I am reguler travller of msrtc bus and i am student, in night 8 pm I started journey in bus number MH14 BT 4728 from nashikroad to shivajinagar its fare only 255 RS. conductor get 300 rupees from me its 45 Rs.extra why conductor get extra money from me and i have ticket also when i ask conductor he said its night charge so at least company has to mention that he get extra money in night.
Bus is not very comfortable to travel its simple bus and in it no entertainment facility provided that he get extra money.

I dont know bus should be stopped at hotel or not but its not accepted that bus is stopped at any hotel and that hotel washrooms are worst with high level of pricing so these bus should bot stop at high rated hotel

    MH 14 BT 2085 surat to navapur, left surat at 1:30pm on 12june, driver talks a lot when driving, when we were travelling it was heavy rain, and in this conditions he was talking with conductor or ticket collecter he once used immediate breaks which lead some harm to passengers, please warn such drivers to not talk while driving as it may lead to accidents.

      I'm sourabh Rajput. I have done a reservation of Parivartan day ordinary bus from Satara to Mumbai Central. @1.30pm But the bus did not come and seat also not arranged by particular staff (Mr. Tarsale)
      When I went to complain about this to (Mrs. Kulkarni depot. Head) but she was not on her desk for more than 40-50 min.
      This is not acceptable. After trying so much Mr. Satpal Pawar arranged a ticket for 4.00 pm bus...
      I have to face loss of 2.30 hrs of time for departure from Satara. This results in to I've lost my next train from Mumbai.
      For proof I've attached both the tickets and you can notice the time difference in both.
      I Hope for respective action.

        I booked a bus ticket (MSRTC Shivshahi) for my Pune (Kharadi) to Aurangabad Journey dated on 09.06.2019 for 11.41PM. I reached the stop at 11.20PM. One bus came at 12am but the driver said its 11PM bus and said bus will come soon. I waited on Kharadi bus stop till 1.05AM at night but no bus stopped at the point even though my reservation was from kharadi (as no bus stopped so was no question of alternative arrangement). It was worst experience for a women traveling alone. I want refund for inconvenience.

          MH14BT4503 bus driver and conductor miss behave with passengers, this bus stopped at wrong spot at the chandwad bus stand at 3:00 pm today then passengers trying to escape from bus and existing passengers trying to enter in the bus. This bus stand is under construction so there is no right stop but conductor abuse the passengers and throw out force fully in that case one handicap person get injured. But after some time at that sopt he allow other person to enter the bus that means physically disable person not allow to enter nd other one can enter in the bus...
          When i ask about this then both driver and conductor abused me. Threaten me about police
          I requested to authorities to take action on these type of coercion

            I am travelling to pune from nasik by shivshahi,
            Driver making AC off again n again, he says when bus driving on hills have to off ac, don't know problem with AC or Driver.

            Worst experience, its better to travel by normal bus this could save your money.

            Bus timing : 9:30 from nasik
            Date - 9 june 2019

            Please investigate and help passengers

            Passengers are spending money and getting service of money

            No value for money in shivshahi

              I am Rakesh Biyani took ticket from pune to Dadar. Nearby lonavala one tire of bus was puncture. After waiting for an hrs didnt dot any substitute or tire get repaired. I requested yo bus driver to cut amount from pune to lonavala and refund remaining amount back. He didn't refund and didn't allow any substitute. I asked him his name roudly he says that do whatever u want will not tell my name.

                Hello,
                I booked an online ticket for a Shivneri bus to Thane for 1430 hrs on June 1. I reached Swargate at 1420 and showed my booking to the lady who sits at the ticket desk and was surprised to know that the bus had already left. I told her it had not been 1430 yet so she said the bus was full and we let it go. She told me very curtly to tell the other guy at the information desk what had happened. When I spoke to him there was absolutely no empathy with regard to what happened. He told me very rudely that the bus waited for a long time before it left and asked me why I didn't sit when I came. I told him that the bus wasn't there when I came but he was adamant and said he couldn't do anything.

                MSRTC employees' behavior was so pathetic and I do not understand how they are working there. If this is how MSRTC is going to behave then I do not know how you'll are going to move forward. If people from other states or foreigners visit and see how things work, they will be disgusted like how I was.

                Also, there is no option to swipe your card while booking and this totally defeats the purpose of making India cashless. I will be posting this on Twitter soon with the picture of the ticket lady so that everyone knows how you'll operate.

                  I am daily up and down from Nagpur to Mouda, today as on 7-6-19, bus conductor and Driver not agree to go bus at Mouda, bus number MH40Y5893 at 715 am at jagnade Square, Nagpur
                  Each red bus go at Mouda, but so many Driver and conductor deniy for Mouda stop. Evening Time we are facing many problems for Nagpur bus from Mouda,
                  Pls look into the matter and take the action.

                      I reserved & it's confirmed 4 seats of thane चिपळूण ST (MH-07 C-7199) from rabale police station to महाड. Ticket no. 38139881 on dated 07.06.2019. they sent bus was 40 seaters only ...and reserved seat was 43, 44 which was not available in bus. When I asked conducter about this issue . He said I don't know .. give complaint. After half hour he make arrangements for of two seats at end seat...33 and 34...we lot suffered on last seat. .like pain injuries... Can u tell me who is the responsible for this...why conducter was not aware about reservation seats??? How they sent such type of bus ?? ...I requesting to you take necessary action against such things and punish guilty person. ...

                        The board on bus is Aurangabad-Beed-Osmanabad, but bus is covering every stop on the route.
                        All high way work is nearly completed and no traffic also here.
                        My little kid is waiting at home and bus is taking near about six and half hour instead of 4 to 5 hours. Right now we have passed Indapur (Washi) Dist Osmanabad.
                        They have not mentioned the bus stops on the name board .
                        Look into the matter at an earliest

                          1) shivshahi for urban use for a long walk
                          2) bad bus condition (Speed, non-fluctuating, air-conditioned machinery not working)
                          3) carrier's not the root of the driver. (This was the first time it came to the root)
                          4) inability to change the car, all depot (Borivali, mangaon, mahad, poladpur).
                          5) no safe locker system. Lockless lockers (Fear of stolen goods)
                          6) due to a bad bus, official time to reaching ratnagiri in the morning reached ratnagiri after 2 pm.
                          7) senior officials were seen avoiding their responsibilities (Borivali, mangaon, mahad, poladpur)

                            I am Umesh n I frequently travel to chiplun from pune.. Atleast once in a month i hve to take 2 way trip to my native place n i prefer to travel in Shivshai but last few.months i am noticing that buses are not in proper condition. Sometimes a/c problem, lights problem, no cleaniness, buses are not washed properly before every trip. Todat i am travelling back to pune n i noticed that window next to my seat was broken n can fall any time or shattered in secs... I complained abt this to conductor but he just not worried abt anything, he asked me to change the seat but wat if that window falls down on the highway, , it can risk other peoples life. The bus was Chiplun to Pimpri chinchwad. I strongly suggest to higher authorities to look into this n shud hve a surprise chk on buses. I had taken a video of this incident n ll forword the same...

                              Booked two seats via redbus app for 2 june 10.30pm st bus parivartan night express.

                              On journey mh 14 bt 2494 (Chiplun to pune) ceased in the middle of the night at 3.30 am near panchwad area.

                              Despite several calls made by the driver and the conductor to st bus depo, no replacement bus was provided.
                              Infact the wai depot manager not ready to pick up the calls.

                                I am regular travellers of msrtc at different places. New ac buses known as shivshahi started all over different areas to provide good facility but sorry to see the time management for the same. The bus never start at given time from starting point. It is always made late unnecessary though the ac shivshahi bus is present in depot. I have observed this in many time. The conductors and drivers are not responsive or they dont even bother to respond the passengers.
                                No electrical points are working.
                                Hammer for break glass in emergency not available in its location.
                                When i am asking to bus driver about issue then he replied, i cant do anything for your issue.
                                If any emergency come then who is responsible.

                                On date 31st May 2019, while booking ticket on MSRTC app, fees amount got deducted but Ticket is not booked...I need refund for same.

                                  We booked reservation ticket from pune to mahabaleshwar, ticket number 38061634 and trip number pnes0119294, bus type : shivshahi, approx boarding time : 6.23am, boarding point : katraj stand, total 4 seats. Current time 7.34 am, still bus
                                  Is not reached to katraj stand. When we called to shivaji stand at 7.00 am the controller told me bus is already moved from shivaji nagar pune stand, then i called to pune bus stand [protected] there is lady controller behavior not good, she discussed very rudly on called and every time she cut the called without giving all details, then i again called and request for bus details, but everytime she discussed rudly and denied to answer the request and told bus moved and cut the call, again i called she rudly discussed and told that don't call again, she told that bus already moved as on 6.45, then i called to swarget bus stand but no one pick up the call we are still waiting on stand.
                                  Bus number is mh 09 mn 1284.
                                  Also discussed with katraj controller, he is very good and answer the question very politely, katraj controller told that every day bus getting late and when he discussed with bus driver they are rudly behave.

                                  My mama and family is traveling to mahabaleshwar he having injury in there legs (Plats and rod) and he is handicapped person. He is waiting for bus almost 1.30 hr.

                                  This is totally shameful that our service that msrtc providing, request you to take action against them.

                                    Today only i went to shivajinagar bus station to see-off my mom. As she was leaving for malegaon.. There was one bus with board which said pune to pachora via some stations including malegaon and chalisgaon.. But when i ask just for confirmation regarding the same that will that bus go to malegaon and by how much time it will reach that station.. The bus conductor declined that it will not go to malegaon, on asking him but the board mentions of stop being there. He replied that it is on our basis not on board.. I guess the bus number was mh-12 bl 3436.. If this is the case, why the hell you'll mentioned the board on buses.. If it's on particular conductor or driver basis.. On constantly arguing with them regarding the same... They were like we will have a sleep in shirdi and then will go to malegaon comfortably.. And it will be too late.. If this is the scenario whether we normal people should really believe in government architecture... This is really hectic.. And should be taken into consideration.. Drivers and conductors should respectfully talk with the passengers... And the board thing... It should be truth and fare... And should be followed by the respective driver and conductors...

                                      Hello sir/man,

                                      I am very thankful to the msrtc for selfless service. But it's been not as expected.
                                      While traveling for home at evening nasik buses not stopped it's happening frequently with passengers as well i have faced problem today and in last few times.

                                      Sorry to say if it's like ways happen for the next few years it will going to be difficult for msrtc to servive as customer are moving to private vehicles.

                                      But it's hard for poor people who have expectations from msrtc.

                                      Plz have a satisfactory service for passengers.

                                        We are traveling from kolhapur to swarget by shivshahi bus of bus no 952. The conductor giving ticket of 3 & 4 number, but actually seat not available and conductor says you adjust your way, my shift was over. So we travel standing from kolhapur.
                                        Please action on this conductor to share wrong information. Also we facing standing travel. And no one adjust seats.
