal bus without intimation to the customer. We have a complaint about this many a time regarding change of bus on the online portal so that a lesser amount would be incurred to the customer but no response.

                              Yesterday too I book a sleeper bus from Pune (time - 8:30 PM- 28thMar'21from swargate) to Dapoli however the bus was changed without intimation. The bus conductor doesn't refund the difference amount since the ticket booked is online. We every time can't take a print of bus ticket & submit to Bus depo. Why a customer should suffer from an MSRTC mistake.

                              Pathetic response from Bus Depo team (both Pune & Dapoli). Since we don't have the travel option to dapoli we have to choose the bus irrespective of which category it is provided.

                                I am Kanakam Pasharamulu from Karimnagar, Telangana. I tried to book a bus ticket with MSRTC Service No. 678304 through MSRTC Mobile app from Ballarpur to Karimnagar on 20 march 2021 at 2:30 pm. "Bus ticket fare Amount has been debited from my Account" but i did not any confirmation about reservation and bus ticket not confirmed. So please Refund my Amount.

                                  Respected Sir,
                                  I am a State Government employ.I want to launch a complaint against one of your BUS conductor.He didnt stop the ST bus at scheduled stoP.When I ran and tried to catch the bus, he refused to open the door.I kept running for around half kilometer, but he didnt open the door and didnt stop the bus.When i tried to run hard, the ST bus would have gone over me causing a severe accident.But still the conductor didnt stop the bus.So I request you to take immidieate action against conductor or else I may have to file a police complaint against the conductor.

                                        I have booked ticket from kurla nehru nagar mumbai to mangaon of 11:30 am Shivshahi bus of 17th March 2021
                                        Did booking on 16th March .

                                        Payment deducted but ticket page did not appear neither sms received, please help in refunding my amount at the earliest.
