Dear Sir, I cancelled my online journey ticket, even after around 10 days from ticket cancellation date i didnt received my refund amount. as per message of MSRTC I should receive my amount within 7 days after cancellation, Please guide me to recive my ticket cancellation amount.

    As we are searching on your app or website there is no bus available for nanded to mumbai route. Only 2-3 train are available for nanded-mumbai-nanded route and its very difficult to get reservations in diwali festival or in vacation in train. So, understand the problem of common people, request you to start urgently bus to this route.
    Kindly do the needful.

      Hello my name sandesh sarkale today (28/10/2018) i tried to book ticket from dombivali to mahad by vithaliwadi- guhaghar for date 7/11/2018 but after completing my transaction for ticket i directly redirected to home page without showing anything also my ticket amount of 355/- deducted from my account then I check ticket in my ticket menu but I didn't found any ticket in it.

      Then again I tried same but again same happed amount...

      Worst service of msrtc. Experienced from dighi to mangaon, it took 5 hours to reach magaon from dighi.

      Busses not on time, buses are not clean, no proper bus time

      Any bus can come at anytime and bus driver has full rights whether to leave the bus early or late.

      Where is the management?
      Are we people are not suppose to get a better service

      Please have a look and improve the service.

      Would be great full.

        Hi team,
        At and post dighi, tal shriwardhan, district raigad.

        The bus which is scheduled to leave dighi at 2:15, is stopped as there are certain people who were checking certain registers at bus stop.

        The bus route is dighi to mhasla.
        Bus#mh 14
        Bt 2208

        Bus left at 2:40, after 25 mins of scheduled time.

        I have the video which shows that some people are checking register and they had hold the bus.

        Would request to take this under consideration and act appropriately.

              I have planned to proceed from pune sivaji nagar to aurangabad and back tomorrow. The tickets were booked through mobile app, but outside the user id as the password was forgotten. The onward journey ticket could not be generated but the payment was complete. The transaction id was generated and it informed that the ticket booking was successful. The transaction id is [protected] of 24.10.2018. Both the rides were in shivsahi bus. Inspite of repeated calls to the help numbers, i could not get the issue resolved. All that they had said was that the amount for the ticket booked for onward journey would be refunded within seven days. But i am confident that the ticket is booked. I just need the ticket to undertake the jouney tomorrow. Kindly facilitate. I am sure that the ticket is booked. It is not a failed transaction. Any effort put in to get the issue resolved, does not help. Kindly help. Sos. My amount may kindly be refunded.

              I would like to add that the entire problem happened since I could not my password reset as the system was not facilitating the same. The App was not at all customer friendly. Similarly the people behind the customer service desk were also not customer friendly . The phones of the technical support desk were completely engaged . SO to say that one was out of order and one was completely engaged. No way one was in a position to reach out to any of the help desk numbers. The Toll Free Number of MSRTC could only give the information that the refund would happen in seven days. One Ticket was fully issued and the receipt and ticket was available. The other should have also been ready. I only need the ticket to proceed tomorrow as scheduled. In case it is not booked, which I am sure it cannot be . I need the refund otherwise. SOS . Help needed please.

                At kurla nehru nagar cst bus depo, the vendor having the ice cream products for sell, is selling the product above mrp of the product.
                When ask for a dinshaws butter scotch cone ice cream, he ask for 35 rupees to be paid, but it's actually price printed is 30 rupees for rest of india, excluding andhra pradesh and telangana state for which 35 rupees is to be charged

                I did reservation on 18th Oct 2018 for bus from kopargaon to pune at 2.00 pm but the bus started 1hr late and reason was driver was not available. I did the reservation of that and this happened. This is consistent issue of kopargaon bus depot.

                  Daily bus waiting from minimum 1 hr.
                  So solve this problem.
                  All schools boys and girl are waiting from akluj bus stand daily

                      I would like to know about the rule of buses running in maharashtra.
                      My query is

                      1) can bus ticket checking officer stop the bus while checking the ticket of bus..?

                      2) if they stop the bus in the hot sunburn or if someone have emergency or someone has got illness... What should be done in that condition...?

                      I was travelling in a bus and an ticket checker stop the bus time is 1 o'clock after hot sunburn is there and i have an urgent work to do. Small children are there in a bus. Its to hot.

                      What should be done in that case...?

                        My name is narasimha chary operation manager dow agro sciences mnc i have been reservation counter on 16/10/2018 for reserving night return ticket to hyderabad. I requested for reservation officer. The reservation issuing lady/ officer informed me that they do not have any information about what type of bus they run between to inter states. (Chandrapur to hyderabad). She asked me that enquire at general enquiry counter. I approched and enquired about service he said the bus is there. No detail availabel. I have traveled several times and the bus runs full. So i request authroties to open reservation for night service. When you request the issuing lady opening computer and said no information availalbel. So this type of fumctioning to be corrected. Lot of visitors from telangana visits chandrapur mahankali tempel. I rquest authorities correct the proceedture and give proper information to travler. This will improve reputation of msrtc. Giving careles answers spoils reputation.                         The response from booking incharge need to be improved and training has to be given for services MSRTC run buses from CHANDRAOUR to other locations. The computer must have all bus information to book tickets from counter. Kindly correct the issue and confirm.

                          On 19th oct 2018, my parents travelling from chandgad (Kolhapur) to borivali by shivshahi bus no "mh 04- jk 2216" when bus stop at "priyanka resto" hotel for dinner my bag was stolen which was kept at sitting area bag contains 23, 000 rs cash, home & locker keys & eye glasses, when we recognize about my bag is missing imminently contacted to bus conductor for help to check bus cctv footage but he was unable to check as it is not accessible to him, he share us the bus cctv camera number is 17:09 and time 9:47 pm to 11:00 pm. My parents also ask him to take the bus at satara depot to logged a complain but he refuse by saying this bus will not go to the satara depot, i am attaching here bus ticket photo, kindly help me to compensate my financial loss.                             While traveling from jalgaon to shirpur bus frequency is low. From 1.30 at paladhi bus stop i am waiting for shirpur bus. 4 buses passed to jalgaon but no one passed away for shirpur. I got bus at 3.45. While traveling from jalgaon to shirpur this happens. I waste my 3 to 4 hours for waiting for bus.

                            Check out the problem. Take appropriate actions for it.

                              I traveled from borivali (Sukurwadi) to nasik on 7th oct. Tkt no.001719 time 07.56.13 semi luxury l3354 af4b4d. Conductor of the bus refuse d to accept laminated copy of my sr. Citizen's card issued by govt of maharashtra and insisted for original card. I am usually carrying the same copy everywhere and is accepted. My wife had original so she was given fare concession whereas
                              He denied same to me.
                              Pl. Look into the matter and do the needful at an early date.

                                I have reserved ticket online from msrtc portal on 17/10/2018 snapshot attached.
                                Folloing are details:
                                Ticket number:34891852
                                Bus:ulhasnagar-pathardi
                                Travel date and departure time from kalyan:18/10/2018 12.30am
                                However i was at kalyan bus stand on 12:15am. On enquiring with controller he told me bus timing on reservation portal are wrong timing of specified bus is 11:40pm and which already left kalyan bus stand around 12am, i was clueless about changes in timings no sms, email, phone call was made to me.
                                Conductor of bus to which i have reservation should have to give me call before leaving kalyan bus stand in case of time changes. Nothing was done like this.
                                I have to pay for ticket (Snapshot attached 1 of 3) with other msrtc bus and have to travel standing from kalyan to ahmednagar. Reservation does not helped in any form.
                                It was really bad experience and frustrating. I have to pay double without any reason.
                                Neither bus conductor or bus depo controller helped in this situation which was unfair.

                                Ps:i am looking for refund and let me know for any further details.
                                And humble request is either keep bus timing as updated on reservation portal or shut down reservation portal if you can not put it in sync.

                                  On 16th oct i was heading towards dhule by msrtc bus which was upto aurangabad. I’m a handicap and also benificiry of govt. Scheme. Once conductor came to me for ticket booking i showed my handicap cards to him. But he weren’t in tendency to show some courtesy and threatened me to get up from the bus. Instead of considering certifications he misbehave with me. Ironically he told that, i’m not gonna afraid to anyone including msrtc officials or any govt. Bodies.
                                  Herewith, i would like to request you take a action against conductor, so no can dare to do same again wit other passengers.

                                      I requested a conductor of bus to remove bus’s spare tyre from seat and let passengers have that seat but bus conductor replied the spare tyre is lying from last two years and cannot be removed. My question to authorities is that the seat is meant for customers or spare tyre?
                                      I request please resolve this matter so that other passengers do not face same problem. I boarded bus from osmanbad to sholapur (Without seat,)
