Journey from karad to pune: mh 14gu4336, i purchased chocobar of having mrp20 rs, i asked to pay 25 rs which is of 25%more than mrp. Hotel name: malabar restaurant. At satara. Which is authorised by msrtc. While asking reason of it, they haven’t answered. While asked for the bill of it or gst registration, they refused to answer with very very rude language.
Why common people need to pay more without a reason? Why msrtc had a contract with such hotels?

    Reason- Abusing and rude behavior by the driver and the TC

    The Shivshahi Bus under the Government is a very good plan but the staff isn't. The people working there are rude aggressive and abuse the customers...
    An incident occurred on the above mentioned date at 5:30 on the bus from pune to kolhapur...The TC was female yet very abusive and disrespectful...She went on behaving rude and this was also been recorded on the bus camera ...
    The person on duty must be expelled for her behavior and should be fined for abusing to the person and taking rubbish to the passenger in public.
    Hope to see some action taken on the person incharge.

      Dear Sir,
      Every day am traveling to karad to sarata and back. Today I started traveling (Bus no. MH.11 T9274, I requested bus conductor to take a bus on Shivraj petrol pump stop at satara before 5 minutes to satara (Bus no. MH.11 T9274, Date:27/03/2019, time: 10.45 am, Place: Satara (Shivraj petrol pump stop)). But bus conductor never diverted the bus to Shivraj petrol pump stop and bus stopped at a highway. When I argued to take bus on stop, he never listened. He was talking arrogantly then I decide to take photograph and make a complaint. But when I started to take photographs he immediately attacked me and snatched my mobile with a fight.
      This is miss behavior by a conductor with a passenger. I paid desired money to MSRTC, but still facing this type of misbehavior from crows of MSRTC. Also, I want to say I am a regular passenger of MSRTC. Regularly traveling from Karad to Satara and back.
      So, please take serious action against these crows of MSRTC.
      I am going to make a complaint in consumer forum also.

        I'm travelling daily mhsadi to satana thru your bus of nasik dondaicha but this bus always arrives late at satana bus stand today this but was reported at 8: 20 around whereas bus should be reported sharply 7:45 while we asked to drivers about delaying the bus he was very rudely replied which was unfair. It is getting inconvenience to the passengers we have to waited for a long time bus.

        We are people of Mhasadi, We have complaint about the bus of Sakri Nampur which deapartures from Sakri at 4: 45 pm and this bus should arrive at Mahasadi at 5: 30 pm but always arrives late sometimes its arrives 5: 15, sometimes very delaying means above 6 o clock so it is getting very inconvenience to the passengers on daliy basis, It should arrive 5: 30 at Mhasadi then you will get the huge business from this bus.
        I have booked ticket from Pune to Shivshahi...Fare amount of Rs 430 got debited from my bank account but I did not get booking.. Also I could not find refund option on msrtc mobile app.

          all shivshahi bus not halted in chembur maitri park

          My father had booked (Reservation) ticket for two, from chembur matitri park to khed via bharna naka, journey date was 26th march 2019,

          They both with my 3 year son, had waited from 9:00 pm to night 2:00 am,
          St mahamandar timing was given to start the bus from borivali @9:00pm, it will reached at chembur around at 10:30 but no st is halted at chembur,

          After 10:00 pm we all have started call to borivali...

          After waiting for 1.5hrs at vashi, finally got ashwamed bus. But to my horror when lights were turned on at khalapur for break, i could see so many cockroaches in every seat, floor, windows and curtain :- (
          With a fare of 460 rupees, we definitely are eligible for better standard of hygiene and comfort.
          Just waiting when i will get down and check my bag and dress for cockroaches!!
          Horrible services by msrtc
          Please improve!
          The inquiry office at pune Shivaji nagar are very rude & completely unaware of the information about the bus time- table.

          Moreover they provide false timing so the passengers are unnecessarly stranded on the bus stand even during whole night.

          kindly take firm action against such irresponsible officers.

            I was trying to book my seat on 25th march morning 7am shivneri bhoravli bus from pune. I was booking that seat on24th march bt @7pm but my online booking failed and got message lik transaction fail but money from bank account debited and it didn’t refund me after 12hrs.
            Please refund my money as early as possible.
            M still waiting for my money return
            मी हिंजवडी ते मिरज असा प्रवास करत होतो. तर त्यावेळी त्या बस नं.. MH 14 BT 4428 मध्ये भरपूर प्रमाणात झुरळं आढळली. आणि बसच्या सीट खालील foundation pipe सुध्दा गंजलेल्या आहेत.

              The wada - palghar bus of 7:15 am is in very worst condition...2 seats were completely damaged today and rest bus was in very bad condition... Being students, we study for our exams in bus but this kind of condition makes us uncomfortable to sit..
              Also the palghar - wada - thane bus which leaves at 5:00pm from palghar depo never comes on time... That bus always comes 5-10 mins late and leaves around 5:30 pm...
              So please make it on time...
              Hope you look into this
              Travelling from kolhapur to pune by shivshahi bus...time of diparture 10.30 am..driver back side window is very much dirty and colored with spited gutakha...its too much bad feeling☹☹..hope action will be taken against such drivers ...

                i have booked a shivshahi (nanded to pune) sleeper coach on 24/3/18. Details of trip is given above.
                Bus was broke down before barshi stand and we have to wait for one hour from 2 am to 3am. To arrange next bus.
                But bus was an ordinary msrtc bus (seater) even we have pay 795 ruppes for sleeper "ac" coach.
                We have to travel from barshi to pune by seating.
                Bus timing was 5 am and they took 3 more hour to come to the destination point. It was an total loss of money and time.
                I am requesting you to please refund my fair.

                Bus was came late by half hr to my boarding point(ahmedpur) found that conductor was taking unnecessary stops even its was not mention in list small of the small station is taken by bus just because to earn more money even through the seat was totally reserved.

                  amount debited but ticket confirmation not received

                  Hello,

                  I have booked e-ticket via atomech (Msrtc booking window) yesterday. I used debit card while booking a ticket. Total amount rs.580/- cut from my bank account.

                  (Transaction status - success)
                  I checked "my tickets"on msrtc web site, but ticket status was not available nor i have received booking confirmation...

                    Bus from nandurbar to mangrulpir at morning 6:45 am which is departed from nandurbar itself contains a broken seat. Seat no is 35, 36.
                    Since the bus is heavily crowded the pesengers cannot travel with their required satisfaction. Other than this the condition of the bus is also not so good. The pesengers get a very hard jerk during breakers on roqd. So i request you to please think about senior citizens and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                      We are standing here at ratnagiri bus stop from 2 hrs for waiting the bus kurtade but still kurrade bus not come. We are requested to msrtc to increase the quantity of bus for the kurtade. Today 24/03/2019 my whole day getting spoil due to waiting foe the bus. Please look in to this matter and if possible then increase the quantity of bus to kurtade so many people who is suffering from this getting helpful.

                        Please note that we have complaint against your khed depo staff (Ratnagiri) Mr.Milind V. Patne - Controller.

                        We request him to provide extra bus for Nandivli Route due to holi occasion & huge crowed who attends this festival at thier native place, which is important & reliogious to them & their familes.

                        But Mr. Milind instead of giving extra bus he argued to all people who requested to him. And also given threatening of Police.

                        As a common man I didn't understand that your service is for people who don't have any other source to go to their destination which is 30 kilometer away from your depo.

                        I think your ST workers is not required any revenue from us. This will be very helpful to the private transporter & Auto Drives who exploiting the common people.

                          I was traveling from Pune to Ahmednagar & ask conductor to give ticket for Ahmednagar tarakpur bus stand he gave me ticket of Aurangabad incorrectly as there was rush in bus I took ticket & kept it in pocket without checking it when our bus reached hotel for lunch we were told to take other bus since there was some problem at this time when I checked ticket I realized of incorrect ticket hence I went to conductor to tell him that he gave wrong ticket & asked for refund he rejected straight away to refund it... I believe although I didn’t check ticket properly when he initially gave me but it was possible for him to refund it however he rejected ... & i m sure he must have found way to put money in his pocket now...

                              मी चंद्रकांत गुरव, मुख्य प्रवर्तक, जेष्ठ नागरीक संघ, आंबेगांवखुर्द वय ६६ जन्म दिनांक८/४/५३.मी गुरुवार दि.२१/३/१९ रोजी सकाळी दहा वाजता स्वारगेट पुणे येथे कल्याण ते पाटगांव एसटी बसने प्रवास करताना या एसटी महामंडळाच्या वाहकास आधारकार्ड दाखऊन कौल्हापुर हाफ तिकीट मागितले असता, वय बसत नाही म्हणाला आणि कौणा दुसर्या व्यक्तीस फोन केला आणि वाईट वागणुक देऊन संशय व्यक्त केला.
                              माझे पुर्ण ६६ वय बसत असताना अशी वागणुक देणार्या, मगरुर वाहकाला ट्रेनिंग द्या आणि गणित शिकवा, हि विनंती.

                                We have reserved a seat in bus "mumbai central - devrukh" which leaves at 21:15 from mumbai central and reach kurla nehru nagar bus depot at 21:45.

                                On 20th march, many bus were late and we were informed by traffic control room at kurla nehru nagar depot to be patient as many buses were running late.

                                We were waiting from 9 pm to 2 am (Next day) but traffic control personnel could not fix the problem where bus had gone.

                                This is very shameful for the msrtc who could not trace there own bus through any mobile communication and gps in digital india.

                                I had asked nehru nagar police to help msrtc to trace there own bus but however they failed.

                                  I have booked ticket of shivshahi from pune to chikhli (Buldana). Conductor informed assigned shivshahi bus got failed and have to go aurangabad with semi luxury bus.
                                  After reaching aurangabad vehicle was not present and refund was denied by him.
                                  Kindly request you to get this sorted and provide cash back as soon as possible.
                                  This is clearly making journey uneasy and amount paid was worthless

                                    Hello,

                                    I am complaining about the pune to shirdi bus which is at 4.15 everyday.
                                    However not a single time it comes at 4.15.

                                    Today it took almost 2.30 hours to start the journey.

                                    I personally face many problems as i stay in the village where after 8pm transport is not available.

                                    I am facing those consequences due to pathetic transport service by msrtc.

                                    Even controller of bus depot are arrogant. They asked me to file a complaint online as they know it doesn’t matter to them.
