I got from pune my destination was satara

There was 2 drivers in the bus
1 was driving another was near him
The another driving came to my seat and told me to get up I asked - why ? then he says I want to sleep here that's y !!
Then I protested, he started...

I have booked the msrtc tkt on dated 13.05.2019 for traveling on 16.05.2019 satara to swargate at 7.30 am.in this regard amount debited my credit card but ticket not booked. (Bill desk)

I again try on dated 14.05.2019 amount debited thorough sbi net banking but ticket not booked. (Bill desk)- ref. Id - gagdhoqgo

Please deposit my amount in my account....

I had booked my ticket for journey from pune to aurangabad online. Msrtc shivshahi bus scheduled at 14:30 was late and further schedule is delay. This is not one day problem. There is always inconvenience with msrtc schedule for shivshahi service pune to aurangabad.
Please look in to it and resolve this problem as soon as possible. All the passengers has their own schedule and due to this poor service from government organisation...

There is a st bus (Mh-40 aq 6155, from amravati to bhopal.in this bus conductor never gives tickets to the passengers and all that money goes to his pocket. As this bus runs out of maharashtra checking are not done often. Every day that conductor would be earning thousands of black money besides its salary. When asked for ticket he started arguing with a lady. I hope special steps would be taken....

I want to bring to your kind notice that today on 5/12/2019 bus number mh20 2705, route from paranda to swargate arrived at karmala bus stand at 5:35 pm and the bus driver got rude arrogant and angry on all the passengers sitting in this bus because one of the other bus arrived at the same time and hence the bus driver asked the passengers to vacate the bus stating the bus is cancelled. I am very disappointed with the service. I am on my way from mumbai to pune. Its already been 4 hours and have not even reached half way. The driver is also very rude. Please stop your service if you cannot maintain any professionalism. I am a regular traveller and it does not take # 6 hours to reach pune from mumbai, especially after i have shelled 540 bucks for a ticket. You are just ripping off the customers and i am going to suggest people...

On two of the seats courier packages have been kept making the passengers stand.
When asked to conductor he told that they have taken the ticket.

I want to ask to msrtc is it a passenger bus or a courier bus to whom they are giving the transport facility in which they are allowing to keep parcel on passenger's seat and allowing passengers to stand for hours.

I need a serious clarification from msrtc on...

Dear msrtc,

I have done online booking on 23rd feb 2019, from swargate to sangli for shivshahi services.

Amount of 978.63 has been deducted from my icici bank account, but tickets has not been issued for this this transaction.

After this transaction failed, again i completed same transaction with the help of sbi bank.

Till date failed transaction of icici bank has not been credited...

Hello another complaint regarding bus
On monday evening as usual took bus from infosys phase 2 to dange chowk but the conductor gave bus ticket from hinjewadi gaon which is 10rs but i paid him 15rs (Infosys phase 2 to dange chowk) when asked he was like its ok then i asked about the 5+5 = 10rs as i took 2 tickets he ignored and went ahead and did the same with other passengers.
And what i heard is this condutor is usually...

There are no ordinary express buses for pune - baramati as well as baramati - pune
Only shiv shahi bus are available.

Shiv shahi bus are not at all clean and feel like vomiting. Curtains are not at all clean. Very bad experience i had.ac also dont work properly.

Kindly request you to provide ordinary express bus for this route

Sir, shivshahi bus which starts from amravati to pune at 6.00 pm comes late daily at akola. Akola time is scheduled as 7.55 pm. But till 9.50 pm also bus didn't came. When we enquired then operator at akola told that this bus comes late daily after 10.00. If it is habitual and happening frequently them either action must be taken against person at fault as we are wasting our time here. Or bus timing must be changed.

Speed is very less.
Due to the failure of accelerator cabe bus was stop for half an hour.
After that bus was stopped for 45 min at fountain hotel.
I requested to give me boarding in another bus.
Conductor given me chart i have shown to ordinary bus conductor but a lady conductor denied....

I am traveling in bus of MSRTC travelling from Yavatmal to Dhule. Driver stopped the bus just near to Dhule i.e. at location Near Mukati on Anand hotel at time around 10pm. Many of the passagers opposes to this sudden stoppage of bus near Dhule but driver behaves rudely and went for dinner. MSRTC has to take this issue on priority, because not only this route but also on Dhule to Nashik route drivers stop bus on hotels which is not needed...

Some buses from maharastra of routine schedule via navapur, entering to gujarat via songadh, vyara are not coming at vyara bus stand & are directly going out from highway. Conductor's are behaving rudely with the passenger's if sitted for vyara & songadh
We complain about to entered at vyara & take passenger's of vyara of both the ways to & fro to vyara & or passenger going from vyara. Buses are not coming & conductor's are refusing...

I boarded a bus satara to tulapur (Bus number# mh07c9583) from solapur to travel to tuljapur at 08:30pm dated[protected]. The bus was already malfuntioned and there was problem with speed. Hence driver needed to run the bus with very low speed approx 50kmph whereas the govt apprpved speed is 100kmph. This was known to both conductor and driver from satara only which was confirmed by co passenger and they didn't bother to inform new passengers...

I was trying to book the ticket from solapure to hyderbad for shivashai maharashtra govt bus, conern here is money has been deducted from the account but reservation is not done successfully raher than eticket i got messgae saying that "ticket is not booked if money has been deducted then you will receive the money within 7 working days and try to book the other ticket" but there is no proper tracking no. Today morning at about 6.05, am, i have booked tkt. From dadar (East) to satpur by shivshahi bus departing from mumbai central at 9.45. On route mumbai to trimbakeshwar. I have selected seat no.12. Date of journey was of today's only, i. E.3rd may 2019.

When my sister is going through chimthane (Maharashtra) to pisawar (Gujarat) via dhule to selamba bus the bus tyre is punchered in dondaicha
The bus conductor give another (Dondaicha to ahmedabad) bus to my sister. When my sister arrived pisawar (Gujarat) the bus conductor behavied bad, he is speaking in cruel language and he stop bus from too far from pisawar when the girl is alone and he sat first time in the bus...

I was booked my journey tickets from barshi to swarget on date 21/4/2019 tickets number 37208573 & 37209308 online on redbus but at bording time bus has failed (Break down) at busdepo in barshi busstand then i submit the refund request in barshi depo but today 11 days are completed and refund amount not credited in my accout.. Request that look in to the subject and resolve it...

How can he take my ticket if he has not to refund it
