Hi i have made booking from mumbai to pune via wakad for 24/08/2020, but unfortunately ticket is not shown as booked or details not received under my bookings in msrtc website.
My amount for the first time was 443 inr which was deducted but booking not done, i tried twice this time amount was 440 inr wherein akount deducted but no booking appeared.

Please refund my total amount 883 inr which is deducted.

    Dear Concern Officials

    I am a regular passenger of your ST from last two years.I am working in Chandrapur and living in Rajura so I have to travel to and fro daily.Before lockdown I used to get issued my 3 months travelling pass worth 3500/- Rs. and continued the same practice till 21st March 2020. My latest pass was issued on dated 16th of March 2020 which means that I have travelled only 6 days on my current pass and lockdown occurred.

    Now when your ST resumed working from 8th of June 2020, the schedule of buses were very rigid. Some what 2 to 3 buses in morning from Rajura to Chandrapur and 2-3 buses from Chandrapur to Rajura in afternoon which was very unsuitable for any working employee. When we inquired about pass renewal at Rajura Bus stop last month they informed us that they have not received any circular regarding this. So we continued to travel by our personal transports.Before approximately 10 days I again inquired about pass renewal at Rajura ST inquiry section, then I was informed by Mr.Parsodkar (the one who issues pass) that the Reissuing of pass has started, we just have to pay the fare amount of the no. of days we travelled on latest pass and we will get the new pass of again 90 days and also he particularly mentioned that we will not give you refund of amount anyhow you will get the new pass only, also I asked him that I am working so my time doesn't suits your time so will it be ok if I come after some days then he said that you can come whenever want i am there to give you pass.

    Now today when I went to ST stand to get my pass renewed the same employee is telling me that you will not get a new pass and we will give you a refund of 60 days only. And also he was falsely mentioning that we have got the circular of the same, when I read the circular there was nowhere mentioned that the amount of 60 days only is to be refund also the circular was mentioning that no refund will be provided but the same pass will be renewed for the days between 22th of March to 8th of June 2020 which means 79 days.

    Due to mislead by your employee I have to bear a loss of around 1000/- Rs. Now who is responsible for this? Had he told me before that this service of renewal of pass for 90days is for a limited period, I would have got my pass renewed then and there only before 10 days (on the time of our second communication). So now its my humble request that either you provide me a pass of 90 days (by me paying my fare of 6 days travel) or please provide me a refund of 84 days which is Rs. 3267/-.

    And now the problem we face while travelling by our personal transport is that the road from Rajura to Bamni (Balharshah) is very narrow and has so many big holes in it which are not yet fixed for a very long time. And that Road of around 10 KMs has no divider and street lights. So how should a person with two wheeler travel by such road at night return home risking his life at the edge?

        सदर मार्गा वर मंदिवली दरम्यान गाडी आली असता माझ्या गाडीला कट मारून गेला व समोरून येणाऱ्या गाडी वाल्या देखील शिवी घाल करू लागला सदर बस चालक दारू पिऊन गाडी चालवत होता अशी माझी शंका आहे

          I boarded shivneri bus at pune to get down at belapur navi mumbai. Fortunately, i know where the bus stops at cbd belapur. A few minutes before the arrival at cbd i go to the front row and just temporarily occupied a seat in the front row, hoping that as soon as the driver calls for the stop i will inform him that i am ready to get down.

          There was a partial hanging curtain or something above and by the time i could find where the bus is, he directly took the cbd flyover.
          He neither called the stop name nor took besides the flyover to stop at cbd. By then it was too late and it would have been risky to get down at the middle of the highway. So i got down at vashi and returned by panvel local to belapur.

          Sad part is that the driver was busy speaking to someone on headphones and mobile. It was his duty to stop the bus mandatorily at the bus stop but instead assuming that there are no passengers he simply took the flyover. Also what if there were first time passengers visiting mumbai? They would have had no idea where to get down unless driver calls for the stop name?

          Shivneri is government initiative and a government servant has made a mistake. I fine him rs 500. I know msrtc will not entertain my claim but they are a government organization and their servants get salary from my incometax. As a result by paying incometax less by rs 500 this year i am going to recover this amount.

            आज दिनांक २८ फेब्रुवारी २०२० रोजी रात्री नऊ वाजता मुंबई सेंट्रल ते बीड स्लिपर शिवशाही प्रवास करत होतो. तसेच या बसने नेहमी प्रवास करत असतो . दादर येथून बसमध्ये बसलो असता असे आढळले की बसच्या सीटवर खूपच धूळ आढळलेली दिसली आणि नेहमीच असते. धूळ असल्याने नाहक त्रास सहन करावा लागला. असे दिसून येते की बसची स्वच्छता वेळेवर नाही.सिटांचे बेडसीट वेळेवर बदलत नाही आणि स्वच्छ होत नाहीत. बस कंडक्टरला विचारल्या असता स्वच्छता करण्याची जबाबदारी आमची नाही असे उत्तर देण्यात आले.

              Hello my name dattatray suryawanshi today 22nd feb 2020, i tried to book ticket from pune swarget to kolhapur by for date 23rd feb 2020 but after completing my transaction amount get deducted from my bank account but billdesk shows message ticket booking failed. The amount is rs 1372.10.

              Acct xxxx debited with inr 1, 372.10 on 22-feb-20. Info: bil*onl*00192.. Call 18002662 for dispute or sms block 360 to [protected]
              I booked ticket from Pune to Kolhapur on 27 Feb 2020 at 1.39 pm from msrtc official website . Money was deducted but didn't get refund back .12 days passed but money was not received yet

                I booked ticket from msrtc website from pune to aurangabad and boarding point selected was chandan nagar. Approx boarding time was 05:51.
                I reached at my boarding point at 05:15. I received call from conductor at 05:51 that bus will reach in 15 min. I waited at boarding point till 06:20.
                After 06:20 i called him again then he told i crossed chandan nagar. I didn't saw pune to jintoor display board i was checking each and every bus display board. Its the responsibility of msrtc to call customer once you reach to boarding point. Without picking up customer how you dare to go ahead? Because of this reason only msrtc is in loss.
                Change your tag line from "pravashyanchya sevesathi" to "pravashyanchya gair soyisathi".
                This not a first time i experienced same 3 times before.
                Msrtc bus stop booth person telling me to take refund from shivaji nagar bus stand.
                Shivaji nagar bus stand is 20km far away from my home why should i waste 100/- petrol for 295/-?
                I paid money online i want refund online.
                It's your mistakes then why should i waste my time and money to go at shivaji nagar bus stand to collect money.
                Check the attached bus booking ticket which i booked online and after waited i went to another bus by wasting 395/- ticket another ticket also i attached.

                If i didn't receive refund then i will show your irresponsible service on media all over maharashtra.

                  This is to inform you that MSRTC bus driver not stopped in Bus stand when bus running started in Nanded central Bus stand premises (not out of bus stand) I was knocked the bus and conductor looking and asking this is Kandhar route but also bell as well as in bus seating passenger shouting on driver plz stop the bus. But driver can't stop the bus. I humbly request plz to enquire on this matter. Also I attached MSRTC complaint book photo copy which is I given on written complaint in Nanded central bus stand.

                    rules for children

                    St offer half ticket to 5 to 12 year's children. But even all time this small child occupied hole seat and owner of full tickets travel's it's full journey in standing. Conductor's were not interested to solve this, even he ignore it.
                    Even i saw a 4 year old child occupied full seat and second seat hold by its 65 year's granny... And other passengers obligate to travel....

                    Junnar division bus drives are now-a-days becoming more aggressive.
                    Specially 9:30 am junnar to pimpri bus driver.
                    I daily travel from junnar to manchar via 9:00 am mahabaleshwar bus, but today i was late and having an emergency, i was unable to catch bus from junnar bus stand so i thought i will stop bus at pardeshpura and continue. I stopped bus, i just camed in whole front of him he stopped. Now when i moved to bus door he just started bus and ran away with very rash driving.

                    Msrtc dont forget we citizen make you run, please dont ignore my case. Also junnar drivers and conductors are ignoring citizens warning.

                      I had booked malvan to nigdi shivshahi bus for the date of the journey 8th sept 2019 (Pdf is attached). However, the mentioned bus got canceled.
                      So, we had to travel by alternate bus provided which was an ordinary express. For that journey, i bought tickets and paid rs.1200

                      I had submitted an application for refund in-person to depot manager at vallabhnagar, pimpri. I had persuaded the same for 4 to 5 times. I did not get any response from mrs. Patil who is an in-charge of refund. Additionally, i have found she does not present on her desk during office hours.

                      My application is attached. Original booked tickets and tickets for travel are also attached.
                      1400 rs are pending with msrtc.

                        On[protected] i was traveling by shivshai bus no. Mh 06 bw 0401 from shivajinagar, pune to narayangaon. My ticket no is 006964, 09/02/2020 15:29:07.

                        The driver name is shrihari kendre (Batch no - latur driver-26032 / conductor-37992) and conductor name is v. R. Palve.

                        I have painful injury on the nose because of rash driving of the driver. He applied sudden breaks due to which i lost my control. Even though i was seated at the back seat of conductor, i was thrown at and dashed with driver cabin door. That door was kept open by conductor without any reason. My nose started to bleed. I asked about the same but both of them (Driver and conductor) stared blaming and arguing with me for it. Their behavior was so rude with me.

                        My nasal septal bone is cracked as per doctor reports and x-ray reports. So i urge you to please look into this and give me justice.

                          This driver has occupies sits for his friends in daily and denied to sit other passengers behave rude with them. He fight with passenger. I travel from nagpur to katol on daily basis this driver has doing this kind of behavior on daily basis.

                            The incident happened on the yerwada bridge dated[protected].
                            I was riding bike on the bridge and this bus was far away behind me. I didn’t noticed that bus is coming from the behind and driver drives the bus harshly and came towards me very faster so that i will get scared. He did not used the horn to convey that he want a way to go in front of me, but when my wife seated behind me was noticed that bus is coming too much faster then she scared and we were in imbalance situation with our bike. After this when i tried to stop the bus then also driver did not even stopped.in short the driver was thinking that he was driving ferrari.
                            And we were thinking that the driver is gonna mad and he is going to crush all the vehicles in front of him.

                              Dear sir, we have suffered rowdy and violent behaviour by the toll tax collectors at the talegaon on the yashwanrao chavan expressway, although the toll tax was already deducted through the fast tag bank account. We requested them to wait for some time for massage of deduction to arrive, but they forcefully took the cash from my pocket through the window.
                              Now days such violent by toll tax collectors on the toll booths is a regular practice, but along with that we are now also suffering the double deduction of toll taxes. This is noticed that this double penetration is made intentionally, as they are aware that no one has time and muscle power to argue with them.
                              Requested your interference in this matter for justice
                              Attached herewith the toll receipts and bank massages for your reference.

                                The amount was deducted from my icici bank account but the ticket was not booked as the page displaying ticket and intimating passenger to print, did not appear.
                                In addition, the ticket was not available in my tickets.
                                Therefore, i have called customer care and explain her all scenario. She tell me ticket is not book but your payment made successfully then you will get the payment next 6-8 days.

                                Look in to this matter and provide my refund asap.

                                  I am sitting form rajapur at 4 pm towards ratnagiri by borovali bus (Date 1/02/2020). When i want go that time i m just asking about "st stops" because i want to go doctor. But conductor didn't give me a proper answer, his behavior is so rude to me.
                                  I m thinking that time, is doing mistake by asking?
                                  If there is any leady ask him then he will give always proper answer but men's not..
                                  Why...
                                  What is reason?
                                  That bus is also in bad condition (Ac yard bus)
                                  There is not clean seats...
                                  I have proof about it...
                                  If this is not resolved then i will publish over on media...

                                    The bus had 2 empty seats so the driver had picked up 2 random passengers from roadside, without proper ticket.
                                    My seat numbered is 4. Seat number, 3 passenger by my side was sitting on the empty seats.
                                    My seat being ladies seat, that random passenger without ticket was allowed to sit near me.
                                    That made my travell uncomfortable and unsafe.

                                    *please make provision for ladies while ticket booking, lady passenger will have another lady passenger near her.

                                      The bus from karanja via shelubazar to lonar, aurangabad are not on the time some time they are cancelled or delayed by 1-2 hours. I am frequently travel from this route but this buses are very late and time consuming on the bus stops. The peoples are frusted due this problem
                                      From many months so take action on this as soon as possible. Because this route is short and less time consuming and there are less buses on this via shelubazar which is less time consuming to us. The people are standing 2 to 3 hours for buses and they are not coming on the time to there destination so take action on this as soon as possible.
