Travelled bus no MH14BT4861 from Karad to Palus. Bus is in very pathetic condition. Tyre condition is very bad. All windows are in very bad condition. No windows closing properly.

    Bus condition is very bad and no support is provided from near by bus depot that is Jawhar depot I am traveling in bus from silvassa to Jalgaon (bus depot - Erandol). All passengers are very frustrated as bus in in open jungle and ladies also very frustrated

Ap ko Jana hai ya nahi. Bad Mai bus Gaya to Sit Last ki thi 39 number, Maine madam se request kiya ki muje Next Bus ticket de dijiye, Madam ne mana Kar Diya or Boli ki Aisa nahi hota hai. Ap ko ticket Bechana hai to bahar bech do mai nahi Kar sakati, Aisa bolkar tal diya. Hum kaise ticket bech sakate hai.           Two times Payment released but did not ticket booked

          I tried two times to book a ticket for the date of 1/02/2024 from Shirpur To Vapi payment get released but ticket not get booked, Payment diduct from my bank account two times.

          I Mandar Janardan Katkar, I booked a Shivneri bus ticket from Swargate (Pune) to Dadar ( Mumbai).
          I would like to complain about this bus,
          Bus departure time was 5:30am in early morning but bus did depart at 5:50am from Swargate(Pune), late by 20 minutes. There were no traffic between Swargate to Vashi but it delayed by 1 hour and 20 minutes. This bus took 4 hours and 30 minutes to reach Vashi . I asked driver why we are late so he didn't give me proper answer. Due to this i reached office 2 hours late and due to this issue my one day salary get deducted.
          So, I would like to ask who is responsible for it.
          I need a proper reason.
          I need compensation for mental torture

            Dear sir/mam,
            I'm working women, as I work as teacher in halkhurd mahad phata, but regularly in evening as my school got over, on mahad phata bus stop, the bus number 3243 at 5:35 pm St bus never stop at mahad phata stop, the bus is from karjat depo, and it's local bus not direct bus and goes Pali to panvel, I wanted to go mahad phata to panvel, as I Live in panvel, please take strict action against driver as it didn't stop even if the bus is empty or have empty seats then also, as I'm women it's dangerous to travel at night, please do something, I humbly requesting you.

              Dear sir/mam,
              I'm working women, come home late around 6 pm, as I worked as teacher in halkhurd mahad phata, while on mahad phata bus stop the St bus driver didn't stop for almost three days while on that stop, today also at 5:35 pm the bus number 3243, it is Pali bus, it is come from karjat depo, it didn't stop at mahad phata, and driver didn't stop at mahad phata for almost 3 days straight, I'm working women, please do something, I'm requesting you, it's not safe there, I have to wait for more after the bus didn't stop, please take strict action against driver.

                I booked ticket online from MSRTC Mobile App and after selecting destination from swargate to vashi for AC Shivneri for a bus scheduled to depart from swargate at 6.00 am on 22nd Jan 2024.

                I have made payment online which was successful transfered to MSRTC but still not received confirmed ticket.

                    Hi Team,

                    I have booked two tickets on 2nd Jan from Pune to Solapur, both the tickets are cancelled but amount got deducted from my account. I called the helpline number on 3rd Jan 2024 and they said it will be refunded in 8-10 days. Still I have not received the refund amount.
                    Please help to refund the amount as soon as possible.

                      I was booking a ticket for shivshahi bus from Pune to Solapur through MSRTC website. I did payment through UPI which was successful but still I got a message as 'transaction failed' on MSRTC & ticket was not booked.

                      I booked 2 tickets this way. Both the time money was debited but ticket was not booked. I have not received any refund as well.

                      If I call customer care they keep on saying money will refunded. But still there is no action.

                        Respected Sir / Madam,

                        On 15/01/2024 at time 09:51 AM . I purchased my ticket of price ₹610 from WARGATE BUS STAND PUNE To Borivali Mumbai. The payment had been done but I didn't receive the ticket so i was informed that i will receive refund within 48 Hours But its been 96 and i haven't received it. So its my humble request to look into this matter and please solve it as soon as possible.

                                On 14th jan we were trying to reserve 3 seats (two for female and 1 for male) for the route dhalkathi to swarget via bhor. At 10.51 am money got deducted from the account but still tickets didn't get confirmation we want refund for this transaction.it has been delayed by two days.

                                  I have booked e-ticket from msrtc web site. I used upi payment while booking a ticket. Total amount rs.1000/- deducted from my bank account.
                                  (Transaction status - success)

                                  I checked "my tickets" on msrtc web site, but ticket status was not available nor i have received booking confirmation sms.
                                  I checked the "availability of the seats" which i have booked, but, it was showing seats are available on msrtc site even after my booking.

                                  Ticket no: 39188 on 02/1/2024 time 9:28 am, showing in failed ticket option, showing payment status as success. I called to helpline number several time they received call after 20-30 rings after that they says confirm with paytm i confirmed them that payment done success by there side but after i call to msrtc they told it will refund after 8 days... after 8 days i call again but no response form then .. i has been 15 days still money not refunded..

                                    No refund for fail ticket booking

                                    I tried booking for eshivai bus from Sambhajinagar - Pune on 6/7/2024 but the amount (515) was debited but the ticket was not booked.
                                    Customer care told that the refund will be madhe in 7 days but till today ( 15/1/2024) no refund is made....
