Hello team, i traveled on 11/02/19 from ichalkaranji to swargate shivshahi bus on 5.30 in the morning. Bus was departure at time in the morning, & reached wadgaon around 5.45, there was one reservation available. The person who reserved seat was not available on the bus stand. So driver & conductor are process to departure for further stop, with the confirmation of controller of wadgaon (Mr. Maruti kambale), bus reached karad at 7 o'clock, then suddenly conductor received call from controller of wadgaon that reserved person who was not available at time want to reach at karad. For that only person bus was waiting till 8. This was such unprofessional behavior of msrtc, that for one single person they waited 40 people. Many passengers are insisted conductor that it was monday service people want to go office in time, but he was not listen any one. Please find attached screen shot of reservation.
