12-02-19 shivshahi kalyan to swargate in the morning. Gear problem with the bus and it got delayed for an hour.
13-02-19 shivshahi swargate to kalyan afternoon 1 pm. Same problem detected at wakad and all passengers including 80 year old women were made to get down for replacement. Conductor don’t know which bus is to be replaced. The bus which was to be replaced didn’t have diesel. So again we are travelling back by the old defective bus to kalyan. Nobody in the state transport department knows anything about it. Is the st playing with the security of passengers?
As per above subject I'm frequently traveling from rahata to Aurangabad . I severally noticed that maximum buses not stop over STstand. The passengers waiting in stand . But buses stop on road. So I kindly request you to do the needful .I'm standing in stand since 2 hours but not single bus visited from 5 pm .

    Its been more than 2 weeks and i haven't received refund of almost1000 rupees for cancelled ticket of pune-nashik both ways tickets.

      Hello team, i traveled on 11/02/19 from ichalkaranji to swargate shivshahi bus on 5.30 in the morning. Bus was departure at time in the morning, & reached wadgaon around 5.45, there was one reservation available. The person who reserved seat was not available on the bus stand. So driver & conductor are process to departure for further stop, with the confirmation of controller of wadgaon (Mr. Maruti kambale), bus reached karad at 7 o'clock, then suddenly conductor received call from controller of wadgaon that reserved person who was not available at time want to reach at karad. For that only person bus was waiting till 8. This was such unprofessional behavior of msrtc, that for one single person they waited 40 people. Many passengers are insisted conductor that it was monday service people want to go office in time, but he was not listen any one. Please find attached screen shot of reservation.         Date 12 feb 2019 time 9:11am bus manvat to aurangabd. Today morning we were waiting for bus at raigad corner selu. Want to go to jalna. There are already very few direct buses to jalna. Still bus driver did not stop at stop. So many ppl waiting there some in behind bus still driver didn't stop it for passengers. Its a routine that bus driver do not stop for passengers. There must be means to stop this.

          This is regarding the bus MH 14 BT 4439 which started at 5.20 AM from Kamothe and heading towards Satara on 11 Feb 2019. Bus driver has stopped the bus at at 3 different places (fueling, at lonavala, after toll again without any reason) for more than 25 min at each location. Its really inconvenient to see no response from bus driver after complaining by all passengers. Bus driver had spent most of the time chatting with others and made passengers wait for almost more than hour to wait without any reason. It took for me to reach Navle bridge by 9 AM, however I used to reach Home before 8 AM earlier starting at the same time. Considering the value of time, I am writing this complain with lots of hope to trust in public transportation.

            I want to complain about the ignorant behavior of conductor in MSRTC bus.

            The journey details :

            Stop bus boarded from: banda
            conductor batch no: 99882
            Date of incident: 11 feb 2019

            details of journey:
            i boarded bus from banda and since the bus was full I saw ladies reservation seat and a man had occupied it. I requested the man to get up. He insulted me and shouted at me and told me don't teach me the laws. Then to seek help I asked the conductor to intervene and tell the man to get up. Instead of helping me he asked the man to stay seated. He told me you don't know the rules ladies seat can be occupied only when it is vacant. If any man is sitting on it You cannot tell.him to vacate it. He along with the man went on insulting me and calling me names. I stood in the front helpless. Is this the way conductors are supposed to behave? Why do they have reservations for women when they cant or wont enforce it?
            With women empowerment going everywhere is this the kind of empowerment we women get when standing up for our rights?
            I humbly request you to take some action. I demand justice.

              seat not available for handicapped person

              Panchavati bus no. Mh 15 ak 8007, conductor told me there is no any reservation seat for handicapped person, this service is not available in nashik.
              I am disable person and i have authorised pass and certificate of my 50% permanent durability and that bus conductor is not ready to cooperate to get me seat... He was directly denying to provide reservation seat.

              Request you to do needful action immediately....

              I request msrtc official's to create a system for alloting a single lady a seat along with another lady who is traveling single when booking online.
              Online system shows legend in the form of a pink dot for a seat for a lady but it is not executed or ensured by the system that only a lady can book a seat next to a lady.
              Alternatively, conductor of the bus should carryout readjustment once all passengers have boarded.

                पाचाड मार्गावर अपघात, एसटी ड्रायव्हर चा निष्काळजीपणा...

                पाचाड पासून काही अंतरावर बस नंबर mh 07 - 07481, ड्रायव्हर हुनुमंत चव्हाण, शुक्रवारी ता 8 सकाळी 8:30 च्या सुमारास पाचाड दिशेकडे जात होती. दुचाकीस्वार अमित गवळे महाड बाजूकडे जात होते. बस चालकाने वळणावर वेगात जवळून टर्न मारला आणि बस विरुद्ध चुकीच्या बाजूला रस्त्याच्या कडेला आली व बसचा मधला भाग दुचाकीस्वार व दुचाकीला जोरात लागला. दुचाकीस्वार व दुचाकी रस्त्याच्या बाजूला दगडावर पडले. दुचाकीस्वारास मार लागला दुचाकीचे नुकसान झाले. बस प्रवासी व शाळकरी मुले घेऊन जात होती त्यामुळे चालकास पुढे जाऊ दिले. दुचाकीस्वाराने त्याचा मोबाईल नंबर घेतला. त्यांनतर महाडला येऊन चव्हाण ड्रायव्हरला फोन लावला असता या नंबरची सेवा बंद केली असल्याचे सांगितले. घाई असल्याने त्या परिस्थितीत दुचाकीस्वार पालीला घरी गेले. दुसऱ्या दिवशी ता. 9 सकाळी महाड एसटी डेपो ला फोन करून संबंधितांना घडला प्रकार सांगितला. त्यांनी त्यांचे वरिष्ठ कुलकर्णी यांचा मोबाईल नंबर दिला मात्र तो स्विच ऑफ लागत होता. दरम्यान महाड पोलीस स्थानकात बऱ्याच वेळा तक्रारीसाठी फोन केला मात्र फोन सेवा सुरू नसल्याचे सांगण्यात आले. कोणीही योग्य दखल घेतली नाही. ड्रायव्हर चव्हाण यांना वारंवार मोबाईलवर संपर्क केला मात्र त्यांच्या नंबरची सेवा बंद असल्याचे सांगण्यात येत होते.

                I am traviling from Pune to Kolhapur and bus stop for tea break at Hotel Raj. But this hotel is very dirty and not rates on products
                I asked the conductor for decreasing the temperature of ac in the bus but he declines, when i was sweating from head to toe, what's the point of buying an ac seater ticket if you can't enjoy the luxury.

                  My bus from mumbai to pune. Time was 3:15pm. Now it is 3:50pm bus has not arrived let,
                  There is no contact number available to who i have to contact when bus not arrived.

                  I booked my ticket via redbus.
                  And this is not the way you should treat your customers.

                  Provide me the detail of my bus.

                    I took bus from wakad bridge to kalamboli
                    The conductor gave me ticket from chandni chowk cost (₹150) and actual charge is (₹130 - 135) when i asked him about the wherabout he started saying that its hardly 10rs extra and then when i didn't let him go he started saying that the rules have changed we give ticket from chandini chowk
                    May i know what sort of rule says that i have to pay from where the bus starts rather then where i am starting my journey

                          I have three month pass from gangakhed to parli. Of ordinary fare. Today as i travell parbhani _ latur bus nimaram bus asiyad bus. I show the pass to conuctor and request to conductor to issue ticket with difference of rs 15 but conductor not issue diference ticket saying that there is no rule to give difference ticket to nimaram bus.                             We are travelling from ashiyad bus at 7:45 pm after few minutes 8:15 bus having some mechanical issue we can understand that concern in bus near about 45-50 people...
                            After 8:30 pm they told us to you have to travel with other bus shivshai... All people get ready. For that.
                            After they didn't get to ready to start bus at at least 8:45
                            They told that bus will ready to go only at 9:00 we are trying to adjust but you aren't. I am girl i am reached home at 11:30 ist good...

                              Most of the time i m traveling by the same bus for khoad, thane. But today the bus was not haulted due which i had got late for my office.

                                मी नेरूळ लपी बस स्टॉप वर उभा असताना msrtc चा गाड्या अधिकृत बस स्टॉप वर न थांबता २०० मीटर आधीच थांबत होत्या... वाहकाला ह्या बद्दल विचारले असता त्याने सांगितले की आमची मर्जी आम्ही गाडी कोठेही थांबू ( ५ गाड्यांच्या वाहकानी हेच उत्तर दिले) ... त्यात शिवशाही गाडी वाले बोलले आमच्या बापाची गाडी आहे वाटली तर थांबवणार ...

                                नेरूळ बस स्टॉप वर कंट्रोलर ला तक्रार केली असता त्यांनी सांगितलं आमचं काम शिवनेरी गाडीचे तिकीट काढणे बाकी गाड्यांचं आम्ही बघत नाही...

                                माझी तक्रार अशी आहे की कोणताही अधिकारी बस स्टॉप वर नाही, वाहकांची मग्रूरी, मनाचा कारभार, बायका मुले एकत्र जातात त्यांच्या सुरक्षेचा प्रश्न, शिवशाही वाल्यांची अरेरावी...

                                ही तक्रार पण कोण वाचेल की नाही हा पण एक प्रश्न आहे... पण कोणत्या अधिकाऱ्याने ती वाचली तर एवढं लक्षात घ्या की तुमच्या बायका पोरांसोबत पण हे घडू शकत आणि तेव्हा तुमच्या लक्षात येईल की तुम्ही किती बेजबाबदर आहात...

                                      Please note the reason for pre booking was, i was travelling with my aged parents and wife and wanted the trip to be comfortable for them

                                      The experience turned out to be totally opposite, infact turned out to be a harrasment

                                      I was there with my family at the bus depot sharp 6 pm
                                      We kept waiting till 6.40 and went to the enquiry desk twice by 7. Pm. The enquiry desk representatives told us to keep waiting at platform 24.

                                      At 7 pm a bus came following the solapur-kolapur route. The driver and the conductor both denied service and said the ticket is not valid for their bus as the bus left solapur at 5 pm while as per our ticket we are supposed to board a bus departing from solapur at 5.30 pm and our bus will come by 7.30 pm.

                                      The bus departed, we kept waiting till 7.30 pm and in the mean while again went to the enquiry desk. The team there was rude, they stopped answering us untill we raised our voice, it was humiliating and disheartening. Representatives at help desk told us to wait as the bus will be coming in some time it is late.

                                      By 8 we tried to contact the msrtc customer helpline who shared the solapur bus depot number with us. The information that we got from there was even more disappointing, we were told there is no bus scheduled at 5.30 from solapur.

                                      I had to educate the enquiry team about the wrong information and then there was again an irresponsive attitude i had to face, when i talked to the helpline again the head representative agreed upon validating the ticket for 9.30 pm bus and then after some time there was a response "you cannot catch the 9.30 bus, you can go by the 11.30 bus"

                                      My trust my patience has given up, my parents had to face difficulty, i have been given a wrong ticket on booking the same from a government website.

                                      Loosing all hopes i did not take bus facility and booked a train ticket.

                                      The tarin tickets and the bus tickets are attached with the mail.

                                      Consider this mail to be a feedback / complaint. Ticket booked has no information about the bus number to be boarded which leaves passenger like us helpless, and wrong information about bus schedules is not acceptable when there is prepaid service.

                                      I want the refund for the money i have spent on bus tickets at the earliest. Please assist.
