I am regular travellers of msrtc at different places. New ac buses known as shivshahi started all over different areas to provide good facility but sorry to see the time management for the same. The bus never start at given time from starting point. It is always made late unnecessary though the ac shivshahi bus is present in depot. I have observed this in many time. The conductors and drivers are not responsive or they dont even bother to respond the passengers.
No electrical points are working.
Hammer for break glass in emergency not available in its location.
When i am asking to bus driver about issue then he replied, i cant do anything for your issue.
If any emergency come then who is responsible.

Hi Sir/Ma, 'am,

On date 31st May 2019, while booking ticket on MSRTC app, fees amount got deducted but Ticket is not booked...I need refund for same.

    We booked reservation ticket from pune to mahabaleshwar, ticket number 38061634 and trip number pnes0119294, bus type : shivshahi, approx boarding time : 6.23am, boarding point : katraj stand, total 4 seats. Current time 7.34 am, still bus
    Is not reached to katraj stand. When we called to shivaji stand at 7.00 am the controller told me bus is already moved from shivaji nagar pune stand, then i called to pune bus stand [protected] there is lady controller behavior not good, she discussed very rudly on called and every time she cut the called without giving all details, then i again called and request for bus details, but everytime she discussed rudly and denied to answer the request and told bus moved and cut the call, again i called she rudly discussed and told that don't call again, she told that bus already moved as on 6.45, then i called to swarget bus stand but no one pick up the call we are still waiting on stand.
    Bus number is mh 09 mn 1284.
    Also discussed with katraj controller, he is very good and answer the question very politely, katraj controller told that every day bus getting late and when he discussed with bus driver they are rudly behave.

    My mama and family is traveling to mahabaleshwar he having injury in there legs (Plats and rod) and he is handicapped person. He is waiting for bus almost 1.30 hr.

    This is totally shameful that our service that msrtc providing, request you to take action against them.

      Today only i went to shivajinagar bus station to see-off my mom. As she was leaving for malegaon.. There was one bus with board which said pune to pachora via some stations including malegaon and chalisgaon.. But when i ask just for confirmation regarding the same that will that bus go to malegaon and by how much time it will reach that station.. The bus conductor declined that it will not go to malegaon, on asking him but the board mentions of stop being there. He replied that it is on our basis not on board.. I guess the bus number was mh-12 bl 3436.. If this is the case, why the hell you'll mentioned the board on buses.. If it's on particular conductor or driver basis.. On constantly arguing with them regarding the same... They were like we will have a sleep in shirdi and then will go to malegaon comfortably.. And it will be too late.. If this is the scenario whether we normal people should really believe in government architecture... This is really hectic.. And should be taken into consideration.. Drivers and conductors should respectfully talk with the passengers... And the board thing... It should be truth and fare... And should be followed by the respective driver and conductors...

        Hello sir/man,

        I am very thankful to the msrtc for selfless service. But it's been not as expected.
        While traveling for home at evening nasik buses not stopped it's happening frequently with passengers as well i have faced problem today and in last few times.

        Sorry to say if it's like ways happen for the next few years it will going to be difficult for msrtc to servive as customer are moving to private vehicles.

        But it's hard for poor people who have expectations from msrtc.

        Plz have a satisfactory service for passengers.

          We are traveling from kolhapur to swarget by shivshahi bus of bus no 952. The conductor giving ticket of 3 & 4 number, but actually seat not available and conductor says you adjust your way, my shift was over. So we travel standing from kolhapur.
          Please action on this conductor to share wrong information. Also we facing standing travel. And no one adjust seats.

            Dear sir,

            This is to inform that today my parents whose age are 70 cross started there journey from sangameshwar to (Mumbai) from bus details mention below. Reservation were made one day before. Conductor was scolding my parents for not showing hard copy of ticket, wherein my parents were showing them name and age proof by addhar card and jhesta nagrik. And watsup print of ticket. But instead of listing he made situation worst and was scolding on senior citizen. We understand we should carry hard copy but in rural areas we cant have hard copy hence soft copy was made available, but instead o[censored]nderstanding he was scolding which was not acceptable. As per our knowledge conductor should have passenger reservation name list and if passenger is showing name and age proof details he should verify and proceed instead of making arguments with senior citizen.

            My parents are suffering from blood pressure and we cant bare government servants behaving such a way to aged person. Due to this arguments bus also got delay in starting from sangameshwar due to this other passenger time was wasted.

            I urged you to take hard action on conductor as this was unbearable when person instead of helping was misbehaving which could have taken any critical situation to my parents.

            Please in the summer time buses are very crowded and there are very less buses mainly from morbhavan bus stand. Also the condition of the buses are very poor as per the tickets we are paying right now. At this 21st century also Maharashtra state travel buses are from the 19th century. Please improve bus facility and there timings.

              I was looking for parcel service from deorukh bus depot and my brother approach them regarding same. But respective person at enquiry counter said that no such service is available.

              In web portal it seems that msrtc is encouraging such service where as
              Deorukh depot gives negative respond. I tried to connect telephone number

              But observed same response.

              Also i connected to call center ([protected]) but he is also not connect to them. Now my question how st will run in profit if general people not able to connect them.

                Dear sir,

                Due to improper management, passenger are suffering at bus stop (Biloli depo, nanded).

                Daily running bus which is run from aurangabad to dharmabad but bus came properly from aurangabad to billoli but after reaching biloli bus don't have conductor to continue upto dharmabad.

                Just because of such carelessness of biloli depot passenges are suffering at bust stop. Also they are not bothered for the inconvenience of passenger.

                Also they don't have any other options and plans for the same. As i am common person who want to reach dharmabad upto 5:30 pm but due to carelessness i can not reach in time which committed other party.

                Please kindly take it on serious note so that passengers should not suffer in atleast in future.

                    I was trying to book a ticket from pune to alibag on 22/5/2019. Ticket got cancelled automatically, however amount got deducted rs 554.87 which never got credited back. I sent an email to msrtc. They said they cant find the entry.

                    Customer care phone number never works.

                    Pathetic and really disappointing experience.

                    Will never use msrtc again..

                        My pickup was from wakad and i always get into bus from wakad bridge which is also called as hinjewadi bridge.

                        I was standing for long on the stop, i asked conductor to check my ticket to confirm if this is my bus but he refuses to check and said this is not your bus, its coming behind.. After reaching next point he called me and asked me to come that point immediately otherwise he will left me and even talked to me very rudely stating this is not our fault

                        My tickets are attached below. Request you to take action as its bus driver and conductor responsibility to check the ticket first and then give any statement either the bus we are getting into right bus or not

                          Hai my name is anil kumar, i visited to triyambakeshwar bus station on[protected], in between 5-6 pm, to enquire about buses from triyambak to nagarsul, the person who is on the enquiry counter (With military cap & sports) don't have knowledge about bus services which you are running, he simply asks me where is nagasul, he is unable to explain from where the connecting bus services are available, and he also don't have manners, he don't know english, the tourists visiting place like triyambak, a good experienced and an education person should be on that counter. Please change him.

                            As mentioned above while traveling today 26 may 2019 from dighori mothi to gadchiroli in msrtc bus mh40 y5561. I asked driver of bus to seat driver side seat. He said no to seat there again i asked him what is reason to not seat there. But again said no and then said me to stoop down the bus. Then i said to him that this bus not your fathers property. U cant said this like to me. Then he start abusing and try to hammer me with hammer rod. Bus conductor name is s g mine. I dont know the name o f driver but he is a driver of bus mh40 y5561. Driver photo is attached here. Sir please do needful and me satisfactory result. Thanks with regards

                            On 17th may2019 night 10:30 an msrtc bus no. MH14 BT 4906 coming very fast hit a car no. MH47A9969. Resultantly that car hit my car from behind. My car no. MH01BK8003 got damaged badly. Back bumper is completely broken. I need compensation for this damage.

                              I have booked ticket from hadapsar to latur shivshahi, bus suppose to be pick me up at 24/05/2019 23:51 from hadapsar.
                              I am waiting alone at hadapsar for bus current time is 1:30am midnight.
                              I want to get my spent amount of rs 610 and compensation of rs 100000 from msrtc for not providing services and forcing me to wait at hadapsar bus stop, till midnight 01:30am 25/05/2019.
                              I am continuesly calling on customer care number [protected] however no response from them.
                              Got one number from website [protected], operator was so rude on call he gave one bus number at 1:40am
                              3913 and said its started from shivaji nagar at 1.00 am. I was requested for driver or conductor mobile number, as bus is not here also asked for expected time to reach at hadapsar, his reply was "mala mahit nahi bus ithun geli, rastyat kai zale aani kai nahi" and he disconnected the call.

                              I got different bus number Mh 20 Bl 3203, told them I have booked online ticket for shivshahi ac bus, however it didn't turn up, I showed them booking confirmation massage, however conductor said you need to visit main office, he can't do anything for this and I have to take tickets, if I have to board the bus. I board the bus and paid rs 475 for tickets number 3938.

                                I had booked ticket for 6pm shivshahi bus from pune chandan nagar to aurangabad and buses were running late as usual. Another shivshahi bus came in but the conductor refused and started shouting to give us seats in the bus and sold the tickets to other people saying that you should go in the bus in which u have booked tickets even though it is 2 hrs late. This just means we shouldn't be booking tickets as you do not give any preference to those who have booked tickets and still consider people who are booking on spot.

                                  My name is nikhil. I am from dalaj, a small village in indapur. Currently i m studying in pune since 2016. I always prefer to travel through bus from pune to dalaj. And all the msrtc buses stops at my village. So today i sat in bus no mh 14. Bt 4009 from pune. I took ticket of palasdev which in next stop after my village. Bus driver and coductor stopped bus at hotel near khadaki. And did lunch for more than half an hour. Also during the journey, they stopped bus at local stops but when bus came near my village, i came to conductor as well as driver to stop bus bt they didn't listen to me. They gave me the reason of time. If time was the main issue, why did they wasted their time at hotel for more than half an hour. Driver mr. N. B. Suryavanshi. Used bad words to me. I requested him for a long time bt he didn't stopped bus. He was looking drunk. If drivers of msrtc behave in such a way, then how should we travel through msrtc buses. I request you to take action against bus driver as well as conductor of bus no mh 14 bt 4009 who didn't care about passangers and treat them like animals.
                                  मी बेळगाव -सावंतवाडी या बसमधे गडबडि मधे बसलो त्यानंतर बस वाहकाकडे तिकिटचि मागणि केलि माझ्याकडे सुटि रक्कम नसल्याने ५०० रु दिले तेव्हा वाहकाने भांडण करायला सुरवात केलि व सांगितले कि बाकिचे ४७५ रु येवुन डेपो मधुन घेवुन जा मि आता देनार नाहि.
                                  आणि बाकिचि रक्कम घेवुन वाहक निघुन गेला.

                                    I m not a citizen of maharashtra...
                                    ... I live in madhya pradesh... But i came maharashtra to attend a wedding... I went to katol from sauser n that trip was gud... Not bad... But when i was coming back from there... Mean from katol to sauser in bus no. Mh 40 m8521... The conductor forced us to sit three people in a seat where two people are supposed to sit... When i told him i don't want to sit conjustedly with three people... He argued me n said that i[censored] don't wanna sit u can get out of the bus... So people take strict action against this...

                                      I booked online ticket (ticket no.[protected] for journey from Baroda to Aurangabad on date 20/05/2019. I was on Baroda bus stand from 3.45 pm. I also called on tollfee help line no. to know time of bus. Then I got information that bus starts 4.15 pm from Ahmedabad and reach Baroda at 7.15 pm.
                                      I was there from 3.45 pm to 8.30 pm. but bus was not came in Baroda bus stand.
                                      So refund my money.
